Claims (5)
- Sicherheitsschalter, der in einen elektrischen Stromkreis eines Fahrzeugs eingefügt ist, wobei der Schalter umfaßt:ein Gehäuse (1) fix mit dem Fahrzeug verbunden;eine kugelförmige Trägheitsmasse (22), die von einer ersten, instabilen Lagc im Normalbetrieb, in der die kugelförmige Trägheitsmasse (22) den Stromfluß im erwähnten elektrischen Stromkreis ermöglicht, in eine zweite stabile Lage (22a), in der der Stromfluß im Stromkreis, abhängig von einer scharfen Beschleunigung oder Verzögerung in eier horizontalen Ebene, unterbrochen ist, bewegbar ist.einen ersten elektrischen Kontakt (11) zum Öffnen oder Schließen mit einem zweiten elektrischen Kontakt (12), abhängig von der Lage der kugelförmigen Masse (22);Rückstellmittel (35, 46), um die kugelförmige, Trägheitsmasse (22) von der erwähnten zweiten Lage (22a) in die erwähnte erste Lage zu bringen;wobei in der erwähnten ersten Lage die kugelförmige Trägheitsmasse (22) zwischen einem konkaven Rückhaltesitz (44) und konvexen Rückhaltemitteln (54) angeordnet ist und die Masse von dem erwähnten konkaven Sitz (44) und den erwähnten konvexen Mitteln (54) entgegen einer im wesentlichen vertikalen Achse (a) zurückgehalten wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Masse (22) mittels federnd vorgespannter Mittel (30) zurückgehalten wird und die erwähnten Rückstellmittel (46) einen oberen Druckknopf mit mehreren Fortsätzen (48), die untere nach außen divergierende, geneigte Flächen (49) aufweisen, umfassen, die eine Berührung der Masse in der besagten zweiten Position (22a) ermöglichen.
- Sicherheitsschalter nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens drei der erwähnten Fortsätze (48) mit unteren, nach außen divergierenden, geneigten Flächen (49) vorgesehen sind.
- Sicherheitsschalter nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die erwähnten konvexen Rückhaltemittel ein Bauteil (54), beweglich in Richtung der erwähnten Achse (a), ist, wobei der bewegliche Bauteil (54) zwischen einer kugelförmigen Masse (22) und dem erwähnten ersten Kontakt (11), in Form eines elastischen Plättchens, angeordnet ist, das erwähnte Plättchen wiederum zwischen der erwähnten kugelförmigen Masse (22) und federnd vorgespannten Mitteln (30) angeordnet ist, die zusammenarbeiten, um die erwähnte Masse (22) zwischen dem erwähnten konkaven Sitz (44) und den erwähnten konvexen Mitteln (54) entlang der erwähnten Achse (a) zurückzuhalten.
- Sicherheitsschalter nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der erwähnte bewegliche Bauteil (54) umfaßt:einen oberen, schmalen, schaftförmigen Endteil (54a), der normalerweise die erwähnte Masse (22) berührt,einen unteren, nach unten offenen, größeren Teil (54b), der von den federnd vorgespannten Mittel (30) berührt wird, wobei der erwähnte größere Teil (54b) es ermöglicht, daß der erste Kontakt (11) vom zweiten elektrischen Kontakt (12), abhängig von einer Bewegung der kugelförmigen Masse (22), geöffnet wird.
- Sicherheitsschalter nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der schmale, schaftförmige Endteil (54a) in einer entsprechenden Bohrung des erwähnten ersten Kontaktes (11) eingesetzt ist.
