Solche Schmuck- und Abzeichenhalterungen zum Aufstecken auf ein Kleidungsstück oder dergleichen sind in den unterschiedlichsten Ausführungen und Anwendungen bekannt. Einige Anwendungen sind zum Beispiel Aufsteckhalterungen als Krawattennadeln, dann aber auch solche als Vereinsabzeichen oder Namensschilder, die auf einen Jackett- oder Mantelaufschlag aufsteckbar sind, oder als Ansteck-Schmuckstücke wie zum Beispiel Broschen. Eine sehr einfache Ausführung einer solchen Halterung ist eine Krawattennadel. Ein einstückiges Metallteil ist dabei U-förmig gebogen, sodass zwei Schenkel gebildet werden. Der Abstand der beiden Schenkel der U-förmigen Krawattennadel verjüngt sich etwas gegen das offene Ende hin. Beim Aufstecken der Krawattennadel werden die beiden Schenkel, das heisst die sichtbare Ober- und die im aufgesteckten Zustand unsichtbare Unterseite der Nadel leicht auseinandergespreizt und auf die Krawatte und das darunter getragene Hemd aufgesteckt. Durch die Federkraft der U-förmig gebogenen Krawattennadel wird deren Unterteil gegen deren Oberteil gedrückt und der Stoff zwischen den beiden Teilen eingeklemmt. Die Oberseite einer solchen Krawattennadel, also die sichtbar nach aussen getragene Seite, ist entsprechend bearbeitet und verziert, um als Schmuck zu dienen. Der Nachteil dieser Halterung ist, dass die Krawattennadel nicht sehr fest und stabil am Stoff befestigt ist. Bei häufigem Gebrauch der Krawattennadel lässt ausserdem die Federkraft nach. Dadurch kann sie leichter ungewollt abgestreift werden und verlorengehen. Bei einigen Ausführungen ist daher die Unterseite der Krawattennadel so ausgebildet, dass deren Innenseite entweder gewellt oder gezahnt ist. Damit bildet die Innenseite eine weniger gleitfähige Auflagefläche und hält so besser am eingeklemmten Stoff fest. Bei teureren Ausführungen von aufsteckbaren Schmuckstücken ist oft eine Sicherheitskette an der Unterseite der Schmuckhalterung montiert. Beim Aufstecken eines solchen Schmuckstückes wird die Kette am darunderbefindlichen Stoff befestigt, zum Beispiel mittels einer Sicherheitsnadel oder durch Einhängen an einem angenähten Knopf. In der Figur 1 ist eine erfindungsgemässe Aufsteckhalterung 1 für ein Schmuckstück von der Seite her gesehen dargestellt. Die Aufsteckhalterung 1 besteht aus einem ersten Schenkel 2, welcher den sichtbaren Oberteil 2 bildet, einem zweiten Schenkel 3, welcher den bei aufgestecktem Zustand unsichtbaren Unterteil 3 bildet, und einer Sicherungsvorrichtung 4, die von einem federnden Widerhaken 4 gebildet wird. Der Oberteil 2 bildet mit dem Unterteil 3 von der Seite gesehen eine U-Form. Der federnde Widerhaken 4 läuft vom offenen Ende der U-förmigen Aufsteckhalterung gegen das geschlossene Ende hin und ist wie hier gezeigt vorzugsweise fest mit der Innenseite des Unterteils 3 verbunden. In einer anderen Ausführung kann der Widerhaken aber auch mit dem sichtbaren Oberteil 2 verbunden sein. Er befindet sich dann beim Aufstecken auf der Vorderseite und wird bloss vom Oberteil verdeckt, sodass er nicht einsehbar ist. Sind der Widerhaken 4 und der Teil der Aufsteckhalterung, an dem der Widerhaken montiert ist, aus unterschiedlichen Materialien, so kann der Widerhaken 4 angelötet, geklebt oder auf eine andere Art mechanisch fest mit diesem Teil verbunden sein. Im gezeigten Beispiel ist die Halterung und der Widerhaken aus dem gleichen Material und aus einem Stück gefertigt. Der Widerhaken 4 ist in der Längsrichtung wie hier sichtbar S-förmig geformt, sodass das zwischen den Schenkeln 2,3 der Aufsteckhalterung 1 befindliche Material einmal zwischen dem Bogen 7 des S-förmigen Widerhakens 4 und der Oberseite 2 und zum anderen zwischen der Spitze 6 des Widerhakens 4 und der Oberseite 2 eingeklemmt ist. Dadurch wird erreicht, dass die Aufsteckhalterung 1 an zwei Punkten das zwischen der Halterung befindliche Material einklemmt und somit nicht durch das Eigengewicht um einen Klemmpunkt drehen kann. Um die aufgesteckte Halterung zu entfernen, muss der Widerhaken 4 leicht gegen seine Federwirkung in Richtung gegen den Schenkel 3 hin gedrückt werden. Anschliessend kann die Halterung problemlos vom Material, auf welches sie aufgesteckt wurde, abgezogen werden. Um den Widerhaken leichter ergreifen zu können, ist dieser im vorderen Bereich 5, nahe der Spitze 6, verbreitert und zwar derart, dass diese Verbreiterung eine Art Greiffläche bildet. Die Oberseite 2 der Halterung kann entweder so gestaltet sein, dass sie durch das verwendete Material und seine Bearbeitung selbst das Schmuckstück bildet, oder die Halterung trägt mit ihrer Oberseite ein Schmuckstückes, Abzeichen oder Namensschild. Bei der Verwendung als Halterung für Abzeichen und Namensschilder hat es sich als vorteilhaft erwiesen, wenn die Abzeichen oder Schilder an der Halterung verdrehbar montiert sind.
