Description
- Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur kontinuierlichen Erzeugung von Oberflächenfärbungen auf Cellulosefasern, die in Form textiler Materialien vorliegen, durch Behandlung der textilen Materialien mit einer wäßrigen Flotte, die kationische polyquaternäre Kondensationsprodukte und Phosphorsäureester enthält, und anschließendes Färben der textilen Materialien mit Reaktivfarbstoffen und Fertigstellen der Färbungen in üblicher Weise.
- Aus der DE-A-3 320 629 ist ein Verfahren zum Färben von textilen Materialien aus Cellulosefasern bekannt, bei dem man auf den textilen Materialien zunächst einen festhaftenden Film erzeugt, in dem man darauf
- (a) primäre und/oder sekundäre basische Aminogruppen enthaltende wasserlösliche Verbindungen und
- (b) Propylenchlorhydringruppen enthaltende wasserlösliche Verbindungen, die daraus gebildeten Epoxide, N-Methylol- oder N-Methylolethergruppen enthaltende wasserlösliche Kondensator aufbringt,
- das textile Material dann trocknet und in üblicher Weise mit Reaktivfarbstoffen oder Säurefarbstoffen in wäßrigem Medium bei pH-Werten von 6 bis 12 färbt. Die so erhältlichen Färbungen entsprechen in den Eigenschaften einer Indigo-Färbung. Nach diesem Verfahren können Denim-Artikel in allen Farben hergestellt werden. Wie bei der Indigo-Färbung wird bei diesen Denim-Färbungen die gefärbte Kette des Denim-Gewebes nach mehrmaligem Waschen heller und bekommt einen brillanteren Ton.
- Aus der US-A-5 015 754 sind quaternierte Kondensationsprodukte bekannt, die durch Umsetzung von Präkondensaten von Trialkanolaminen mit Carbonsäurederivaten oder Epichlorhydrin und anschließende Quaternierung mit Benzylchlorid erhältlich sind. Diese Kondensationsprodukte werden zur Nachbehandlung für die Fixierung von Färbungen und Drucken auf Cellulosefasern enthaltenden textilen Materialien verwendet.
- Der vorliegenden Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, ein Verfahren zur kontinuierlichen Erzeugung von Oberflächenfärbungen auf Cellulosefasern zur Verfügung zu stellen, die in Form textiler Materialien vorliegen.
- Die Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß gelöst, wenn man die textilen Materialien zunächst mit einer wäßrigen Flotte behandelt, die
- (i) mindestens 5 g/l an mit Benzylhalogeniden quaternierten Kondensationsprodukten aus Präkondensaten von Trialkanolaminen und Harnstoffen, cyclischen Carbonaten und/oder Epihalogenhydrinen und/oder mit Benzylchlorid quaternisierte Kondensationsprodukte aus Piperazin und Epichlorhydrin und
- (ii) 0,02 bis 1 g/l eines Phosphorsäuretriesters enthält, dessen Alkoholkomponente sich von aliphatischen, Arylsubstituenten aufweisenden aliphatischen Alkoholen, Phenolen oder alkylsubstituierten Phenolen mit jeweils 6 bis 18 C-Atomen im Alkohol- oder Phenolrest ableitet,
- Die Cellulosefaser der so gefärbten textilen Materialien sind nicht durchgehend gefärbt, sondern nur an der Oberfläche. Man spricht in solchen Fällen auch von Ringfärbungen. Das textile Material ist jedoch egal gefärbt. Textile Materialien, die nach dem erfindungsgemäßen Verfahren gefärbt werden können, sind beispielsweise Garne, Gewebe, Gewirke oder Vliese, die aus Cellulosefasern bestehen oder sie gegebenenfalls in Mischung mit anderen Fasern enthalten. Vorzugsweise färbt man nach dem erfindungsgemäßen Verfahren Kettgarne aus Cellulosefasern.
- Die textilen Materialien werden zunächst mit einer wäßrigen Flotte behandelt, die mindestens 5 g/l an mit Benzylhalogeniden quaternierten Kondensationsprodukten aus Präkondensaten von Trialkanolaminen und Harnstoffen, cyclischen Carbonaten und/oder Epihalogenhydrinen enthält. Quaternierte Kondensationsprodukte dieser Art werden ausführlich in der US-A-5 015 754 beschrieben. Die Quaternierten Kondensationsprodukte bestehen aus
- A) einem Präkondensat aus einem oder mehreren Trialkanolaminen der allgemeinen Formel I
in der die Reste R1 bis R3 für 1,2-Alkylengruppen mit 2 bis 4 C-Atomen stehen, und - B) 1 bis 30 mol-% pro Mol I einer der folgenden Verbindungen II:

- Die zur Herstellung der kationischen Harze verwendeten Präkondensate können durch Erhitzen der Trialkanolamine I, insbesondere von Triethanolamin oder Triisopropanolamin N[CH2-CH(CH3)-OH]3, in Gegenwart von sauren Katalysatoren, vorzugsweise phosphoriger oder unterphosphoriger Säure, bei Temperaturen von 120 bis 280°C, wie in der EP-A 223 064 beschrieben, erhalten werden. Abweichend vom Verfahren dieser EP-A wird die Reaktion zweckmäßigerweise nach Erreichen eines Viskositätsbereiches von 5.000 bis 35.000 mPa·s, vorzugsweise von 10.000 bis 25.000 mPa·s, für Triethanolamin bzw. von 100.000 bis 600.000 mPa·s, vorzugsweise von 200.000 bis 500.000 mPa·s, für Triisopropanolamin oder von 100.000 bis 250.000 mPa·s für ein Mischkondensat aus bevorzugt äquimolaren Mengen Triethanolamin und Triisopropanolamin (jeweils gemessen in unverdünntem Zustand bei 20°C) deutlich unterhalb des Gelpunktes durch Kühlung abgebrochen. Zur weiteren Vernetzung und/oder zum Einbau von Gruppen anderer Polarität an den Ketten, die die Alkoholfunktionen tragen, und/oder unter Quaternierung an den zentralen Stickstoffatomen werden die erhaltenen Präkondensate mit einer oder mehreren Verbindungen IIa bis IIe umgesetzt. Die Menge dieser Verbindungen liegt im Bereich von 1 bis 30 mol-%, vorzugsweise von 1 bis 15 mol-%, pro Mol I.
- Als Verbindungen IIa bis IIe kommen in Betracht:
- a) die defintionsgemäßen Carbonsäuren oder deren Derivate IIa, wobei die Reste R4 und R5 Hydroxylgruppen, C1-C8-Alkoxygruppen, vorzugsweise C1-C4-Alkoxygruppen, Chlor oder Brom bedeuten und für das Brückenglied R6 insbesondere die Gruppierungen
in Betracht kommen, wobei q Werte von 1 bis 50, vorzugsweise 2 bis 10 und k Werte von 0 bis 24, vorzugsweise 0 bis 12, annehmen und R12 Wasserstoff, Methyl oder Ethyl bedeutet; bevorzugt werden weiterhin unverzweigte Brükkenglieder R6.
Als Beispiele für Verbindungen IIa sind zu nennen:- α) Kohlensäurederivate (n = 0), z.B. Kohlensäuredimethylester, Kohlensäurediethylester, Kohlensäuredipropylester, Kohlensäuredibutylester, Ethylencarbonat, 1,2-Propylencarbonat, 1,3-Propylencarbonat, 1,2-Butylencarbonat, 1,3-Butylencarbonat, 2,3-Butylencarbonat, Phosgen, Chlor- oder Bromkohlensäuremonomethylester und Chlor- oder Bromkohlensäuremonoethylester. Bevorzugt wrden cyclische Carbonate, darunter vor allem Ethylencarbonat und 1,3-Propylencarbonat;
- β) Dicarbonsäuren (n = 1, R4=R5 = OH), z.B. Malonsäure, Bernsteinsäure, Glutarsäure, Adipinsäure, Pimelinsäure, Korksäure, Azelainsäure und Sebacinsäure;
- γ) Dicarbonsäurederivate (n = 1; R4, R5 = Alkoxy, Cl, Br); als Beispiele können hier die Dimethyl-, Diethyl-, Dipropyl- und Dibutylester sowie die Chloride und Bromide der unter β) aufgeführten Dicarbonsäuren dienen;
- b) die definitionsgemäßen Carbonsäureamide IIb, für die als Beispiele zu nennen sind:
- α) Monocarbonsäureamide (n = r = O), z.B. Formamid, Acetamid, Propionsäureamid, Buttersäureamid, Benzamid sowie die N-Methyl-, N-Ethyl-, N-Propyl- und N-Butyl-Derivate dieser Amide;
- β) Dicarbonsäureamide (m = 0, n = r = 1), z.B. Malonsäurediamid, Bernsteinsäurediamid, Glutarsäurediamid, Adipinsäurediamid, Pimelinsäurediamid, Korksäurediamid, Azelainsäurediamid, Sebacinsäurediamid sowie die N,N'-Dimethyl-, N,N'-Diethyl-, N,N'-Dipropyl- und N,N'-Dibutyl-Derivate dieser Diamide;
- γ) Harnstoffe (n = 0, r = 1), z.B. Harnstoff, N-Methylharnstoff, N-Ethylharnstoff, N-Propylharnstoff, N-Butylharnstoff, N,N'-Dimethylharnstoff, N,N'-Diethylharnstoff, N,N'-Dipropylharnstoff, N,N'-Dibutylharnstoff, N-(2-Ethylhexyl)harnstoff, N-iso-Nonylharnstoff, N-iso-Tridecylharnstoff, N-Laurylharnstoff, N-Myristylharnstoff, N-Palmitylharnstoff, N-Stearylharnstoff, N-Oleylharnstoff, N-Linolylharnstoff, N-Linolylharnstoff, N-Linolenylharnstoff und N-Phenylharnstoff. Bevorzugt werden monosubstituierte Harnstoffe, und vor allem unsubstituierter Harnstoff;
- δ) Bisharnstoffe (m = n = r = 1), z.B. Methylendiharnstoff, Ethylen-1,2-diharnstoff, Propylen-1,3-diharnstoff, Butylen-1,4-diharnstoff, Pentamethylen-1,5-diharnstoff, Hexamethylen-1,6-diharnstoff, Di(2-ureidoethyl)ether, Di(3-ureidopropyl)ether, Ethylenglykol-bis(2-ureidoethyl)ether, Ethylenglykol-bis(3-ureidoproyl)ether, Diethylenglykol-bis-(2-ureidoethyl)ether, Triethylenglykol-bis(2-ureidoethyl)ether und Tetraethylenglykol-bis(2-ureidoethyl)ether. Bevorzugt werden Bisharnstoffe mit einer Alkylenbrücken R6 mit 4 bis 10 C-Atomen und besonders bevorzugt wird Hexamethylen-1,6-diharnstoff;
- c) ein Epihalogenhydrin IIc, in der X Chlor oder Brom bedeutet. Bevorzugt wird Epichlorhydrin;
- d) die definitionsgemäßen monofunktionellen Verbindungen IId, für die als Beispiele zu nennen sind:
- α) Isocyanate, z.B. Methylisocyanat, Ethylisocyanat, Propylisocyanat, Butylisocyanat, 2-Ethylhexylisocyanat, iso-Nonylisocyanat, iso-Tridecylisocyanat, Laurylisocyanat, Myristylisocyanat, Palmitylisocyanat, Stearylisocyanat, Oleylisocyanat, Linolylisocyanat, Linolenylisocyanat, Phenylisocyanat, o-, m- oder p-Chlorphenylisocyanat und o-, m- oder p-Tolylisocyanat;
- β) Urethane, z.B. Carbaminsäuremethylester, Carbaminsäureethylester, Carbaminsäurepropylester, Carbaminsäurebutylester sowie die N-Methyl-, N-Ethyl-, N-Propyl- und N-Butyl-Derivate dieser Verbindungen;
- γ) Glycidylether, z.B. Methylglycidylether, Ethylglycidylether, Propylglycidylether, Butylglycidylether, (2-Ethylhexyl)glycidylether, iso-Nonylglycidylether, iso-Decylglycidylether, iso-Tridecylglycidylether, Laurylglycidylether, Myristylglycidylether, Palmitylglycidylether, Stearylglycidylether, Oleylglycidylether, Linolylglycidylether, Linolenylglycidylether, Cyclohexylglycidylether, Glycidylether aus C13-C15-Oxoalkohol, C12-C14-Fettalkohol sowie C16-C18-Fettalkohol und Phenylglycidylether;
- e) die definitionsgemäßen bifunktionellen Verbindungen IIe, in der R10 eine Alkylengruppe mit 1 bis 50 C-Atomen, vorzugsweise mit 2 bis 26 C-Atomen, die durch ein oder mehrere nicht benachbarte Sauerstoffatome unterbrochen sein und/oder eine oder mehrere nicht vicinal zueinander stehende Hydroxylgruppen enthalten kann, bedeutet. Für das Brückenglied R10 kommen insbesondere die Gruppierungen
in Betracht, wobei q Werte von 1 bis 50, vorzugsweise 2 bis 10 und k Werte von 0 bis 24, vorzugsweise 0 bis 12, annehmen und R12 Wasserstoff, Methyl oder Ethyl bedeutet; bevorzugt werden weiterhin unverzweigte Brückenglieder R10. - Als Beispiele für Verbindungen IIe sind zu nennen:
- α) Dichloride oder Dibromide, z.B. Methylenchlorid, 1,2-Dichlorethan, 1,3-Dichlorpropan, 1,4-Dichlorbutan, 1,5-Dichlorpentan, 1,6-Dichlorhexan, Di[2-chlorethyl]ether, Di[3-chlorpropyl]ether, Ethylenglykol-bis[2-chlorethyl]ether, Ethylenglykol-bis[3-chlorpropyl]ether, Diethylenglykol-bis[2-chlorethyl]ether, Triethylenglykol-bis[2-chlorethyl]ether, 1,3-Dichlor-2-propanol, Di[3-chlor-2-hydroxypropyl]ether, Ethylenglykol-bis[3-chlor-2-hydroxypropyl]ether, Diethylenglykol-bis[-3chlor-2-hydroxypropyl]ether und Triethylenglykol-bis [3-chlor-2-hydroxypropyl]ether, Neopentylen-bis[3-chlor-2-hydroxypropyl]ether oder die entsprechenden Bromverbindungen;

- ε) γ-Alkoxy- oder γ-Aryloxypropylenhalogenhyride, z.B. [3-Chlor-2-hydroxypropyl]-methylether, [3-Chlor-2-hydroxypropyl]-ethylether, [3-Chlor-2-hydroxypropyl]-propylether, [3-Chlor-2-hydroxylpropyl]-butylether, [3-chlor-2-hydroxypropyl]-2-ethylhexylether, [3-Chlor-2-hydroxypropyl]-isononylether, [3-Chlor-2-hydroxypropyl]-isotridecylether, [3-Chlor-2-hydroxypropyl]-laurylether, [3-Chlor-2-hydroxypropyl]-myristylether, [3-Chlor-2-hydroxypropyl]-palmitylether, [3-Chlor-2-hydroxylpropyl]-stearylether, [3-Chlor-2-hydroxypropyl]-olelylether, [3-Chlor-2-hydroxypropyl]-linolylether, [3-Chlor-2-hydroxypropyl]-linolenylether und [3-Chlor-2-hydroxypropyl]-phenylether oder die entsprechenden Bromverbindungen.
- Die Umsetzung des Präkondensats aus Triethanolamin erfolgt vorzugsweise mit einem Harnstoff IIb (n = 0, r = 1), einem Bisharnstoff IIb (m = n = r = 1) oder einem cyclischen Carbonat IIa (R4-R5=0-Alkylen-0, n = 0) bei Temperaturen von 100 bis 210°C, vorzugsweise 140 bis 200°C, ohne Lösungsmittel bis zu einer Viskosität von 20.000 bis 300.000 mPa·s, vorzugsweise 28.000 bis 150.000 mPa·s, und mit einem Epihalogenhydrin IIc ohne Verwendung eines Lösungsmittels bei Temperaturen von 40 bis 150°C, vorzugsweise 60 bis 130°C, oder in mindestens 40 vol.-%iger wäßriger gegebenenfalls auch wäßrig-alkoholischer Lösung bei Temperaturen von 40 bis 100°C bis zu einer Viskosität einer 80 gew.-%igen wäßrigen Lösung bei 20°C von 12.000 bis 40.000 mPa·s, vorzugsweise 15.000 bis 36.000 mPa·s.
- Die Umsetzung des Präkondensats aus Triisopropanolamin erfolgt vorzugsweise mit einem Harnstoff IIb (n = 0, r = 1), einem Bisharnstoff IIb (m = n = r = 1) oder einem cyclischen Carbonat IIa (R4-R5=0-Alkylen-0, n = 0) bei Temperaturen von 100 bis 210°C, vorzugsweise 140 bis 200°C, ohne Lösungsmittel bis zu einer Viskosität von mehr als 500.000 mPa·s und mit einem Epihalogenhydrin IIc ohne Verwendung eines Lösungsmittels bei Temperaturen von 40 bis 150°C, vorzugsweise 60 bis 130°C, oder in mindestens 40 vol.-%iger wäßriger gegebenenfalls auch wäßrig alkoholischer Lösung bei Temperaturen von 40 bis 100°C.
- Die oben als bevorzugt beschriebenen quaternären Kondensationsprodukte werden auch bei dem erfindungsgemäßen Färbeverfahren bevorzugt im 1. Behandlungsbad eingesetzt.
- Außerdem eignen sich mit Benzylchlorid quaternisierte Kondensationsprodukte aus Piperazin und Epichlorhydrin. Kondensationsprodukte dieser Art sind beispielsweise aus "Die neuesten Fortschritte in der Anwendung der Farbstoffe" (Band 2, Seite 96f) von L. Diserens, [2. Auflage, Verlag Birkhäuser Basel 1949] bekannt. Piperazin und Epichlorhydrin werden dabei im Molverhältnis (0,5-1) : (1-0,5), vorzugsweise im Molverhältnis 1:1 kondensiert. Das Kondensationsprodukt wird anschließend durch Umsetzung mit Benzylchlorid quaternisiert. Die quaternierten Kondensationsprodukte haben in Form einer 50%igen wäßrigen Lösung Viskositäten von 100 bis 1000 Pa·s, vorzugsweise 200 bis 500 mPa·s (gemessen bei 20°C).
- Die Konzentration der quaternisierten Kondensationsprodukte in der wäßrigen Flotte beträgt mindestens 5 g/l. Es können auch Mischungen der verschiedenen Kondensationsprodukte eingesetzt werden. Die Konzentrationen an quaternierten Kondensationsprodukten kann bis zu 100 g/l oder gar mehr betragen und liegt vorzugsweise in dem Bereich von 15 bis 50 g/l. Die quaternierten Kondensationsprodukte sind in der wäßrigen Flotte löslich. Die Temperatur der wäßrigen Flotte, in die die textilen Materialien zur Behandlung eingebracht werden, kann in einem weiten Bereich variiert werden. Geeignet sind Temperaturen von 15 bis 95°C. Die bevorzugte Behandlungstemperaturen liegen bei 20 bis 35°C.
- Die wäßrige Flotte als Komponente (ii) 0,02 bis 1 g/l eines Phosphorsäuretriesters, dessen Alkoholkomponente von aliphatischen, Arylsubstituenten aufweisenden aliphatischen Alkoholen, Phenolen oder alkylsubstituierten Phenolen mit jeweils 6 bis 18 C-Atomen im Alkohol- oder Phenolrest ableitet. Geeignete Phosphorsäuretriester sind beispielsweise Triisobutylphosphat, Tri(2-ethylhexyl)phosphat, Trihexylphosphat, Tridecylphosphat, Tridodecylphosphat, Tri-tert.-butylphenylphosphat, Tridodecylphenylphosphat und Mischungen aus mindestens 2 der genannten Phosphate.
- Die Oberflächen- bzw. Ringfärbung der Cellulosefasern wird kontinuierlich durchgeführt, in dem man textile Materialien, die Cellulosefasern enthalten oder daraus bestehen, beispielsweise auf einer Indigofärbemaschine zunächst durch ein Bad führt, das die Verbindungen (i) und (ii) in den oben angegebenen Mengen enthält. Die textilen Materialien liegen hierbei vorzugsweise als Garn vor, das nach der Behandlung mit der vorstehend beschriebenen wäßrigen Flotte abgequetscht und in ein anderes Bad geführt und darin mit Reaktivfarbstoffen in wäßrigem Medium gefärbt wird.
- Für das erfindungsgemäße Verfahren eignen sich sämtliche wasserlöslichen Reaktivfarbstoffe. Diese Farbstoffe werden ausführlich im Colour Index, 3. Auflage, published by the Soc. of Dyes and Colorists, Band 3, 6 bis 8 und in den Additions and Amendments Nr. 65 bis 81 beschrieben. Das wichtigste Merkmal dieser Farbstoffklasse ist die reaktionsfähige Gruppe, über die der chromophore Teil des Farbstoffmoleküls an das zu färbende Substrat gebunden ist. Als Reaktivgruppen kommen beispielsweise Vinylsulfon-, Beta-Sulfatoethylsulfon-, Beta-Chlorethylsulfon- und Beta-Dialkylaminoethylsulfon-Gruppen oder durch 1 bis 3 Halogenatome substituierte Heterocyclen, wie Triazin, Pyrdazin, Pyridazon, Chinoxalin und Pyrimidin in Betracht. Die Reaktivfarbstoffe können eine oder mehrere reaktive Gruppen enthalten. Der chromophore Teil leitet sich in erster Linie von Azoverbindungen, Disazoverbindungen, Metallkomplexen der Azofarbstcffe bzw. Disazofarbstoffen, Anthrachinonderivaten, Formazanen und Phthalocyaninen ab.
- Das Färben der Cellulosefasern mit Reaktivfarbstoffen erfolgt nach bekannten Verfahren, z.B. in dem Temperaturbereich von 20 bis 95°C.
- Das aus dem Färbebad kommende textile Material wird dann kontinuierlich zur Fixierung der Reaktivfarbstoffe mit einer alkalischen Flotte behandelt, durch die es kontinuierlich geführt wird. Das Fixieren und Fertigstellen der Färbung erfolgt ebenfalls kontinuierlich und in üblicher Weise. Zum Fertigstellen der Färbung wird das textile Material vorzugsweise durch eine wäßrige Flotte geführt, die 0,5 bis 2 g/l eines Wasch- und/oder Dispergiermittels enthält. Anschließend wird das Material einmal oder mehrmals mit Wasser gespült.
- Man erhält gefärbte textile Materialien aus Cellulose, bei denen die einzelnen Fasern lediglich an der Oberfläche und nicht im Innern gefärbt sind. Die einzelnen Cellulosefasern sind also nicht über den gesamten Querschnitt der Faser gefärbt, sondern nur in den äußeren Bereichen. Man spricht daher von einer Ringfärbung. Mit den so gefärbten textilen Materialien können die vom Indigo her bekannten "washdown"-Effekte erzielt werden. Man hat mit dem erfindungsgemäßen Verfahren eine einfache Methode, um textile Materialien aus Cellulosefasern auf Färbeanlagen zu färben, auf denen sonst mit Indigofarbstoffen gefärbt wird, und erhält dabei Färbungen mit beliebigen Reaktivfarbstoffen. Aus den so gefärbten textilen Materialien können vorteilhaft Jeansstoffe in praktisch jeder Farbnuance hergestellt werden, die nach der entsprechenden Behandlung wash-down-Effekte aufweisen.
- Falls nicht anders angegeben, bedeuten die Prozentangaben in den Beispielen Gew.-%.
- Wäßrige Lösung einer polyquatären Verbindung, die gemäß dem Synthesebeispeil 5 der US-A-5 015 754 durch Kondensation eines Triethanolaminpräkondensats mit 5 Mol-% Harnstoff und anschließende Quaternierung mit 90 Mol-% Benzylchlorid erhalten wurde.
- Kondensationsprodukt aus Piperazin und Epichlorhydrin im Molverhältnis 1:1 und Quaternisierung mit 1,4 Mol Benzylchlorid, bezogen auf Piperazin. Die Viskosität der 47%igen wäßrigen Lösung beträgt: 325 mPa·s.
- Neutraler Phosphorsäuretriester eines aliphatischen Alkohols mit 8 Kohlenstoffatomen.
- Ein Baumwollrohgarn (12 Nm/l) wird 10 Sekunden durch eine Flotte geführt, die 4 Teile der kationischen Verbindung I, 0,03 Teile des Phosphorsäuresters I enthält.
- Das Baumwollgarn wird auf etwa 40 % Flottenaufnahme abgequetscht und eine Minute durch eine Luftpassage geführt. Im zweiten Flottentrog, durch den das Garn naß in naß wiederum für 10 Sekunden getaucht wird, enthält 3 Teile des Reaktivfarbstoffes C.I. Reactive Blue 21 und 3 Teile NaCl. Die Flottenaddition nach dem Foulardieren betrug ca. 25 %. Es folgte ein einminütiger Luftgang. Im dritten Flottentrog wurde der Farbstoff durch eine 95°C heiße alkalische Lösung fixiert. Die Fixierflotte enthielt 15 Volumenteile NaOH 38°Bé und 20 Teile Nacl. Nach dem Abquetschen des Garnes erfolgte ein zweimaliges Spülen mit Wasser (Raumtemperatur) für jeweils 10 Sekunden und anschließenden Foulardieren, ein Seifprozeß mit 0,1 Teilen eines handelsüblichen Waschmittels bei Kochtemperatur für 10 Sekunden mit folgendem Abquetschen des Kettgarnes. Daraufhin wurde das Garn noch einmal gespült und anschließend getrocknet.
- Man erhält ein türkisfarbenes Garn, bei dem die Cellulosefasern sehr gute Ringfärbung aufweisen, die für den Denim-Artikel mit wash-down-Effekten unerläßlich ist. Die erzielten Gebrauchsechtheiten entsprechen denen, die für einen Denim-Artikel mit wash-down-Effekten üblicherweise erhalten werden.
- Ein Baumwollrohgarn (12 Nm/l) wird 10 Sekunden durch eine Flotte geführt, die 4 Teile der kationischen Verbindung I, 0,03 Teile des Phosphorsäureesters I und 0,05 Teile eines handelsüblichen nichtionogen Netzmittels enthält.
- Das Baumwollgarn wird auf etwa 40 % Flottenaufnahme abgequetscht und eine Minute durch eine Luftpassage geführt. Im zweiten Flottentrog, durch den das Garn naß in naß wiederum für 10 Sekunden getaucht wird, enthält 3 Teile des Reaktivfarbstoffes C.I. Reactive Blue 21 und 3 Teile NaCl. Die Flottenaddition nach dem Foulardieren betrug ca. 25 %. Es folgte ein einminütiger Luftgang. Im dritten Flottentrog wurde der Farbstoff durch eine 95°C heiße alkalische Lösung fixiert. Die Fixierflotte enthielt 15 Volumenteile NaOH 38°Bé und 20 Teile Nacl. Nach dem Abquetschen des Garnes erfolgte ein zweimaliges Spülen mit Wasser (Raumtemperatur) für jeweils 10 Sekunden und anschließendem Foulardieren, ein Seifprozeß mit 0,1 Teilen eines handelsüblichen Waschmittels bei Kochtemperatur für 10 Sekunden mit folgendem Abquetschen des Kettgarnes. Daraufhin wurde das Garn noch einmal gespült und anschließend getrocknet.
- Man erhält ein türkisfarbenes Garn. Die einzelnen Cellulosefasern weisen eine sehr gute Ringfärbung auf. Im Vergleich zu Beispiel 1 ist die Eindringtiefe des Farbstoffes in das textile Material größer. Dies ist auf den Gehalt an Netzmittel im 1. Behandlungsbad zurückzuführen.
- Die erzielten Gebrauchsechtheiten entsprechen denen, die für einen Denim-Artikel mit wash-down-Effekten üblich sind.

Daraufhin wurde das Garn noch einmal gespült und anschließend getrocknet.
- Man erhält ein rotes Garn. Die einzelnen Cellulosefasern weisen eine sehr gute Ringfärbung auf. Die erzielten Gebrauchsechtheiten entsprechen denen, die für einen Denim-Artikel mit wash-down-Effekten üblich sind.
Claims (3)
- Verfahren zur kontinuierlichen Erzeugung von Oberflächenfärbungen auf Cellulosefasern, die in Form textiler Materialien vorliegen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man die textilen Materialien zunächst mit einer wäßrigen Flotte behandelt, die(i) mindestens 5 g/l an mit Benzylhalogeniden quaternierten Kondensationsprodukten aus Präkondensaten von Trialkanolaminen und Harnstoffen, cyclischen Carbonaten und/oder Epihalogenhydrinen und/oder mit Benzylchlorid quaternierte Kondensationsprodukte aus Piperazin und Epichlorhydrin und(ii) 0,02 bis 1 g/l eines Phosphorsäuretriesters enthält, dessen Alkoholkomponente sich von aliphatischen, Arylsubstituenten aufweisenden aliphatischen Alkoholen, Phenolen oder alkylsubstituierten Phenolen mit jeweils 6 bis 18 C-Atomen im Alkohol- oder Phenolrest ableitet,die so behandelten textilen Mateialien dann in einem anderen Bad mit Reaktivfarbstoffen in wäßrigem Medium färbt und anschließend die Farbstoffe durch Behandlung mit einer alkalischen Flotte in üblicher Weise fixiert und die Färbung fertigstellt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man die textilen Materialien mit der wäßrigen Flotte, die die Verbindungen (i) und (ii) enthält, bei 15 bis 95°C behandelt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die wäßrige Flotte außer den Verbindungen (I) und (II) zusätzlich noch (iii) 0,1 bis 1 g/l eines nichtionischen Netzmittels enthält.
