Claims (12)

  1. Verfahren zur Umverpackung von palettiertem Packgut, umfassend einen Verfahrensschritt des Ablegens einer oder mehrerer Kunststofffolien um das palettierte Packgut herum, die das palettierte Packgut bedecken und die Zugänge zur Palette versperren, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es einen Verfahrensschritt aufweist, der darin besteht, daß in der Folie, die die Zugänge (8) zur Palette (2) versperrt, permanente Passagen (13) für Gabeln (7) von Handhabungsmaschinen freigemacht werden.
  2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es Verfahrensschritte aufweist, die darin bestehen, daß
    a) um die Palette (2) herum ein Halteband (11) befestigt wird;
    b) die Umverpackung (12) mit dem Halteband (11) verbunden wird.
  3. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man permanente Passagen (13) in der Folie freimacht, die die Zugänge (8) zur Palette (2) versperrt, vis à vis auf zwei gegenüberliegenden Seiten der Palette (2).
  4. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Freimachen der permanenten Passagen (13) im Bereich der Zugänge (8) zur Palette (2) darin besteht, daß die Folie, die die Zugänge (8) zur Palette (2) versperrt, plissiert wird und die erhaltenen Falten verbunden, insbesondere verschweißt werden.
  5. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Umverpackung (12) eine schrumpfbare Haube ist und dadurch, daß der Verfahrensschritt (b) durch Erhitzen realisiert ist, wobei gleichzeitig das Verschweißen des Haltebandes (11) mit der Haube und die Schrumpfung der Haube gewährleistet ist.
  6. Verfahren nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Palette (2), die das zu umhüllende Packgut trägt, eine Standardpalette ist, die eine obere und eine untere Ebene aufweist, die im wesentlichen identisch und mittels Klötzen verbunden sind, die im wesentlichen parallelflache Rechtecke ausbilden.
  7. Vorrichtung zur Umverpackung von palettiertem Packgut, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie Mittel (19) zum Spenden einer Folie und zur Bildung eines Haltebandes (11) um eine Palette (2) herum aufweist, das geeignet ist, mit einer Umverpackung (12), insbesondere mit einer Haube, verbunden zu werden sowie dadurch, daß sie Mittel aufweist, um permanente Passagen (13) für Gabeln (7) von Handhabungsmaschinen im Bereich wenigstens einiger Zugänge (8) zur Palette (2) im Halteband freizumachen.
  8. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mittel (24), um die Passagen (13) für Gabeln (7) der Handhabungsmaschinen im Bereich wenigstens einiger Zugänge (8) zur Palette (2) freizumachen, Schubelemente (25) aufweisen, um das Halteband (11) zu plissieren, und Mittel (26), um die Falten dauerhaft miteinander zu verbinden, und insbesondere Schweißelemente.
  9. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie Mittel (29) aufweist, um eine Umverpackung (12) abzulegen, insbesondere eine Haube, sowie Mittel zur Verbindung des Haltebandes (11) mit der Umverpackung (12).
  10. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Umverpackung (12), insbesondere die Haube, aus schrumpfbarer Kunststofffolie besteht, und dadurch, daß sie Mittel (32) zum Erhitzen aufweist, um die Schrumpfung der Umverpackung zu gewährleisten.
  11. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie einen Ring (18) umfasst, der geeignet ist, die Palette (2) zu umgeben und dadurch, daß die Mittel (19) zum Spenden einer dünnen Folie, die geeignet ist, das Halteband (11) auszubilden, auf dem Ring (18) um die Palette (2) herum kreisend angebracht sind.
  12. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mittel (19) zum Spenden der Kunststofffolie, die geeignet ist, das Halteband (11) auszubilden, eine Streckrolle (36) von geringer Breite als der Breite der Kunststofffolie aufweisen, um den zentralen Bereich dieser Folie zu dehnen.
