Accordingly, the drawing point of the yarn is stable regardless of disturbance, such as variation in temperature, variation in false twisting torque. More specifically, the tension L 1 tends to move in a direction designated by arrows A and B due to the disturbance during the texturing operation, such as variation in the number of twists, a raising current of air, withdrawal tension of the yarn supply, unevenness in thickness or vibration of the yarn, while the drawing tension tends to move in a direction designated by arrow C. Thus, the point in the yarn where the drawing point occurs varies. When the drawing point varies excessively, the drawing point moves near the entrance of the heating device, thus, yarn quality is deteriorated and unevenness in dyeability occurs.
  • a resisting member 40 for imparting resistance to the yarn is disposed at a position where the temperature of the yarn is stable, and the tension in the yarn located upstream of the resisting member 40 is set lower than the drawing tension which is determined based on the yarn temperature. Accordingly, even if such disturbances as described above occur, the drawing point is secured by the position of the resisting member, and a textured yarn having a high quality and being free from unevenness in dyeability can be obtained. It is preferred that the tension at the entrance of the heating device is set not more than 0.9 times as much as the drawing tension which is determined based on the temperature of the yarn located at a region between the entrance of the heating device and the resisting member.

It is preferred that the position where the yarn is most deflected by the regulating means is located downstream of a point where the yarn temperature is higher than the glass transient temperature of the yarn.

Claims (10)

  1. Garnstrecktexturiervorrichtung zum Strecken und zur Falschdrahterteilung eines Garns (Y), mit einer Zuführwalzeneinrichtung (30), einer Heizeinrichtung (3) zum Erhitzen des laufenden Garns (Y),
       einer Falschdrahteinrichtung (5), die nach der Heizeinrichtung (3) angeordnet ist, um dem Garn (Y) einen Drall zu erteilen, und einer Lieferwalzeneinrichtung (6), die nach der Falschdrahteinrichtung (5) angeordnet ist, um das Garn (Y) zwischen der Zuführwalzeneinrichtung (30) und der Lieferwalzeneinrichtung (6) zu strecken, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vorrichtung des weiteren eine Drall-Stoppeinrichtung (11, 32, 35) zum Stoppen des Rücklaufens des von der Falschdrahteinrichtung (5) erteilten Dralls oder eine Garn-Widerstandseinrichtung (40) zum Verringern des Drallrücklaufens aufweist, wobei die Einrichtung (11, 32, 35, 40) in der Heizeinrichtung (3) an einer Stelle zwischen der Falschdrahteinrichtung (5) und einer Stelle, an der die Temperatur des die Heizeinrichtung (3) durchlaufenden Garns (Y) die Glasübergangstemperatur des Garns (Y) überschreitet, angeordnet ist.
  2. Garnstrecktexturiervorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Drall-Stoppeinrichtung (11) eine drehbare Walze (22) und ein Lager (23a) der Walze (22) ein strömungsdynamisches oder statisches Drucklager ist.
  3. Garnstrecktexturiervorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vorrichtung des weiteren eine Führung (16) aufweist, die vor der Drall-Stoppeinrichtung (11) angeordnet ist, und das Garn zwischen der Führung (16) und der Drall-Stoppeinrichtung (11) umgelenkt wird, so daß eine Spannungsdifferenz im Garn (Y) vor der Führung (16) und im Garn (Y) nach der Führung (16) aufgrund der Reibung zwischen dem Garn (Y) und der Führung (16) verursacht wird.
  4. Garnstrecktexturiervorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vorrichtung des weiteren eine einen hohen Widerstand erteilende Einrichtung (40) aufweist, die vor der Drall-Stoppeinrichtung (11, 32, 35) und in der Heizeinrichtung (3) angeordnet ist, und der von der einen hohen Widerstand erteilenden Einrichtung (40) erteilte Widerstand höher ist als der Garnwiderstand, dem das Garn (Y) zwischen der den hohen Widerstand erteilenden Einrichtung (40) und der Drall-Stoppeinrichtung (11, 32, 35) unterliegt.
  5. Garnstrecktexturiervorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vorrichtung des weiteren eine Führung (34) aufweist, die nach der Drall-Stoppeinrichtung (11) angeordnet ist, und das Garn (Y) zwischen der Drall-Stoppeinrichtung (11) und der Führung (34) umgelenkt wird, so daß eine Spannungsdifferenz im Garn (Y) vor der Führung (34) und im Garn (Y) nach der Führung (34) aufgrund der Reibung zwischen dem Garn (Y) und der Führung (34) verursacht wird.
  6. Garnstrecktexturiervorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, 3 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die widerstandserteilende Einrichtung (40) mit einer Einrichtung zum Erhitzen dieser widerstandserteilenden Einrichtung versehen ist.
  7. Garnstrecktexturiervorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Garnwiderstandseinrichtung (40) zum Verringern des Drallrücklaufens auf eine solche Weise in der Heizeinrichtung (3) angeordnet ist, daß die Spannung im Garn (Y), das sich in der Nähe des Eintritts der Heizeinrichtung (3) befindet, geringer ist als eine Streckspannung, die auf Basis der Temperatur des sich in der Nähe des Einlasses der Heizeinrichtung (3) befindenden Garns (Y) bestimmt wird.
  8. Garnstrecktexturiervorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Heizeinrichtung (3) eine Regeleinrichtung zum Stabilisieren einer Streckposition des Garns (Y) und der einen hohen Widerstand erteilenden Einrichtung, die beide in dieser angeordnet sind, aufweist, und der von der einen hohen Widerstand erteilenden Einrichtung erteilte Garnwiderstand höher ist als der Garnwiderstand, den das Garn (Y) an einer Stelle in der Heizeinrichtung (3) und nach der den hohen Widerstand erteilenden Einrichtung erhält.
  9. Garnstrecktexturiervorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Regeleinrichtung so angeordnet ist, daß sich eine Stelle, an der das Garn von der Regeleinrichtung umgelenkt wird, nach einer Stelle befindet, an der die Temperatur des Garns (Y) die Glasübergangstemperatur des Garns (Y) überschreitet.
  10. Verfahren zum Strecktexturieren eines synthetischen Garns (Y) in einer Garnstrecktexturiervorrichtung, mit einer Zuführwalzeneinrichtung (30), einer Heizeinrichtung (3), einer Falschdrahteinrichtung (5), die an einer Stelle nach der Heizeinrichtung angeordnet ist, in der das Garn (Y), entlang dem Drall, der von der Falschdrahteinrichtung (5) erteilt wurde, durch die Heizeinrichtung läuft (3), die das Garn (Y) auf eine berührungslose Weise ganz oder teilweise umgibt, und einer Lieferwalzeneinrichtung (6), die nach der Falschdrahteinrichtung (5) zum Strecken des Garns (Y) zwischen der Zuführwalzeneinrichtung (30) und der Lieferwalzeneinrichtung (6) angeordnet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Garnwiderstandselement an einer Stelle in der Heizeinrichtung (3) und nach dem Einlaß der Heizeinrichtung (3) in einem vorgegebenen Abstand entfernt vom Einlaß auf eine solche Weise angeordnet ist, daß die Spannung im Garn (Y), das sich vor dem Widerstandselement befindet, geringer ist als eine Streckspannung, die auf Basis der Temperatur des den Einlaß der Heizeinrichtung (3) und das Garnwiderstandselement passierenden Garns (Y) bestimmt wird, und die Spannung im Garn (Y), das sich nach dem Widerstandselement befindet, höher ist als eine Streckspannung, die auf Basis der Temperatur des sich in der Nähe des Garnwiderstandselement befindenden Garns (Y) bestimmt wird.
