In Bandprozeßlinien entstehen unerwünschte Krümmungen in Metallbändern, wenn diese Metallbänder über Zug- bzw. Bremstrommeln von Spannvorrichtungen, Streckbiegerollen, Richtrollen oder Umlenkrollen laufen. Diese Krümmung äußert sich in der Bandprozeßlinie als Querkrümmung und in einer aus dem Metallband herausgeschnittenen Tafel als Längskrümmung, die auch als Coilset bezeichnet wird. Um derartige Probleme zu vermeiden, ist es bekannt, die Querkrümmung im Zuge des Streckbiegerichtens durch Verstellen der in der Eintauchtiefe einstellbaren Streckbiegerolle zu kompensieren. Dabei wird die Querkrümmung in einem nachfolgenden Bereich der Bandprozeßlinien mit einem wesentlich niedrigerem Bandzug gemessen und ein Stellsignal an die Streckbiegerolle gegeben, die sich allerdings in einem Bereich der Bandprozeßlinie mit erhöhtem Bandzug befindet (vgl. US-PS 44 57 149). Unbefriedigend ist bei diesem bekannten Verfahren der erforderliche Einsatz der Streckbiegerolle, die bei empfindlichen Metallbändern Bandoberflächenschäden hervorrufen kann. Außerdem resultiert aus dem Einsatz einer solchen Streckbiegerolle ein ungleichmäßiger Effekt über die Bandbreite, da das Metallband im Streckbiegegerüst hohen Zugspannungen ausgesetzt ist und die Bandstreckung zu einer Verringerung der Bandbreite sowie zu einem mehrachsigen Spannungszustand führen kann. Besonders nachteilig ist jedoch die Tatsache, daß durch die Entfernung zwischen der Meßstelle zum Erfassen der Bandkrümmung und der Streckbiegerolle eine Totstrecke bzw. Totzeit entsteht, die ein Ausregeln solcher Querkrümmungen über die Totstrecke unmöglich macht, welche aus Schwankungen des Bandzuges, der Banddicke, und der Streckgrenze bzw. Festigkeit des Bandmaterials resultieren. Folglich können nach wie vor Bandabschnitte mit den unerwünschten Querkrümmungen entstehen, welche Ausschuß sind und aus dem behandelten Metallband herausgeschnitten werden müssen. Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, ein Verfahren der eingangs beschriebenen Ausführungsform anzugeben, wonach sich in der Bandprozeßlinie bei sämtlichen Metallbändern die Querkrümmung praktisch ohne Totstrecken bzw. Totzeiten in einfacher und funktionsgerechter Weise einwandfrei beseitigen lassen. Zur Lösung der gestellten Aufgabe lehrt die Erfindung bei einem Verfahren der eingangs beschriebenen Ausführungsform, daß die Querkrümmung in dem Bereich mit dem niedrigeren Bandzug mittels einer in der Eintauchtiefe einstellbaren Korrekturrolle ausgeregelt wird. - Diese Maßnahmen der Erfindung haben zunächst einmal zur Folge, daß Totstrecken bzw. Totzeiten nahezug vollständig eliminiert werden. Hinzu kommt, daß die Korrekturrolle im Bereich der Bandprozeßlinie mit dem niedrigeren Bandzug gleichmäßig über die gesamte Bandbreite wirkt. Außerdem tritt die Querkrümmung in diesem Bereich besonders deutlich hervor und läßt sich einwandfrei messen, so daß sich für sämtliche Metallbänder in der Bandprozeßlinie die Querkrümmung einwandfrei im Sinn einer Korrektur ausregeln läßt, und zwar unabhängig von der jeweiligen Banddicke und Streckgrenze bzw. Eine Streckbiegerichtanlage, die zur Durchführung des erfindungsgemäßen Verfahrens besonders geeignet ist und zumindest einen Zugrollensatz und einen Bremsrollensatz und ggf. eine Streckbiegerolle zwischen dem Zugrollensatz und dem Bremsrollensatz aufweist, wobei in Bandlaufrichtung hinter der letzten Zugrolle des letzten Zugrollensatzes ein Meßgerät zum Erfassen der Querkrümmung des betreffenden Metallbandes angeordnet ist, ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in Bandlaufrichtung hinter der letzten Zugrolle eine in der Eintauchtiefe gegen das jeweilige Metallband einstellbare Korrekturrolle angeordnet ist, und daß die Korrekturrolle in Abhängigkeit von der jeweils erfaßten Querkrümmung von einer zwischengeschalteten Regelvorrichtung Stellsignale zum Ausregeln der Querkrümmung erhält. Dazu wird die Korrekturrolle aufgrund der empfangenen Stellsignale mehr oder weniger tief in das jeweilige durchlaufende Metallband eingetaucht, so daß eine exakte Beseitigung der Querkrümmungen gewährleistet ist. Dazu kann die Korrekturrolle grundsätzlich dem Meßgerät nachgeordnet sein, nach bevorzugter Ausführungsform der Erfindung ist sie dem Meßgerät in Bandlaufrichtung jedoch vorgeordnet. Im Rahmen der Erfindung besteht auch die Möglichkeit, beidseitig des durchlaufenden Metallbandes eine Korrekturrolle anzuordnen, um eine positive und negative Korrektur der auftretenden Querkrümmungen zu erreichen. Verfahren zum Beseitigen von Querkrümmungen in Metallbändern, insbesondere dünnen Metallbändern bis zu 2,0 mm Dicke, die im Zuge eines kontinuierlichen Richtens in einer Bandprozeßlinie streckbiegegerichtet, biegegerichtet und/oder zuggereckt werden, wobei die Querkrümmung im Anschluß an das Streckbiegerichten und/oder Zugrecken in einem Bereich der Bandprozeßlinie mit wesentlich niedrigerem Bandzug als im Streckbiegericht- und/oder Zugreckbereich erfaßt wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Querkrümmung in dem Bereich mit dem niedrigeren Bandzug mittels einer in der Eintauchtiefe einstellbaren Korrekturrolle ausgeregelt wird.Process for eliminating transverse curvatures in metal strips, in particular thin metal strips up to 2.0 mm thick, which are straightened, bent and / or stretched in the course of continuous straightening in a strip process line, the transverse curvature following straightening and / or stretching in an area of the belt process line with a much lower belt tension than in the stretch bending straightening and / or tension stretching area is detected, characterized in that the transverse curvature in the area with the lower belt tension is corrected by means of a correction roller which can be adjusted in the immersion depth.
