Claims (7)
- Verpackungsbehälter (1) aus Kunststoff, der aus einer formstabilen Schale (2) und einem Deckel (3) besteht, bei dem• die Schale (2) eine Öffnung (5) aufweist, die durch einen umfänglichen Rand (6) in Form eines umgekehrten U begrenzt wird, der aus Zwei Schenkeln gebildet wird, und zwar aus einem mit dem Körper der eigentlichen Schale verbundenen inneren (7) und aus einem äußeren (8), wobei der äußere Schenkel (8) von einem ersten angeformten Ringstreifen (9) umgeben ist, dessen Verbindungsbereich (10) mit dem äußeren Schenkel (8) eine Abrißeinkerbung (11) aufweist;• der Deckel (3) einen umfänglichen Rand (20) ebenfalls in Form eines umgekehrten U aufweist, der komplementär zu dem U der Schale ist und auf den umfänglichen Rand (6) der Schale (2) aufsetzbar ist, dessen äußerer Schenkel (23) ebenfalls von einem zweiten, ebenfalls angeformten Ringstreifen (25) umgeben ist, dessen Verbindungsbereich (26) mit dem Schenkel (23) eine zweite Abrißeinkerbung (27) aufweist, und bei dem• die beiden Ringstreifen (8, 25) derart übereinander liegen, daß die Einkerbungen (8, 27) der beiden Ringstreifen (9, 25) übereinander liegen, und außerdem über ihren gesamten umfänglichen äußeren Abschluß miteinander verschweißt sind, um eine Schichtanordnung (30) zu definieren, die die Dichtigkeit des Behälters gewährleistet;• die Schichtanordnung (32) der beiden verschweißten (31, 32) Ringstreifen (9, 25) eine erste Bruchlinie (40) aufweist, die sich quer von der äußeren Kante (32) der Schichtanordnung (30) bis in die Nähe des die Abrißeinkerbungen (11, 27) aufweisenden Bereiches (10, 26) erstreckt, um die Schichtanordnung (30) abreißen (50, 51) und abtrennen zu können, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auf einer Seite der Schale und des Deckels die Einkerbungen (11, 27) unterbrochen sind, um so in der Schichtanordnung (30) einen nicht abtrennbaren Bereich (45) zu definieren, der nach dem Abreißen des ablösbaren Streifens (40) eine Scharnierbefestigung des Deckels (3) an der Schale (2) bildet.
- Verpackungsbehälter nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der das Scharnier bildende Bereich (40) auf einer Längsseite des Deckels (3) und der Schale (2) angeordnet ist, und daß die gegenüberliegende Seite des Deckels eine Grifflasche (55) aufweist, an der der Deckel (3) zum Anheben erfaßt werden kann.
- Verpackungsbehälter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Deckel (3) und die Schale (2) aus demselben Kunststoff gefertigt sind.
- Verpackungsbehälter nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einkerbungen (11, 27) eingeformt sind.
- Verpackungsbehälter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der das Scharnier bildende, nicht abtrennbare Bereich (45) in einem Kernbereich einer Seite des Deckels und der Schale angeordnet ist und auf jeder Seite durch eine querverlaufende Bruchlinie (46, 47) begrenzt ist, die dazu vorgesehen ist, die beiden verschweißten seitlichen umfänglichen Streifen (50, 51) abzutrennen.
- Verpackungsbehälter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der seitliche Streifen (25) des Deckels in der Nähe des inneren Endes (29) des verschweißten Bereiches (31) beabstandete Abschnitte von geringerer Dicke (59) aufweist, die die eigentlichen Scharniere bilden.
- Verpackungsbehälter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auf derjenigen Seite der Schale und des Deckels, die der den nicht abtrennbaren Bereich (45) aufweisenden Seite gegenüberliegt,- der Rand (6) der Schale (2) eine Mulde (56) aufweist,- der Deckel (3) eine Grifflasche (55) aufweist, die in der Mulde (56) aufgenommen werden kann.
