Description

The invention describes a plug-in screw terminal arrangement according to the preamble of claim 1. According to the prior art, the connecting elements between the electrical or electronic circuits on a printed circuit board located in a housing and the external connecting lines are pre-assembled. The screw terminals are provided with corresponding contacting devices that are soldered directly to the corresponding contacting points on the circuit board. The disadvantage here is that pre-wiring outside of the device is not possible and that external forces exerted on the connecting lines have a direct effect on the soldered connections and lead to faulty connections. The internal device wiring hardly reduces these disadvantages. A flexible wire connection is created between the screw terminal and the PCB contact.
Vibrations of the device also lead to defective solder connections. In addition, the assembly is complex and uneconomical.
A plug-in screw terminal was known from DE-PS 32 43 132.
It is a box-shaped electronic circuit board containing a printed circuit board with a front cover and front operated screw connections for connecting cables. The screw connections are provided as a plug-in unit that can be contacted with the circuit board and are covered on the front by a cover with a labeling field. This screw terminal is intended for flat modules that can be plugged into a rack and is an integral part of a front connector system.
Also known from DE-U 91 14 294 are pluggable units for printed circuit boards consisting of an electrical connector with an eject lever. The connector is not permanently attached to the circuit board, this lacks a protective cover, which is effective as a locking, safety and assembly device.

The invention has for its object to provide a plug-in screw terminal arrangement for compact automation devices, which enables prewiring of the connecting lines and has a protective cover which is effective as a locking, security and mounting device.
This object is achieved by the characterizing features of claim 1, while particularly advantageous developments of the invention are characterized in the subclaims.
According to a development of the invention, the clamp part is inserted in a form-fitting manner in an opening of the housing when the flap is open, the plug-in contact part being inserted over the pin strip of the printed circuit board and making contact with it.
Advantageously, the housing in the rear corner regions of the opening on the locking lugs counter-shaped rear engages, into which the locking lugs engage when the flap is closed under the action of a positive locking of the locking bar and the locking cams, the flap being designed such that it is in the open state as a pull-out aid for serves to separate the plug-in screw terminal arrangement and the pin strip, the flap has a recess between its locking webs which, when the flap is closed, comprises a head surface of the terminal part which can be used as a labeling field.
The surface of the flap covering the openings is expediently used for terminal identification.
The invention is explained in more detail below using an exemplary embodiment with reference to the drawing.

Fig. 1 shows a perspective view of the plug-in screw terminal arrangement according to the invention with the flap open.
The screw terminal arrangement 1 consists of a clamp part 2 and a flap 3. The flap 3 is latched and articulated to the clamp part 2. The locking bars 33 are resilient. During assembly, the bearing holes 35 arranged in the locking webs 33 latch with the bearing pins 24 arranged in the upper region of the side surfaces 23 of the clamping part 24. The flap 3 is now articulatedly connected to the clamping part 2. When the flap 3 is closed, the resilient latching strip 31 of the flap 3 latches with the latching cams 21 of the clamping part 2.
2 shows the terminal part and the flap of the screw terminal arrangement according to the invention in an exploded view. The terminal part 2 consists of a group of ten screw terminals, the screws of which are made accessible through the circular openings 26 with a screwdriver. The lead wires are inserted into the terminal chambers 27. The labeling field 22 lies behind the openings 26 and is visible both when the flap is open and when the flap is closed.
FIG. 3 shows a side view of the plug-in screw terminal arrangement with the flap open and in the assembled state without a housing, and FIG. 4 shows a side view with the flap closed and sealed, showing the rear grip of the flap in a recess formed in the housing. The plug contact part 25 is on a soldered on the printed circuit board 6 pin strip 5. In the locked state of the flap 3, the locking lugs 34, of which only one is visible in this view, positively engage in the rear handles 42 of the housing 4. A positive fit is by the Locking of the locking bar 31 with the locking cams 21 reached. As a result, a force which acts on the clamping part 2 due to mechanical stress is transmitted directly to the housing 4 and there is no force transmission to the pin strip 5. The solder joint 7 is thus freed from mechanical stress.
The flap 3 is secured in a controlled manner against unauthorized opening by a sealing strip 8.
5 shows a housing with an assembled screw terminal arrangement according to the invention and a closed flap. The screw terminal arrangement 1 is locked in this state. The locking lugs 34 are non-positively inserted in the rear handles 42 and the screw terminal arrangement cannot be removed from the housing 4. The lock is only released by opening the flap 3. The opened flap 3 offers handy help with the assembly and disassembly of the screw terminal arrangement.
