In der Weiterentwicklung solcher Werkzeuge wurde dazu übergegangen die Schubstange glatt auszubilden und an ihr einen Kantkloben anzusetzen (GB-PS 703 780; GB-PS 1 011 470; US-PS 2 530 359; US-PS 2 582 156; US-PS 2 726 802; US-PS 4 009 804; US-PS 4 338 925; US-PS 4 566 610; US-PS 5 052 243; WO 89/01322), der vom Handgriff direkt oder über eine Übersetzung betätigbar ist. Durch diese Lagerbolzen sind die paarweise angeordneten Kontaktkloben lageorientiert, so daß dadurch nicht sichergestellt ist, daß beide Kontaktkloben in identischer Weise auf die Schubstange einwirken und somit die angestrebte exakte Symmetrie der Schubkraft nicht hinreichend genau erreicht werden kann, was zu der unerwünschten exzentrischen Belastung der Schubstange führt. Wird der Handgriff 12 des pistolenartigen Gehäuses 1 verschwenkt (Pfeil 18) gegen die Kraft der Feder 20, so werden über die Gabelarme 11 die Kantkloben 8 gegen die Kraft der Feder 10 verkantet, sie legen sich reibungsschlüssig an der Schubstange 2 fest und die Schubstange 2 wird nun um ein Maß nach rechts geschoben, das der Sehnenlänge des Schwenkbogens der Gabelarme 11 entspricht. Die nur durch die Feder 15 belasteten Bremskloben 14 behindern diese Bewegung nicht. Wird der Handgriff 12 losgelassen, der aufgrund der auf ihn einwirkenden Kraft der Feder 20 in seine Ausgangslage zurückkehrt, so werden die Kantkloben 8 durch die vorgespannte Feder 10 in ihre aus Fig. 1 ersichtliche Lage zurückgedrückt. Die auf den Kolben 3 einwirkende Reaktionskraft (Pfeil 19) der in der nicht dargestellten Kartusche befindlichen Masse, versucht die Schubstange 2 zurück, nach links zu schieben. Diese Bewegung wird aber durch die unter der Wirkung der Kraft der Feder 15 stehenden Bremskloben nun blockiert, die ja durch die Kraft dieser Feder gegenüber der Schubstange 2 verkantet sind und diese reibungsschlüssig festhalten. Durch periodische Bewegungen des Handgriffes 12 wird die Schubstange 2 bzw. der Kolben 3 schrittweise nach rechts bewegt. Soll der schlußendlich in der rechten Endlage befindliche Kolben wieder in seine Ausgangslage zurückgebracht werden, so werden durch Drücken des Schaltstiftes 16 die Bremskloben 14 gegen die Kraft der Feder 15 etwas verschwenkt, so daß der Reibungsschluß zwischen den Bremskloben 14 und der Schubstange 2 aufgehoben ist und dadurch die Schubstange 2 manuell zurückgezogen werden kann.In the starting position, the piston 3 or the push rod 2 - based on FIGS. 1 and 2 - is on the left. Claims (2)

  1. A manually operated tool with a handle (12) which is pivotable with respect to a housing (1) and by which a push rod (2) mounted in the housing (1) is mounted so as to be axially displaceable in steps, and between the bearings (5, 6) supporting it the push rod (2) cooperates with at least two tilting blocks (8) which are loaded by a spring (10) supported on the housing (1), wherein the force exerted by the spring (10) upon the tilting blocks (8) is directed contrary to the displacement direction of the push rod (2) and the displacement force exertable periodically by the handle (12) engages on the outer portion of the tilting blocks (8) remote from the push rod (2) and at least one braking block (14) is provided for locking the push rod (2), wherein at least the tilting blocks (8) are provided in pairs in a symmetrical arrangement with respect to the axis of the push rod (2), characterized in that the tilting blocks (8) which are traversed by the push rod (2) are constructed as platelets or cuboids and have a portion which is provided with a bore (9) for the passage of the push rod (2) and in which they mutually overlap and the overlapping portions have a reduced thickness as compared with the remaining portion, and the part of the handle (12) cooperating with the tilting blocks (8) arranged symmetrically with respect to the push rod (2) is constructed in the manner of a fork, and the pivot axis (13) of the handle (12) is situated substantially parallel to the imaginary line connecting the engagement points of the fork arms (11) of the handle (12) on the tilting blocks (8).
  2. A manually operated tool according to Claim 1, characterized in that the braking blocks (14) are likewise provided in a symmetrical arrangement with respect to the axis of the push rod (2).
