Claims (14)

  1. Vorrichtung zur Ableitung von gasförmigen Medien, insbesondere von ausgestossenem Gas oder Rauch, mit einem oberen Element (2) des Durchmessers D und einem unteren Element (3), die überlagert, koaxial und über Verbindungsstege (4) fest miteinander verbunden sind; wobei das untere Element (3) einen unteren Boden (5) und eine untere Kappe (6) aufweist, die jeweils eine allgemeine kegelstumpfartige Form haben und in koaxialer Richtung von einem Rchr (7) mit einem gegebenen Durchmesser d durchlaufen werden, das an einem seiner Enden (15), an der Seite der unteren Kappe (6), in einen Raum (8) zwischen den beiden Elementen (2, 3) mündet, während das andere Ende am Einlauf des gasförmigen Mediums befestigt ist, wobei der untere Boden (5) und die untere Kappe (6) über ihre große gemeinsame Basis (9) fest miteinander verbunden sind; wobei die untere Kappe (6) eine ringförmige, an die große gemeinsame Basis (9) angrenzende Lippe (10) aufweist, die ab der großen Basis (9) und in der direkten Verlängerung der Fläche der unteren Kappe (6) nach unten gerichtet ist; wobei das obere Element (2) eine obere, im allgemeinen kegelförmige Kappe (12) und einen oberen Boden (11) umfaßt, die über ihre große Basis (13) fest miteinander verbunden sind, wobei die obere Kappe (12) eine ringförmige, an die große gemeinsame Basis (13) angrenzende Lippe (14) aufweist, die ab der großen Basis (13) und in der Verlängerung der Fläche der oberen Kappe (12) nach unten gerichtet ist; während die Verbindungsstege (4) auf der kegelstumpfförmigen Fläche der unteren Kappe (6) ruhen; dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der untere Boden (5) eine umlaufende Krone (17c) aufweist, die parallel zur kegelstumpfförmigen Fläche der unteren Kappe (6) verläuft.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der obere Boden (11) und die obere Kappe (12) jeweils eine umlaufende Querkrone (17a, 17b) aufweisen, die sich gegenüberliegen und einen Montage- und Befestigungsstreifen des Endes auf der Seite des oberen Elements (2) der Stege (4) am cberen Element (2) bilden, wobei die ringförmige Lippe (14) die umlaufende Krone (17a) der oberen Kappe (12) verlängert und die umlaufende Krone (17b) des oberen Bodens (11) abdeckt.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die kleine Basis der unteren Kappe einen ringförmigen Vorsprung (16) mit axialer Richtung und von einer Hohe h aufweist, wobei das Größenverhältnis h/d zwischen 0,01 und 0,04 liegt und vorzugsweise etwa 0,0125 beträgt.
  4. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der ringförmige axiale Vorsprung vom Ende (15) des Rohrs (7) gebildet wird, das die kleine Basis der unteren Kappe (6) überragt.
  5. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der obere Boden (11) eine Kegelstumpfform mit geschlossener kleiner Basis (17) mit einem Durchmesser d2 aufweist, wobei das Größenverhältnis d2/d zwischen 1 und 2,25 liegt und vorzugsweise etwa 1 beträgt.
  6. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der maximale Durchmesser D des oberen Elements (2) etwa dem maximalen Durchmesser des unteren Elements (3) entspricht, wobei das Größenverhältnis D/d zwischen 1,5 und 3 liegt und vorzugsweise etwa 2,25 beträgt.
  7. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Größenverhältnis H/d zwischen 0,25 und 0,70 liegt und vorzugsweise etwa 0,45 beträgt, wobei H der minimale Abstand zwischen dem oberen und unteren Element ist.
  8. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Winkel a, den die kegelstumpfförmige Fläche der unteren Kappe (6) mit der großen Basis (9) bildet, zwischen 15° und 45° liegt und vorzugsweise etwa 30° beträgt.
  9. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Winkel b und/oder der Winkel g und/oder der Winkel d, die jeweils von der kegelstumpfförmigen Fläche des unteren Bodens (5), der kegelförmigen Fläsche der oberen Kappe (12) und der Fläche des oberen Bodens (11) mit den großen Basen (9, 13) gebildet werden, zwischen 0° und 30° liegt/liegen und vorzugsweise etwa 22° beträgt/betragen.
  10. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie weiters ein zylindrisches koaxiales Gitterelement umfaßt, das sich zwischen dem oberen Element (2) und dem unteren Element (3) erstreckt und einen mindestens größeren Durchmesser als den Durchmesser (d2) oder einen größeren Durchmesser als den Durchmesser (d) hat, wobei das besagte Gitter vorzugsweise Maschen von 20 mm x 20 mm mehr oder wengier 2 mm aufweist.
  11. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie mindestens zwei am Umfang der Vorrichtung angeordnete Stege (4) umfaßt, die eine abgeflachte Form mit einer radialen Länge t3 und einer tangentialen Dicke e3 aufweisen, wobei das Größenverhältnis t3/d zwischen 0,04 und 0,07 liegt und vorzugsweise etwa 0,05 beträgt, während das Größenverhältnis e3/t3 zwischen 0,2 und 0,5 liegt.
  12. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jeder der Stege (4) in Betriebsposition an seinem unteren Ende eine Verbindungslasche (18) aufweist, die parallel zur kegelstumpfförmigen Fläche der unteren Kappe verläuft, mit ihr in Kontakt steht und mit ihr verbunden ist, und sich in einer tangentialen Richtung zur Achse (40) der Vorrichtung erstreckt.
  13. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Winkel 1, der von den ringförmigen Lippen (10, 14) mit den großen Basen (9,13) gebildet wird, zwischen 45° und 70° liegt und vcrzugsweise etwa 60° beträgt.
  14. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie weiters ein oder mehrere ringförmige Ablenkbleche (50) umfaßt, das/die koaxial zur Fläche des oberen Bodens (11) angeordnet ist/sind.
