Claims (9)

Kolben für eine Kartusche, in der eine insbesondere hochviskose Flüssigkeit vorrätig gehalten und mittels des in der Kartusche längsverschiebbaren Kolbens aus der Kartusche dadurch förderbar ist, daß der Kolben einer axial wirkenden Druckkraft ausgesetzt wird, der Kolben einstückig bestehend aus einem hohlzylindrischen Kolbenmantel und einem an dem Kolbenmantel auf dessen der Flüssigkeit zugewandten Seite als Druckfläche auf die Flüssigkeit wirkenden, gewölbten Kolbenboden,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß (a) eine in der Kartusche axial verschiebbare Druckplatte (5) vorgesehen ist, durch welche der Kolben mit der Druckkraft (F) in Richtung der Flüssigkeit belastbar ist, (b) an dem inneren Umfang (14) des Kolbenmantels (1) mehrere Druckstücke (3) in der Weise vorgesehen sind, daß sie von der Druckplatte (5) gleichzeitig belastet werden, wenn diese der Druckkraft (F) ausgesetzt ist, (c) die Druckstücke (3) jeweils als einarmige, in dem Kolbenmantel (1) eingespannte, radial und axial in Richtung auf die Druckplatte (5) schräg nach innen weisende Hebel ausgebildet sind und (d) der Kolben unter der Wirkung der Druckkraft (F) elastisch verformbar ist.
Piston for a cartridge in which a particularly highly viscous liquid is kept in stock and can be conveyed out of the cartridge by means of the piston which can be displaced longitudinally in the cartridge by exposing the piston to an axially acting compressive force, the piston consisting in one piece of a hollow cylindrical piston jacket and one on the Piston skirt on its side facing the liquid as a pressure surface acting on the liquid, curved piston crown,
characterized in that (a) a pressure plate (5) axially displaceable in the cartridge is provided, by means of which the piston can be loaded with the pressure force (F) in the direction of the liquid, (b) a plurality of pressure pieces (3) are provided on the inner circumference (14) of the piston jacket (1) in such a way that they are loaded by the pressure plate (5) at the same time when it is exposed to the pressure force (F), (c) the pressure pieces (3) are each designed as one-armed, in the piston skirt (1), radially and axially in the direction of the pressure plate (5) obliquely inward lever and (d) the piston is elastically deformable under the action of the compressive force (F).
