However, if for some reason the stroke increases, the half-carcasses 30 can deviate elastically which avoids tools may be damaged.

Claims (10)
- Outils pour la réalisation de points d'assemblage de tôles par fluage à froid, lesdits outils comprenant un premier outil (1) avec un poinçon (6) et un serre-flan (5) et, un second outil (10) avec une surface de guidage (16) à partir de laquelle s'érige un doigt (14) terminé par une enclume (15), une matrice (20) formée par, au moins deux coquilles (18), chacune desdites coquilles (18) présentant un talon (21) monté glissant contre la surface de guidage (16) et étant appliquée contre la surface latérale du doigt (14) par des moyens élastiques (26), des moyens de guidage des coquilles (18) étant prévus ainsi qu'une butée limitant l'écartement desdites coquilles (18) entre elles lors du fluage, caractérisés en ce que la butée est constituée par deux demi-carcasses (30) fixées élastiquement sur le second outil (10).
- Outils, selon la revendication 1, caractérisés en ce que la paroi latérale de chaque coquille (18) comporte une gorge (24) et les demi-carcasses (30) sont terminées, du côté interne, par un rebord (36) coopérant avec le bord de la gorge adjacent au talon pour constituer les moyens de guidage des coquilles (18).
- Outils, selon les revendications 1 et 2, caractérisés en ce que les moyens élastiques appliquant les coquilles (18) contre la surface latérale du doigt (14) sont constitués par un ressort de traction (26) en forme d'anneau monté dans le fond de la gorge (24) des coquilles.
- Outils, selon la revendication 1, caractérisés en ce que des moyens (17) s'opposant à la rotation des coquilles (18), par rapport audit second outil (10), sont prévus.
- Outils, selon la revendication 4 caractérisés en ce que le talon (21) de l'une au moins des coquilles (18), comporte, sur une face tournée en regard de la face correspondante de l'autre coquille (18), une feuillure (22), la surface de guidage (16) comportant un téton coopérant avec ladite feuillure.
- Outils, selon la revendication 1, caractérisés en ce que chaque demi-carcasse (30) comporte des ouvertures (37) situées au niveau de la surface de guidage.
- Outils, selon la revendication 1, caractérisés en ce que chaque demi-carcasse (60) comporte des moyens (65) coopérant avec des moyens (50) du second outil (40) pour s'opposer à la rotation desdites demi-carcasses (60) par rapport audit second outil (40).
- Outils, selon la revendication 7, caractérisés en ce que le second outil (40) comporte des méplats (50) et chaque carcasse des pattes élastiques (65) découpées dans la surface latérale et destinées à coopérer avec les méplats.
- Outils, selon les revendications 1, 4 et 7, caractérisés en ce que chaque demi-carcasse (60) comporte, sur sa face interne, un téton (68) destiné à coopérer avec une feuillure (54) du talon (47) des coquilles (48).
- Outils, selon la revendication 1, caractérisés en ce que les coquilles (48) sont au nombre de quatre et le talon (47) forme un carré, chaque angle (55) desdits talons étant susceptible de coulisser, lors de l'écartement des coquilles (48), dans des ouvertures correspondantes (67) des demi-carcasses (60).
