Claims (7)

  1. Disposition d'un dispositif enfichable à bornes à vis (1) pour appareils automatiques compacts recevant des plaquettes imprimées (6) à circuits électriques revêtues d'un boîtier (4), ledit dispositif présentant une pièce à bornes (2) à partie contactable par enfichage (25) et un groupe de bornes à vis disposées côte à côte pour la connexion électrique de lignes de raccord externes et des lignes électriques et/ou électroniques se trouvant sur la plaquette imprimée, caractérisé en ce qu'un clapet obturateur (3) est prévu, la pièce à bornes (2) présentant un ergot d'arrêt (21) au moins, une zone d'inscription (22) et deux tourillons (24) disposés à l'opposé l'un de l'autre dans la partie supérieure de ses surfaces latérales (23), et en ce que le clapet obturateur (3) consiste en un rebord d'arrêt (31) élastique formant la partie recourbée d'une surface de recouvrement (32) en forme de toit, ainsi qu'en deux appendices de retenue (33) élastiques formés sur les côtés du clapet obturateur et disposant de talons d'arrêt (34) à leur extrémité pour la fixation sur le boîtier (4), ce en quoi un trou de logement (35) est percé dans chaque appendice de retenue (33) respectif et le clapet obturateur (3) de telle manière articulé sur la pièce à bornes (2) que les appendices de retenue (33) élastiques sont excurvés sur les tourillons (24), de sorte que les tourillons (24) sont engagés dans les trous de logement (35), que le rebord d'arrêt s'encrante sur l'ergot d'arrêt lors de la fermeture du clapet obturateur et que la surface de recouvrement recouvre les ouvertures (26) de la pièce à bornes par lesquelles les vis sont accessibles.
  2. Disposition d'un boîtier (4), d'une plaquette imprimée (6) et d'un dispositif à bornes à vis (1) selon revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que la pièce à bornes (2) est insérée par engagement positif dans une ouverture (41) du boîtier (4), le clapet obturateur (3) étant ouvert, la partie contactable par enfichage (25) étant alors fichée sur la broche à ergots (5) de la plaquette imprimée (6), et ainsi contactée.
  3. Disposition d'un dispositif selon revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que le boîtier (4) présente vers les angles arrière de l'ouverture (41) des prises arrière (42) contre-moulées sur les talons d'arrêt (34), dans lesquelles les talons d'arrêt (34) s'engagent lors de la fermeture du clapet obturateur (3), sous l'action de l'adhérence du rebord d'arrêt (31) et des ergots d'arrêt (21) à la fermeture.
  4. Disposition d'un dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que le clapet obturateur (3) est réalisé de telle manière qu'à l'état ouvert, il sert d'aide au débrochage pour la séparation du dispositif enfichable à bornes à vis (1) et de la broche à ergots (5).
  5. Disposition d'un dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que le clapet obturateur (3) présente un évidement (36) entre ses appendices de retenue (33), qui comprend le sommet de la pièce à bornes (2) lorsque le clapet obturateur (3) est fermé, sommet rendu utilisable comme zone d'inscription (22).
  6. Disposition d'un dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que le clapet obturateur (3) présente un évidement (36) entre ses appendices de retenue (33), qui comprend le sommet de la pièce à bornes (2) lorsque le clapet obturateur (3) est fermé, sommet rendu utilisable comme zone d'inscription (22).
  7. Disposition d'un dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que la surface du clapet obturateur (3) recouvrant les ouvertures (26) peut être utilisée pour un repérage des bornes.
