Bei Entschraubmaschinen wird nach dem Entschraubvorgang der Auswurfstößel über eine Hubkurve nach unten gesteuert und öffnet mittels eines Steuerrings der auf entsprechende Steuernocken gleitet, dort angeordnete Steuerhebel. Nun kann die abgeschraubte Kapsel, die bis jetzt von den Entschraubungsplatten gehalten wurde, nach unten fallen. Um erfindungsgemäß nun Kunststoff- von Aluminiumkapsel zu trennen, wird an der Hubkurve eine zusätzliche Stufe eingebaut, so daß der Entschrauberkopf zunächst auf beispielsweise ein Maß von 29mm öffnet. Claims (2)

Verfahren zur Erkennung und Sortierung von Aluminium- und Kunststoffschraubverschlüssen von Flaschen und gleichartigen Behältnissen nach dem Entschraubvorgang, unter Verwendung einer rotierenden Abschraubmaschine mit eine Kreis- oder Bogenbahn beschreitenden Entschrauberköpfen, welche die auf den Flaschen oder Behältnissen aufgebrachten Schraubverschlüsse umgreifen und unter Rotation abschrauben, abheben und auswerfen, indem u.a. ein über eine Steuerkurve aktivierter Auswurfstößel direkt oder indirekt die Greifvorrichtung der Entschrauberköpfe für die Verschlüsse aufweitet und diese über einem Sammelbehältnis freigibt,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß über mindestens zwei Stufen in der Steuerkurve eine zeitverzögernde und stufenweise Aufweitung der Greifvorrichtung der Entschrauberköpfe erfolgt, so daß a) in einer ersten Phase bei Erreichung der ersten Stufe der Steuerkurve die Aluminiumschraubverschlüsse mit kleinerem Durchmesser und b) in einer zweiten Phase nach weiterem Abarbeiten der Steuerkurve und bei Erreichen der zweiten Stufe die Kunststoffschraubverschlüsse mit größerem Durchmesser c) in getrennte entsprechend dem Stufenabstand voneinander distanzierten Behältnisse ausgeworfen werden.

dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die den Hub der Entschrauberköpfe (6) aktivierende Steuerkurve (1), im Auswurfsektor (2) mindestens zwei Stufen (3,4) aufweist, die hinsichtlich ihrer Steigung, Höhe und Länge sowie Distanz untereinander proportional zur Aufweitung der Greifvorrichtung (5) der Entschrauberköpfe (6) und Abstand mindestens zweier Sammelbehälter (7,8) ausgebildet sind.
