Claims (15)

  1. Vorrichtung zum Reinigen gummiüberzogener Zylinder von Druckmaschinen derjenigen Art, die ein geradliniges Anpreßteil mit Wenigstens einer elastisch nachgiebigen Wand besitzt, mit welcher das Anpreßteil in paralleler Ausrichtung über ein dazwischenliegendes Gewebetuch, das mit einer Reinigungsflüssigkeit besprüht wird, gegen die zu reinigende Walze anpreßbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Anpreßteil ein steifes, geradliniges Stabglied (1) aufweist, in dessen Vorderseite, die flach und dem zu reinigenden Zylinder zugewandt ist, über die gesamte Länge eine Kammer (3) vorgesehen ist, die wenigstens von in Längsrichtung coplanar vorstehenden Kanten begrenzt ist, die zusammen mit anderen geeigneten Mitteln dazu vorgesehen sind, Halter zum Tragen und Befestigen der Längsränder einer starken Membran (4) aus elastomerem Material zu bilden, deren äußere Fläche ein derart konvexes Querschnittprofil besitzt, daß in Richtung der Seitenansicht die Projektion desjenigen Teils des Profils, der den Druckzylinder während des Reinigungsvorgangs berührt, in das Innere der Kammer fällt und dieser Teil eine kleinere Länge hat als die Kammer, wobei das Ganze so ausgeführt ist, daß die Membran während der aktiven Phase einem zusammengesetzten, wenigstens aus Druck, Biegung und Zug bestehenden Spannungszustand ausgesetzt ist und mit einem verteilten Druck auf den Druckzylinder wirkt, und daß sichergestellt ist, daß nach Beendigung der Berührung mit dem Zylinder die Membran vollständig in den ausgefahrenen Ruhezustand zurückkehrt.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die die elastisch nachgiebige Wand des Anpreßteils bildende Membran (4) aus elastomerem Material im wesentlichen einen Querschnitt in der Form eines gleichschenkligen Trapezes besitzt, dessen kleinere Wand nach außen gerichtet ist, deren Breite (S1) mit der Breite (S) der darunterliegenden Kammer (3) über die Gleichung S = S1 + K x S1

    in Zusammenhang steht, wobei K einen Wert von kleiner als 0,5 und vorzugsweise zwischen 0,25 und 0,1 besitzt.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die vorstehenden Kanten der Kammer (3) des Anpreßteils, an denen die Membran (4) aus elastomerem Material gehalten und befestigt ist, mit Längsnuten versehen sind, in welche das die Membran bildende Material eintritt, die durch Vulkanisation an den Kanten befestigt wird, nachdem ein Sperreinsatz in der Kammer angeordnet wurde, der nachfolgend entfernt wird.
  4. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kammer des Anpreßteils eine Breite von ungefähr 18 mm und die nutzbare Vorderfläche der Membran eine Breite von ungefähr 16 mm besitzt, während die Dicke der Membran in der Mitte in der Grössenordnung von 4 mm und im Randbereich in der Größenordnung von ungefähr 2,5 mm liegt, und daß die die Membran haltenden Kanten des Anpreßteils eine Breite von ungefähr 6 mm haben und in den Kanten mittlere Längsnuten (107 - 207) mit einer Tiefe von ungefähr 2 mm ausgebildet sind, die im wesentlichen so lang wie die Kammer (3) und ungefähr 3 mm breit sind.
  5. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Membran (4) aus elastomerem Material auch mit ihren Enden mittels einer luftdichten Abdichtung an den entsprechenden Enden des steifen Stabgliedes (1) des Anpreßteils in solcher Weise befestigt ist, daß die Membran gegen den Druckzylinder gepreßt wird und dann beim Zurückkehren in die Ruhestellung durch den Druckanstieg zusätzlich belastet ist, der durch die Verringerung des Kammervolumens als Folge der Bewegung der Membran in Richtung zur Kammer hervorgerufen wird.
  6. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die durch die Membran (4) aus elastomerem Material abgedeckte Kammer (3) des Anpreßteils die Form eines Kanals besitzt, der anfänglich an beiden Enden offen ist und nachfolgend an diesen mit der Membran und mit Hilfe geeigneter Stopfen verschlossen und abgedichtet wird, die z.B. durch Vulkanisation befestigbar sind.

Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die durch die Membran (4) aus elastomerem Material abgedeckte Kammer (3) des Anpreßteils an einem Ende durch eine vorstehende, in der gleichen Ebene wie die hervorstehenden Längskanten liegende Kante verschlossen ist, die mit einem Kanal (307) versehen ist, der an seinen Enden mit den Enden der Nuten (107 - 207) der Längskanten verbunden ist und das Material der an den Kanten durch Vulkanisation befestigten Membran umschließt, während das andere Ende zum Einfügen und Entfernen des Montage-Sperreinsatzes offen ist und nachfolgend mit einem Stopfen (11) verschlossen wird, der durch Vulkanisation an dem entsprechenden Ende der Membran befestigbar ist.
  8. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die durch die Membran (4) aus elastomerem Material abgedeckte Kammer (3) des Anpreßteils aus einem ringförmigen Körper (101) besteht, in dessen Vorderfläche eine durchgängige Nut (7) vorgesehen ist, in welcher die Membran befestigt ist, wobei der ringförmige Körper während des Befestigungsvorgangs der Membran mittels eines Einsatzes verschlossen ist, der nachfolgend von der Seite entfernt wird, die der mit der Membran verbundenen gegenüber liegt und an welcher der Körper mittels eines anderen Körpers (201) und nötigenfalls mit einer Dichtung (13) verschlossen wird, welche das Teilegebilde des Stabgliedes des Anpreßteils zur Verbindung mit Bewegungsmitteln (5) vervollständigen.

Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Gestaltung des Stabgliedes des Anpreßteils, seine Bewegung und die Gestaltung der Membran (4) aus elastormerem Material sowie die Ausformung dieser Membran und die Gestaltung der von der Membran verschlossenen Kammer (3) vorzugsweise so sind, daß die maximale Auslenkung (fmax) des Stabgliedes an den Stellen, an denen es an den Bewegungsstellgliedern (5 - 105) gelagert ist, kleiner als die Eindringtiefe (C) der Membran in die Kammer an den Lagerstellen und auch kleiner als die Höhe bzw. anfängliche Tiefe (H) der Luftkammer ist.
  10. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Stabglied (1) des Anpreßteils mit der Möglichkeit einer Verschiebung parallel zu seiner Achse in einer Ausnehmung (9) aufgenommen ist, die durch eine steife, vorzugsweise aus Leichtmetall gefertigte Profilschiene (6) gebildet ist, in welcher die Aufnahmen (10) für die Betätigungszylinder (5 - 105) ausgebildet sind, die mit einem Fluiddruck arbeiten, der das Anpreßteil parallel zur Achse des zu reinigenden Zylinders verschiebt.
  11. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Aufnahmen (10) für die Betätigungszylinder des Anpreßteils jeweils eine zylindrische Kammer aufweisen, in welcher sich ein einfach-wirkender Betätigungskolben (2205) mit einer luftdichten Abdichtung verschiebt.

Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in der Leichtmetall-Profilschiene (6) die das Anpreßteil trägt und führt, oberhalb und parallel zu dem Anpreßteil eine Längsausnehmung (20) ausgebildet ist, die gleichmäßig beabstandete Düsen (24) zum Versprühen der Reinigungsflüssigkeit aufnimmt, die an einen innerhalb der Profilschiene verlaufenden Leitungskreis und an wenigstens eine äußere Leitung für die Zufuhr der unter Druck stehenden Flüssigkeit angeschlossen sind.

Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Düsen für die Zufuhr der Reinigungsflüssigkeit auf einem Stabelement (21) befestigt sind, das am Grund einer Aufnahmevertiefung (20) aufgenommen ist, die in der Leichtmetall-Profilschiene (6) ausgebildet ist, während die die Düsen versorgenden Löcher (23) mit Kanälen (22) in Verbindung stehen, die durch Fräsen in der Rückwand der Profilschiene (21) erzeugt und mittels einer Flachdichtung (32) verschlossen sind, an welcher die Profilschiene über Schrauben am Grund (120) der Aufnahmevertiefung fixiert ist.
  14. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die am Grund des die Düsen tragenden Stabelements ausgebildeten Kanäle (22) eine symmetrische Ausbildung besitzen und voneinander abweichende Breiten und/oder Tiefen haben, um Druckverluste auszugleichen und eine gleichmäßige Zufuhr der Reinigungsflüssigkeit zu allen Düsen (24) zu gewährleisten.
  15. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Membran (4) des Anpreßteils aus elastomerem Material auf ihrer Innenseite mit einem die Kammer (3) begrenzenden, dünnen Verstärkungsblech (30) aus Federstahl versehen ist, das vorzugsweise wenigstens bis zum Grund der Nuten (107, 207) reicht.
