Definitions

  • the present invention relates to a device likely to allow sorting, routing and storage objects, such as coins, brought in as payment in a product dispenser or services.
  • the invention can be applied to distributors of consumable products, or services rendered to users, in exchange for payment, in the form of a transport ticket or a ticket vehicle parking.
  • Dispensers of this type are by definition arranged in public places and are therefore likely, given the relatively large sums money they contain, to be subjected to acts of vandalism, from the outside, aimed at stealing cash stored in the dispenser.
  • Dispensers are generally designed to resist such acts of vandalism, by design mechanics and the materials used. We end up with a relatively imposing overall structure by the size and the weight.
  • the distributors are also susceptible to acts of fraud, aimed at get the counterpart (in products or services) free of charge, either by not introducing money and by blocking the device or introducing false parts or objects, nevertheless capable of triggering the mechanism of delivery of the corresponding product or service.
  • Means are implemented to defeat or attempt to make these maneuvers fail, in particular by providing the distributors of counterfeit money detection systems or non-compliant objects and / or means of protection the central unit controlling the entire operation of the distributor.
  • a first type of known device presents successively a room entry, intended for pre-recognition of the introduced object, and whose output is connected to a selector whose role is to sort the pieces recognized as such, according to their value. Leaving the selector is connected to a first conduit leading to a bowl opening to the outside of the appliance, and to a second conduit connected to means for placing on hold, called pre-collection. The part at the output of the selector is directed towards the bowl when it is not recognized as compliant, or directed to pre-collection when it is recognized compliant. Pre-collection is likely to direct the coins, or to the bowl in the event of cancellation by the user, either towards permanent storage means (piggy bank) coins, when the product or service was given to the user.
  • pre-collection is likely to direct the coins, or to the bowl in the event of cancellation by the user, either towards permanent storage means (piggy bank) coins, when the product or service was given to the user.
  • This known device is relatively rudimentary, and therefore presents in this regard operating procedures reduced, in particular in that it does not render any change.
  • the user must therefore have the exact sum corresponding to the product or service rendered. It follows a significant limitation for the user, and which therefore reduces the application possibilities.
  • This guy of device is similar to the first type of device described above, except that it includes in addition to storage means in the form of a reserve, of parts intended for the return of change and opening into the bowl.
  • this second type of known device does not has a significant disadvantage in that it requires filling the reserve, which implies a significant down payment.
  • This filling requires calling to a workforce, which increases the cost of operation of the device, and also increases the risk of fraud, when filling the reserve.
  • the reserve is generally used up relatively quickly, except to provide for filling frequent and / or plan a large capacity reserve, which only aggravates the disadvantages mentioned above.
  • a third type of known device susceptible to give change, was designed with means allowing recycling of said currency.
  • This third type of device has substantially the same components as the second type without recycling, except that the queue waiting (or a counselor) is likely to direct the coins, either to the bowl, or to the piggy bank, or to means temporary storage of money, called cash dispensers recycling, and himself able to direct the coins either to the piggy bank, either to the bowl using an orienter.
  • the pieces directed towards the piggy bank are those that are not likely to be recycled, by example the most valuable coins; the pieces are also from the queue to the piggy bank when the recycling is full.
  • the recycling distributor has organs allowing the temporary storage of parts, classified according to their value.
  • Another difficulty for recycling distributors known is linked to the change of currency, in the event of a overpayment of the user, by introducing a relatively large number of low value coins (e.g. 10 cents) then supplemented by a high value coin (by example 10 francs), the user having realized that he did not have the full sum in 10 cent coins. he is necessary to give change to the user, and the optimal solution is to first give back to the user his own pieces.
  • a relatively large number of low value coins e.g. 10 cents
  • a high value coin by example 10 francs
  • the concept of rendering is based on an important principle, that the currency returned to the user must be mainly constituted not to say completely of its own parts, in the whenever possible. And this pursues a double purpose.
  • the first goal is to give the user their own parts in case of cancellation at the last moment of his order.
  • the second goal is to avoid storing fake coins possibly introduced by a fraudster, and to return to this last of the correct parts, in addition to the product or service for the value considered. This would come back to the fraudster to "launder" counterfeit money with the consequences obvious financial consequences for the operator.
  • AT as an example a transport ticket worth 5 francs, and it is assumed that the fraudster enters 4.50 francs in false coins and a 20 franc coin to complete.
  • Tube recycling distributors do not allow the storage of weak parts value, for example of 10 cents.
  • coins are then directly stored in the piggy bank, and the device then makes small or medium pieces values, such as for example 50 cents, 1 franc or 2 francs. This is annoying for the operator who finds himself with a large sum and many low coins value, while he is led to deprive himself of coins of medium value, 1 franc or 2 francs for example, which are interesting for the change.
  • Carousel recycling distributors type known, allow to store low value coins by example of 10 cents. However, this possibility is offered at the price of great complexity and size increased, since an additional carousel must be added to those existing and each intended for a different room.
  • distributors are subject to specific specifications, particularly in terms of operation. It is desirable that the quantity of parts likely to be stored is relatively large so allow the user to return change, within better conditions and without having to resort to restocking frequent and therefore expensive, in parts, so avoid user dissatisfaction and / or loss financial for the operator given the absence of use resulting from a device which is not likely to give change. Also, it is important that the persons in charge of maintenance or repairs can have access to the mechanism, without having to completely disassemble the distributor, and thus increase the labor charges resulting from these operations maintenance and / or repair. In addition, users are in general sensitive to the speed of operation of a device and waiting time should be minimized.
  • the present invention aims to offer a device capable of sorting and storing coins, introduced into a dispenser, and likely to perform a pre-recognition, sort the parts, and transport them to the storage means temporary or final storage or the bowl change, depending on the needs of of the dispensing device in conditions aimed at remedying the drawbacks mentioned above.
  • a first object of the invention is to propose a such a device does not allow visual and physical access coins when dismantling the different components of the dispensing device, in view to eliminate, or at least reduce, the possibilities of fraud.
  • a second object of the invention is a device allowing to give change, with recycling of this last, with the lowest changeover threshold possible, and ensuring the rendering of the parts which have just been entered by the user, in order to avoid any operation aimed at "laundering" counterfeit money.
  • a third object of the invention is to avoid the conditioning, accidentally or fraudulently of the dispenser in a condition such as the reserve of coins is completely evacuated to the bowl.
  • a fourth object of the invention is a device capable of accepting a wide range of parts, and also flexible, so that you can accept modifications and adaptations to the money tracking system in the event of price change, introduction of new parts on the market or other modifications without affecting capacity of the dispensing device or its size.
  • a fifth object of the invention resides in a dispenser capable of storing large quantities recycled parts, for example up to 2,400, while ensuring the recycling of a large number of types of parts, for example up to ten different types, and retaining a degree of simplicity of design, operation and of accessibility to the various organs with a view to carrying out the maintenance and / or repair operations.
  • the device for sorting and store objects comprising a coin inlet connected to a selector capable of sorting said objects, the output of said selector being connected to a bowl and means of queuing themselves likely to direct said objects, either towards said bowl, or towards permanent storage means (piggy bank) of said objects, or to a removable recycling distributor capable of storing temporarily said objects, and to direct them either towards said bowl, either to said piggy bank
  • said recycling distributor comprising at least two vertical tubes, drain means being suitable to direct objects (pieces) contained in at least one tube (intended to be disassembled) to the piggy bank and implemented automatically at least before dismantling each tube so as to prevent access to the interior of said tubes when in place, is characterized in that it includes means capable of authorizing disassembly only of one tube at a time.
  • Disassembly of a tube is therefore only possible once the latter emptied, which avoids any fraudulent transaction.
  • the queue includes a barrel turning point in which the pieces are likely to be housed standby, and the tubes are arranged in a circle centered on said barrel.
  • the queue also includes a plate on which the barrel is fixed, said plate being capable of being covered by a cover and said plate being arranged at the top of a chest containing said recycling distributor. This prevents access to any part parts tracking.
  • the device preferably comprises means allowing the barrel to be emptied from the queue, when disassembly and access to said barrel, for example by removal of the cover.
  • the device comprises means counselors at the exit of the recycling distributor, comprising a hopper provided at its base with an opening in which open two conduits connected respectively to the bowl and piggy bank, the guide including a suitable component to plug one of the conduits alternately, under the effect of actuating means, so that the flap, in position normal, closes access to the bowl (the access duct to the piggy bank being opened, regardless of the electrical state of the money chain.
  • the device also includes, so advantageous, means of evacuating the pieces one by one tubes, comprising a sliding plunger associated with a cam driven by a motor, the whole being integral with said tube.
  • each tube is radially movable between a first locked position, and a second disassembly position, offset radially towards inside the circle formed by the tubes, and said means able to allow disassembly of only one tube at a time include a drum with an axial and shaped groove complementary to the tube to be dismantled and suitable for receiving this last at least in part.
  • Automatic means of emptying the tubes during disassembly include a lug arranged on the pusher and suitable to enter a groove provided on the base fixed relative to which moves said tube, said pusher and said motor associated, so that in the position ready for disassembly of the tube, that is to say offset radially towards the axis of rotation of the drum, the lug arranged on the pusher is in abutment against the final shoulder of the groove provided on the base and keep the pusher in the open position of the tube, which connects the base of the tube to the discharge opening total of the parts contained in the tube, which are routed then towards the piggy bank, the orienting means then being position such that access to the bowl is closed.

Description

The present invention relates to a device likely to allow sorting, routing and storage objects, such as coins, brought in as payment in a product dispenser or services. As an illustrative example, the invention can be applied to distributors of consumable products, or services rendered to users, in exchange for payment, in the form of a transport ticket or a ticket vehicle parking.

Dispensers of this type are by definition arranged in public places and are therefore likely, given the relatively large sums money they contain, to be subjected to acts of vandalism, from the outside, aimed at stealing cash stored in the dispenser.

Dispensers are generally designed to resist such acts of vandalism, by design mechanics and the materials used. We end up with a relatively imposing overall structure by the size and the weight.

Regardless of external aggressions, in the form of vandalism mentioned above, the distributors are also susceptible to acts of fraud, aimed at get the counterpart (in products or services) free of charge, either by not introducing money and by blocking the device or introducing false parts or objects, nevertheless capable of triggering the mechanism of delivery of the corresponding product or service. Means are implemented to defeat or attempt to make these maneuvers fail, in particular by providing the distributors of counterfeit money detection systems or non-compliant objects and / or means of protection the central unit controlling the entire operation of the distributor.

Nevertheless, there are cases where these maneuvers fraudulent, from outside the distributor, allow in exceptional circumstances, to trigger the unexpected operation of the central unit, and result in partial or total emptying of the parts contained in the distributor, and directed to the bowl, where the change of currency accessible outside. Also, exceptional circumstances such as lightning by example, may possibly cause malfunction of the central unit which then triggers the return of change in completely emptying the dispenser. It is obvious that such actions are extremely damaging in terms financial for the operator.

In addition to the assaults which are likely to be the object the distributors from the outside, these may also be subject to fraudulent actions, the share of people with access inside the distributor, for maintenance or repair.

These fraudulent maneuvers are all the more difficult to avoid, that most if not all of known distributors, are designed so that part or all of the currency stored pending in the distributor is exposed to the view of maintenance personnel or reparation, with the resulting risk of temptation.

The risk is higher the more the means designed to prevent physical access to the parts contained in the device are almost non-existent, or extremely rudimentary and relatively easy to get around. In particular, known distributors allow access to parts contained in the temporary storage means of parts, when dismantling these means, in order to perform maintenance or repair operations. When well even the fraud operation would only cover a few parts per dispenser, this results for the operator a significant loss. In a known way, we have attempted to remedy this state of affairs by providing the distributors of extremely complex means, which increases size, weight and above all cost, making thus illusory or reduces the gain resulting from the reduction of fraud.

So it is important that the coins contained in the dispenser are not visible, and even less accessible to personnel responsible for maintenance and repairs, during disassembly of the various organs contained in the distributor. Known distributors do not allow resolve this difficulty satisfactorily.

Also, in terms of operation, whether from the point of view of the user, the operator, known distributors present major drawbacks. In this regard, it seems useful to recall the general principle of operation of distributors, in particular means allowing routing coins introduced.

A first type of known device presents successively a room entry, intended for pre-recognition of the introduced object, and whose output is connected to a selector whose role is to sort the pieces recognized as such, according to their value.

This known device is relatively rudimentary, and therefore presents in this regard operating procedures reduced, in particular in that it does not render any change. The user must therefore have the exact sum corresponding to the product or service rendered. It follows a significant limitation for the user, and which therefore reduces the application possibilities.

We know a second type of distributor, suitable for give change, without recycling it. This guy of device is similar to the first type of device described above, except that it includes in addition to storage means in the form of a reserve, of parts intended for the return of change and opening into the bowl.

If it increases the capacities of use of distributors, this second type of known device does not has a significant disadvantage in that it requires filling the reserve, which implies a significant down payment. This filling requires calling to a workforce, which increases the cost of operation of the device, and also increases the risk of fraud, when filling the reserve. Also, in terms of operation, the reserve is generally used up relatively quickly, except to provide for filling frequent and / or plan a large capacity reserve, which only aggravates the disadvantages mentioned above.

A third type of known device, susceptible to give change, was designed with means allowing recycling of said currency. This third type of device has substantially the same components as the second type without recycling, except that the queue waiting (or a counselor) is likely to direct the coins, either to the bowl, or to the piggy bank, or to means temporary storage of money, called cash dispensers recycling, and himself able to direct the coins either to the piggy bank, either to the bowl using an orienter.

At the exit of the queue, the pieces directed towards the piggy bank are those that are not likely to be recycled, by example the most valuable coins; the pieces are also from the queue to the piggy bank when the recycling is full.

The recycling distributor has organs allowing the temporary storage of parts, classified according to their value.

There are recycling distributors with a sort of hopper provided with an opening at its base opposite which is provided a disc with housings in the plane of the disc, and able to receive said parts, which are thus removed. This has the disadvantage of having to change discs for everything change of type of part.

There are also distributors made up of a endless chain with individual accommodation in each of which a room is arranged. This known type is relatively bulky.

We know recycling distributors comprising either a series of vertical tubes in each of which is placed a type of parts, as described in the patent application European 0 355 238 or a series of coaxial carousels, according to a axis parallel or perpendicular to the conveying direction of rooms. The most common type of carousel is one in which the carousels are arranged along a common vertical axis. This kind of carousel dispensers, although beneficial to some respects, nevertheless presents the major disadvantage of being complex and bulky, since the different carousels are superimposed on each other, and this is all the more true since the addition of an additional carousel, made necessary for example by creating a new type of parts, increases the total height of the coin chain.

Vertical tube recycling distributors or with carousels, of known type, have the common disadvantage to allow visual and physical access to the stored currency in the dispenser, directly and without protection. The dismantling of the recycling distributor and its various organs therefore allows direct access to the stored currency, with the possibilities of fraud already mentioned.

Another difficulty for recycling distributors known, is linked to the change of currency, in the event of a overpayment of the user, by introducing a relatively large number of low value coins (e.g. 10 cents) then supplemented by a high value coin (by example 10 francs), the user having realized that he did not have the full sum in 10 cent coins. he is necessary to give change to the user, and the optimal solution is to first give back to the user his own pieces.

In this regard, it should be noted that the concept of rendering is based on an important principle, that the currency returned to the user must be mainly constituted not to say completely of its own parts, in the whenever possible. And this pursues a double purpose. The first goal is to give the user their own parts in case of cancellation at the last moment of his order. The second goal is to avoid storing fake coins possibly introduced by a fraudster, and to return to this last of the correct parts, in addition to the product or service for the value considered. This would come back to the fraudster to "launder" counterfeit money with the consequences obvious financial consequences for the operator. AT as an example, a transport ticket worth 5 francs, and it is assumed that the fraudster enters 4.50 francs in false coins and a 20 franc coin to complete. Known devices, if they could not detect the false change, issue the 5 franc ticket and return to the fraudster a sum of 19.50 francs. In total, the fraudster will have received a 5 franc ticket by paying in the form 4.50 francs in counterfeit coins and 50 cents in coins correct.

If we take the example above, namely a user who entered a large number of 10 coins pennies, then realizing that he doesn't have the total sum, introduced to complete a high value coin, 10 or 20 francs for example. Tube recycling distributors do not allow the storage of weak parts value, for example of 10 cents. In this example, coins are then directly stored in the piggy bank, and the device then makes small or medium pieces values, such as for example 50 cents, 1 franc or 2 francs. This is annoying for the operator who finds himself with a large sum and many low coins value, while he is led to deprive himself of coins of medium value, 1 franc or 2 francs for example, which are interesting for the change.

Carousel recycling distributors, type known, allow to store low value coins by example of 10 cents. However, this possibility is offered at the price of great complexity and size increased, since an additional carousel must be added to those existing and each intended for a different room.

For the reasons mentioned above, it is also necessary that the distributor can change money on a range of coins the most extensive. Also, the range of parts accepted must be as wide as possible, to satisfy users. Finally, rate changes, the introduction of new products or services, the introduction of new parts, obliges manufacturers and operators to modify and / or adapt existing distributors to allow their operation under new conditions; this can raise large operational difficulties when the amount of the transaction is such that it requires increasing the change-over capacities (for example an amount tariff in cents close, in lower or higher value, to rounded francs: 2.90 francs or 5.10 francs).

In this context, the present invention aims to offer a device capable of sorting and storing coins, introduced into a dispenser, and likely to perform a pre-recognition, sort the parts, and transport them to the storage means temporary or final storage or the bowl change, depending on the needs of of the dispensing device in conditions aimed at remedying the drawbacks mentioned above.

A first object of the invention is to propose a such a device does not allow visual and physical access coins when dismantling the different components of the dispensing device, in view to eliminate, or at least reduce, the possibilities of fraud.

A second object of the invention is a device allowing to give change, with recycling of this last, with the lowest changeover threshold possible, and ensuring the rendering of the parts which have just been entered by the user, in order to avoid any operation aimed at "laundering" counterfeit money.

A third object of the invention is to avoid the conditioning, accidentally or fraudulently of the dispenser in a condition such as the reserve of coins is completely evacuated to the bowl.

A fourth object of the invention is a device capable of accepting a wide range of parts, and also flexible, so that you can accept modifications and adaptations to the money tracking system in the event of price change, introduction of new parts on the market or other modifications without affecting capacity of the dispensing device or its size.

A fifth object of the invention resides in a dispenser capable of storing large quantities recycled parts, for example up to 2,400, while ensuring the recycling of a large number of types of parts, for example up to ten different types, and retaining a degree of simplicity of design, operation and of accessibility to the various organs with a view to carrying out the maintenance and / or repair operations.

To this end, according to the invention, the device for sorting and store objects, such as coins, brought in as payment in a distributor of products or services, comprising a coin inlet connected to a selector capable of sorting said objects, the output of said selector being connected to a bowl and means of queuing themselves likely to direct said objects, either towards said bowl, or towards permanent storage means (piggy bank) of said objects, or to a removable recycling distributor capable of storing temporarily said objects, and to direct them either towards said bowl, either to said piggy bank, said recycling distributor comprising at least two vertical tubes, drain means being suitable to direct objects (pieces) contained in at least one tube (intended to be disassembled) to the piggy bank and implemented automatically at least before dismantling each tube so as to prevent access to the interior of said tubes when in place, is characterized in that it includes means capable of authorizing disassembly only of one tube at a time.

Disassembly of a tube is therefore only possible once the latter emptied, which avoids any fraudulent transaction.

Preferably, the queue includes a barrel turning point in which the pieces are likely to be housed standby, and the tubes are arranged in a circle centered on said barrel.

According to a preferred embodiment, the queue also includes a plate on which the barrel is fixed, said plate being capable of being covered by a cover and said plate being arranged at the top of a chest containing said recycling distributor. This prevents access to any part parts tracking.

The device preferably comprises means allowing the barrel to be emptied from the queue, when disassembly and access to said barrel, for example by removal of the cover.

Advantageously, the device comprises means counselors at the exit of the recycling distributor, comprising a hopper provided at its base with an opening in which open two conduits connected respectively to the bowl and piggy bank, the guide including a suitable component to plug one of the conduits alternately, under the effect of actuating means, so that the flap, in position normal, closes access to the bowl (the access duct to the piggy bank being opened, regardless of the electrical state of the money chain.

The device also includes, so advantageous, means of evacuating the pieces one by one tubes, comprising a sliding plunger associated with a cam driven by a motor, the whole being integral with said tube.

Preferably, each tube is radially movable between a first locked position, and a second disassembly position, offset radially towards inside the circle formed by the tubes, and said means able to allow disassembly of only one tube at a time include a drum with an axial and shaped groove complementary to the tube to be dismantled and suitable for receiving this last at least in part.

Automatic means of emptying the tubes during disassembly include a lug arranged on the pusher and suitable to enter a groove provided on the base fixed relative to which moves said tube, said pusher and said motor associated, so that in the position ready for disassembly of the tube, that is to say offset radially towards the axis of rotation of the drum, the lug arranged on the pusher is in abutment against the final shoulder of the groove provided on the base and keep the pusher in the open position of the tube, which connects the base of the tube to the discharge opening total of the parts contained in the tube, which are routed then towards the piggy bank, the orienting means then being position such that access to the bowl is closed. We understands that a disassembled tube is then necessarily empty.

As shown in Figure 1, the the invention successively comprises a room entry 10 provided with a slot 11 capable of receiving a coin 12 inserted (arrow f). The entry of rooms 10 comprises in known manner in itself and not shown, means of pre-recognition of the introduced object, in order to allow the elimination of objects non-compliant. Preferably, the entry of rooms is carried out in the embodiment described and claimed in the French patent application No. 9,301,307, filed on February 5 1993 and published on 12/08/1994 (FR-A- 2 701 326) in the name of the plaintiff.

The entry of rooms 10 is provided with an exit 13 opening into a currency selector 14, known per se and not shown in detail, and whose main role is to sort the coins inserted according to their type, and route these, via a neck 15, towards means of putting on hold, called "queue". The queue 16 comprises a barrel 17 rotatably mounted around a vertical axis 18, and arranged inside a box 19 comprising a plate 20 and a cover 21. The platinum 20 is preferably generally square in shape and the cover 21 is of rectangular shape with a square base.

La platine 20 de la file d'attente 16 est fixée sur la paroi supérieure 23 du coffre 22 par des points de fixation 24 (figure 5).The box enclosing the queue 16, forming a parallelepiped block, as best shown in the figure 5, is arranged at the top of a rectangular box 22 whose square base is of dimension substantially equal to that of the plate 20 of the queue 16. The trunk 22 is centered, as well as queue 16, on the axis of rotation 18. The plate 20 of the queue 16 is fixed on the upper wall 23 of the trunk 22 by fixing points 24 (figure 5).

The trunk 22 comprises a series of vertical tubes suitable for each receiving a type of coin, and constitutes what is known as the distributor of recycling. The tubes, bearing the references 25 to 34, are arranged in a circle, centered on the axis of rotation 18 of the barrel 17 of queue 16, as best shown on the Figure 2 where the respective positions of the barrel and the tubes are shown in detail. Only the tube 25 is shown in FIG. 1, it being understood that the device can have at least two tubes, and up to ten tubes per example. Note that, according to the example of ten tubes represented, these are grouped by two groups of five, leaving a ring-shaped space between each group, in an arc, as shown on the Figures 2 and 4 for example. In the two free sectors between the two tubes facing the two groups of five respective, are arranged two chutes respectively 35 and 36, of length equivalent to that of the tubes, and of section substantially equivalent and slightly quadrangular larger than the cross-sectional dimensions of the largest of admissible parts. The base 37 (Figure 3) of the trunk 22 is provided with a circular opening 38. The opening 38 is centered on the axis of rotation 18. The base 37 of the trunk 22 containing the recycling distributor, also has a second series of two openings, with a quadrangular shape and slightly larger, in diametral section, to the largest of the admissible pieces. The openings of the second series bear the references 48 and 49 respectively.

Ce dernier est donc décalé axialement, par rapport aux autres tubes, vers l'axe de rotation 18.Inside the circle formed by the tubes 25 to 34, is arranged a drum member of a diameter such that it either tangent, and slightly set back towards axis 18, by compared to all recycling distributor tubes 25 to 34. The drum 95 is mounted to rotate about the axis of rotation 18, and has an axial groove in general shape semicircle and dimension such that the groove is capable of receiving, at least in part, a tube. In the example shown, the axial groove 96 is of dimension such that it receives half of said tube. This last one is therefore offset axially, with respect to the other tubes, towards the axis of rotation 18.

The orifice 38 opens into a hopper 50 of which the lower opening 51 opens into two conduits 52 and 53 respectively. The conduit 52 opens into a conduit 54 leading to means for definitive storage of coins and hereinafter called piggy bank (reference 55). The other conduit 53 leaving the hopper 50 opens into a bowl 56 intended for the return of change and the evacuation of objects to the outside of the device in return to the user. AT note that the conduit 54 connecting the piggy bank 55 and the first conduit 52 coming from the hopper 50 is extended in part upper to base 37 of base 22 and opens into upper part opposite opening 48 (Figures 1 and 4) itself being in the extension of the chute 35.

De même, et non représentée, l'ouverture qui est dans le prolongement de la goulotte 36, est reliée au conduit 53.Likewise, and not shown, the opening which is in the extension of the trough 36, is connected to the conduit 53.

The bowl 56 is also connected, by an opening opening into the second conduit 53 (also opening in the hopper 50), to a conduit not shown connected to a evacuation channel 58 opening at the base of the selector 14 and intended to evacuate objects, in particular coins, entered by the user and return to the latter for the reason that these do not comply, in which case the service or product is not distributed and the money entered by the user must be returned to him, at the bowl 56. Also note that the entry of coins 10 in accordance with the patent application mentioned above, is also connected to the drainage channel 58, in order to allow the evacuation and return to the user of objects considered as non-compliant, in the context of pre-recognition operations performed by entering rooms 10, and known manner.

With reference to FIG. 5 is described below, in more detail, queue 16 includes the barrel 17. The latter consists of a shaped part toric, of substantially square section, and comprising a series of parallelipipedic housings, arranged in the plane of the axis of rotation 18 of the barrel 17, such as the housing 60 part of which is represented and inside which is represented a part 61. The barrel 17 is capable of contain 36 rooms in 36 corresponding housings. The parts are routed inside the housing 60 correspondents of barrel 17, via a slot 62, provided on the upper face of the cover 21, and vertically of the conduit 15 connecting the parts selector 14 (FIG. 1) and the queue 16. The slot 62 is shaped and dimension complementary to the cross section of the housings 60, in a plane perpendicular to the axis of rotation 18, and also in a plane perpendicular to the direction longitudinal path of the parts, from the selector 14 to the queue 16. Parts 61 rest and slide on the plate 20 of the queue 16, on sliding sectors (two sectors 63 and 64 being shown for clarity only). Each sector is associated with a hatch respectively 65 and 66, of general shape allowing the evacuation of the part located in the housing arranged opposite the hatch, in one direction downward vertical. Each hatch is associated with a tube of recycling distributor, so that each hatch is arranged opposite and substantially along a diameter, in a radial direction, in the plane of the plate 20, so that a part leaving the housing 60, passes through the corresponding hatch and ends in the corresponding tube (25 to 34). The plate 20 thus comprises a first series of hatches, each corresponding to a tube, for a total of ten hatches in the example shown, and a second series of two hatches, one of which is intended for the evacuation of parts through chute 35 to the piggy bank, and the other hatch is intended for the direct evacuation of parts from the queue waiting 16 to the bowl 56, via the hopper 50.

The coins from the currency selector 14 which do not are not evacuated through the evacuation channel 58 towards the bowl, are routed via line 15 to queue 16, through slot 62 and open into the corresponding accommodation 60. At the end of the payment, the coins are therefore all stored in the barrel 17. After distribution of the product or service, the rotation of the barrel is produced by control means known in themselves and connected to the central unit of the device distributor, and continued until the housing correspondent, containing a coin of known value and determined, comes next to a hatch corresponding to a tube determined for this type of parts, and means buttons, described below, open the normally closed hatch, to allow the evacuation of the part towards the corresponding tube, or towards the chute evacuation 35 to the piggy bank 55, or the evacuation of the part by a chute to the bowl 56 via the hopper 50.

The actuating means for closing and the opening of the hatches are made up, with reference to the Figure 5, swing arm between a closed position of the hatch and a retracted position where the hatch is open. The passage from one to the other of the positions is carried out under the action of an electromagnet, for example controlled by the unit central. Thus, to each tube corresponds a sector of sliding, a hatch, a closing / opening arm of the hatch, and an electromagnet referenced respectively 700 and 701 in FIG. 5, where only part of each of the elements. The device of the invention such as shown in the other figures, actually has ten tubes, two conduits, twelve sectors, twelve hatches and twelve electromagnets.

With reference to FIGS. 6 and 7, it will be described in detail the orienter and the hopper 50 capable of directing the parts at the outlet of the recycling distributor (tube 25 to 34), either to the bowl 56 via the conduit 53, or to the piggy bank 55 via conduit 52 (then 54, Figure 1).

The lower part of the hopper is provided with a opening 51 opening into one or other of the conduits 53 or 52. A shutter 70 is provided and rotatably mounted on an axis 71, in a direction transverse to the axis of rotation 18, corresponding to the vertical direction of delivery pieces. The shutter 70 is movable between a first position where it closes the conduit 53 leading to the bowl, the conduit 52 leading to the piggy bank being then open, and a second position for which the flap 70 closes the duct 52 (leading to piggy bank 55) and thus allowing free access at conduit 53 towards the bowl 56.

The passage from one to the other of the shutter positions 70 is carried out using a mechanism described below.

A rod 78 is rotatably mounted outside of the hopper 50 and along an axis parallel to the axis of rotation 71 of flap 70. One of the ends of the link is provided with a light 81 capable of cooperating with a lug integral with the shutter. Light 81 has a profile such that the shutter is likely to take two positions for which the lug is placed at either end of the slender profile of the cutout 81. For a first position shown in solid lines in FIG. 6, the shutter 70 closes the conduit 53 leading to the bowl and thus, the flap is in position such that any falling coin in the hopper is directed into the piggy bank. The second position 70 ', shown in dotted lines, corresponds to the second position of the flap for which the latter closes the conduit 52 leading to the piggy bank, that is to say that all coin falling into the hopper is then directed to the bowl. The double arrow g shows the rotational movement in alternating oscillation of the link 78, between the two extreme positions of the shutter 70 and 70 'respectively. To note that the end of the link provided with the cutout 81 forms a return to 90 ° substantially, so that the link has a general L shape, the small branch being consisting of the part of the link where the cutout 81.

The other end of the link 78, on the other side of the axis of rotation 79, is able to cooperate with the lower end of an arm 72 provided at the end lower of a vertical rod 73 and able to move parallel to itself along a vertical axis. For this make, the rod 73 passes through an opening 74 the base 37 and exceeds beyond the latter. The double arrow f (figure 7) shows the two possible directions of translation of the rod 73, that is to say up or down. Rod 73 is provided, in its part projecting from the base 37, with a leg 75 arranged at right angles to axis 18 vertical rotation of the drum 95. The distal end of the leg 75 is provided with a lug, preferably cylindrical, bearing the reference 76, and of complementary form of a housing 77 provided in the drum 95. The distal end 72A, of the arm 72 disposed at the lower end of the rod 73 is able to bear against the corresponding end of the rod 78. The rod 73 is capable of being moved in translation between a first position in bold lines where the end 72A of the arm 72 carries against the end of the link 78 and therefore causes the rotation of the link 78 to the position shown in Figure 6 in solid lines where the flap 70 closes the access to the bowl, and connects the hopper 50 to the conduit 52 connected to the piggy bank. The downward movement of the rod 73 is caused by the operator, and in doing so, lug 76 leaves its housing 77 provided in the drum 95, and the latter is susceptible therefore to be rotated, always by the operator, in order to release the tubes as will be explained below. To note that the positioning of the flap 70 is carried out so manual, whatever the electrical state of the circuit, and at also note that the position of the lug 76 and its height is such that for any angular position of the drum 95 other than that where the housing 77 is arranged opposite the lug 76, the lug is pushed back, and therefore the rod 73 towards the low since the lug bears on the base of the drum 95. A spring 75A is provided under the tab 75 so as to cause a restoring force on leg 75 and push it towards the top, so that as soon as the housing 77 is in look of lug 76, lug and lug, and rod 73 are spontaneously moved upwards, to come in position shown in thin lines in Figure 7, for which flap is likely to take one or the other positions, according to electromagnetic commands associated with the distributor's central unit. this is extremely advantageous as far as whatever power supply and electrical or electronic state of the device and the control means, any part opening into the hopper 50, and likely to come either from the recycling distributor, either directly from the queue 16, is automatically evacuated to the piggy bank.

In Figure 8 is shown in detail and in longitudinal section, the upper part of a tube, such that the tube 25 provided at its upper end 25A with a plug 85 comprising a disc 86 extended on its periphery by a flange 87A arranged at right angles to the disc 86, the flange 87A being formed and of dimensions such that they allow to be threaded on the upper end of the tube 25 and fixed in an inviolable manner on the tube 25. The disc upper 86 is provided, on the side of its face opposite to the tube 25, of a mass part 87B comprising an opening through 88, and emerging on either side of the disc 86. The opening 88 is generally in the form of a slit and of section trapezoidal line, and whose dimensions are such that the slot 88 allows the passage of a coin 89. The coin 89 shown in figure 8 is being passed through of the slot 88, along a substantially vertical plane. The room once passed the opening 88 opens into the tube 25 and takes a position similar to the position 89 ′ shown, and finally, the part continuing its movement, by gravity, comes go to the top of the stack of 90 pieces and take the position 89 ''. Optical sensors are arranged in the mass part 87B, and on either side of the slot 88. The optical sensors 90 and 91 are connected to the central unit, in a manner known per se, by wire connections 92 and 93 respectively. The sensors make it possible to follow any time the passage of parts from the queue 16 and opening into each tube.

It is understood that each tube is provided with a plug such as plug 85 shown in FIGS. 8 and 9. The trapezoidal shape, in cross section, of the slot introduction 88, allows on the one hand, the descent of the part in the best conditions, whatever its position original when leaving queue 16 and other share, given the narrowed part facing inside the tube, to prevent any attempt to exit fraudulent parts contained in the tube 25.

It is understood from the above description that the device of the invention helps prevent the person responsible for maintenance and / or repair, see the parts contained in the entire device, and in particular in the queue or the recycling machine (tubes). Indeed, with reference to Figure 1 we see that the box 21 covers the plate 20, which itself is fixed to the upper wall 23 of the trunk 22 containing the tubes recycling distributors. The base 37 of the trunk 22 is itself tamper-proof, either to piggy bank 55 or to the bowl 56. Thus, the assembly offers from the slot 11 of the entry of coins 10, up to the bowl or the crate, a compact and not showing parts and sums of currency they contain. Besides this visual barrier, the invention provides a mechanical barrier to access to parts contained in the various organs of the the invention.

First, access to the distributor of recycling with tubes 25 to 34, is only possible dismantling the queue 16. Access to the queue 16 itself is only possible by first dismantling the box 21. In doing so, the device of the invention includes means capable of allowing total emptying of the barrel 17 of the queue, so that any intervention on the queue wait can only be performed when the barrel is empty. Automatic emptying of barrel 17 is carried out whatever the electrical or electronic state of the device. For example, a crank first causes the opening of the hatch connecting the barrel to the piggy bank, and then causing the rotation of the barrel, so as to place successively each coin receiving housing opposite the hatch located next to chute 35 and connected directly to the piggy bank 55. Thus, each dwelling likely to contain a part is emptied of its content and the parts go directly in piggy bank 55, where they are by definition inaccessible. The piggy bank is in fact made up of a tamper-evident container with resistance to extremely high vandalism. Once the barrel 17 is empty, the cover 21 can be removed.

The security of the device is further enhanced in the extent that the person responsible for maintenance or to carry out repairs, in order to have access to tubes, must first open the cover 21 preceded by emptying barrel 17, and then separate the plate 20 from the upper part 23 of the trunk 22 containing the tubes recycling distributors. Once the plate 20 has been removed, the person still does not have access to the interior of the tubes, since these are made integral with the base 37 of the trunk 22, and their upper part is closed so inviolable by the cap 85 (Figures 8 and 9).

When it is necessary to disassemble one or more tubes, to allow the repair of one of these tubes or any organ linked to the functioning of the latter, the device only allows disassembly of one tube at a time, for example the means described below with reference initially Figures 10 and 11. Figures 10 and 11 are similar in Figures 3 and 4, except that one of the tubes and the associated draining means (and described later) is offset axially, in a plane perpendicular to axis 18 and this, towards said axis of rotation 18. The tubes are mounted on an assembly carrying the general reference 99 and likely to slide on the base 37 of the trunk 22 containing the distribution tubes of recycling. The tubes are likely to slide between a first ex-centered position, as shown on the Figures 2 and 4, for example, and a radially positioned offset towards the inside of the drum 95.

Note that only one tube at a time can be moved in its second offset position, since the drum is tangent to the other tubes which cannot therefore be moved to inside the circle, since the drum prevents them physically. The arrow h in Figure 10 symbolizes the radial translational movement of the assembly 99 carrying the tube 30, on base 37, while arrow k, vertical, symbolizes the possible displacement of the tube and the assembly 99, in a direction parallel to the axis 18 and in a movement ascending from the open side of the trunk 22. The associated set 99 each tube and arranged at its base, is provided with means mechanical such as two legs arranged laterally from each side of the assembly 99, and capable of sliding in a complementary groove provided in the base 37 of the trunk 22. In the ex-centered position, each tube is returned integral with base 37, and therefore with trunk 22, by the engagement of the side legs in the grooves corresponding. The length of the grooves and legs is such that the displacement in radial translation of the assembly 99 carrier of each tube according to a given length, for lead to the position of the tube 30 of FIG. 11, is sufficient to release the tabs from the corresponding grooves. In this position, the person responsible for maintenance can then grasp the tube, by the upper plug 85 and by a simple pull up, lift the tube and assembly 99 associated.

The extraction of another tube, can only take place by the rotation of the drum 95 so as to place the groove axial 96 opposite the tube to be removed.

The invention ensures total emptying of each tube, before its extraction from the trunk 22. Thus, not only can one tube be extracted, but the tube extract is empty. Each tube is emptied by direction of the piggy bank 55 and this, without direct intervention the person responsible for maintenance, as described below in detail with reference to FIGS. 12A, 12B and 12C, also showing the means of evacuating the pieces one by one, related to the operation of the device being rendered currency to the user. In addition, the device includes means capable of preventing any attempt at picking aimed at take the parts from the tube in a previously offset position to its extraction. These means are described in relation to Figures 16, 17 and 18.

Figures 12A, 12B and 12C show the part bottom of a tube, and the associated assembly 99, for a evacuation position of parts at the base of the tube.

The assembly 99 disposed at the base of the tube 30 comprises of hand, a sleeve 100 receiving the base of the tube 30, and on the other hand, a housing 101 on which a motor rests electric 102 whose axis 103 is made integral with a cam 104 provided with a lug 105 capable of engaging in a corresponding recess provided in a room 106 of a slide 107, the latter comprising on the side opposite the piece 106, a plate 108, capable of sliding at the base surface 37. A space corresponding to the thickness of the blade 108 of the slide 107 is provided under the sleeve 100 in the position shown in FIG. 12A, the parts 109 accumulated in the tube 30, are retained at the base of the sleeve 100, by the blade 108 of the slide 107, which itself rests partly on the surface of base 37, integral with the trunk 22. The end of the blade 108, on the side opposite the motor 102 and the cam 104, is shaped in an arc 110, shape complementary to the type of parts contained in the tube 30. The assembly 99, and the associated tube 30 is made integral from base 37, by lateral legs capable of engage in grooves 113 and 114 of complementary shape and provided in base 37. The legs (shown and described later) are co-linear in the drawing plane. Lateral displacement of the assembly 99 and of the associated tube 30 is made possible between an ex-centered position shown on FIG. 12A and a position offset in the direction of the axis 18 of rotation of the drum 95, that is to the right of the Figure 12A, until reaching the position shown on the Figures 13A, 13B and 11. On the side opposite the motor 102 and the cam 104, on the sleeve 100, and outside of the latter, is arranged a part in the general shape of Y, carrying the reference 111 and whose concavity is suitable for receiving a inductive sensor 112. The latter is arranged projecting by relative to the tube 30, radially, and opposite the opening 43 provided in the base 37, for the evacuation of rooms.

The evacuation of the pieces one by one (when rendering currency) is performed as follows. Starting from the position shown in FIGS. 12A and 12B, the motor 102 is then supplied, which causes the rotation of the cam 104 and therefore the displacement, to the left of FIG. 12A, of the massive part 106 of the slide 107, which therefore moving blade 108 to the left until that the coin, at the base of the stack of coins 109 contained in the tube 30, rests directly on the base 37. More precisely, in this position shifted to the left of the slide 107, the part penetrates inside the notch in an arc 110. Note that in this position the slide 107 and the piece at the base of the stack of pieces are at the same level and both rest on the surface upper of base 37. The rotational movement of the cam 104 continuing after a U-turn, the slide is translated again to the right, thus pushing the part corresponding until it comes next to the opening 38 provided in the base 37. The part then falls through the opening 43 in the hopper 50. The part is then routed, depending on the position of the orienting flap 70, either towards the bowl 56, or towards the piggy bank 55. During the passage of the part in translation and just before it falls into aperture 43, the inductive sensor was able to detect its passage which could thus be recorded by the unit central. In this regard, it should be noted that all of 90/91 optical sensor located at the top of the tube on the plug 85, and the inductive sensor 112 disposed at the base of the tube, provides the central unit with information at any time on the movement of the parts, and the content of each tube which contains only one type of parts data.

With reference to FIGS. 13A and 13B, are described below the means for emptying a tube when this the latter is ready to be removed or disassembled. As indicated previously, the tube (and the associated assembly 99) is can be translated parallel to base 37 (according to a radial direction relative to the axis of rotation 18), the direction of translation being symbolized in FIG. 13A by the arrow i. Arrived in the radially offset position towards the axis of rotation 18, as shown with respect to of the tube 30 and the assembly 99 in FIG. 11.

The tube is then ready to be removed by a pull upwards, parallel to the axis of rotation 18 as shown in figure 14. In this position, the legs 115 and 116 associated with grooves 113 and 114 provided on the base 37, arrive opposite clearance light 117, 118. Nothing keeps the legs 115 and 116 and therefore the assembly 99 and the tube 30 which can be extracted (arrow j).

With reference to FIGS. 12A, 12B, 13A, 13B and 14, the means enabling, during the centripetal translation of the tube and associated organs, to bring the latter into the housing 96 of the drum 95, backward in translation (centrifugal) the slide 107, so that the latter releases the opening 38 through which the pieces escape from the tube, when the latter is translated in centrifugal direction in the housing 96 of the drum 95. In this tube extraction position (figures 13A and 14 for example), the tube is above the opening 38 and nothing holds the parts any more since the slide is held in its maximum distance position in centrifugal direction. To do this, with reference to Figures 12B and 13B in particular, it can be seen that the slide is provided with a projecting spar carrying the reference 119, in in reality two longitudinal members 119 and 119 'arranged on the side and else. The ends of the longitudinal members 119 and 119 ', on the side of the axis 18 of the drum 95 are capable of abutting on a shoulder 125 provided at the centripetal end of a recess 126 provided on the edge of the base 37, on the side of the opening 38. In reality, on each side of the tube and of the assembly 99 two recesses 126 and 126 ′ are provided respectively, and two shoulders 125 and 125 'respectively (Figure 12B). Sure Figure 12B, the slide capable of pushing the parts is in maximum centripetal extension position. The tube and all 99 are in the normal use position.

When we want to remove the tube (and the assembly 99), it is translated according to arrow "1" in FIG. 13B, and in doing so, the elements 119 and 119 'abut on the shoulders 125 and 125 'which are fixed, and prevent the slide to be driven with the translational movement centripetal tube and block 99, which maintains the slide 107 in position as shown in the figure 13B for which the slide releases the opening 38, which allows the flow of coins.

Referring again to Figures 6 and 7, the operator, after dismantling the queue, and in view to have access to one of the tubes, must turn the drum 95, so that the longitudinal or axial notch 96 provided on said drum, is arranged opposite a tube, so as to be able to translate said tube towards the notch and thus allow its extraction. Now the rotation of the drum is not possible as long as the lug 76 (figure 7) is placed in the housing 77 provided on the drum 95. To release the drum and allow its rotation, the operator first time pushes down the rod 73 which thus passes from the position in fine lines to its position in bold lines (figure 7), which allows the lug 76 to be released from the housing 77, and so the drum can be rotated by the user so as to place the longitudinal notch 96 opposite the tube intended to be dismantled. Once the notch opposite the tube, the tube and its assembly 99 is translated radially towards the axis 18, as described above. Note that the downward translation of the rod 73 has caused, as described above with reference to Figures 6 and 7, the positioning of the shutter as it closes the conduit 53 leading to the bowl, thus forcing all parts from hopper 50, i.e. from tubes being dismantled, to be penetrated into conduit 52 leading to the piggy bank.

En reprenant à la figure 13A, les pièces chutant à travers l'ouverture 38 aboutissent à la trémie 50, puis sont acheminées par les conduits 52 et 54 vers la tirelire 55.Returning to Figure 13A, the pieces falling to through the opening 38 lead to the hopper 50, then are routed through conduits 52 and 54 to piggy bank 55.

We understand that the displacement of the tube from its ex-centered locking position, towards the offset position radially inward, causes the slide as described previously with reference to them Figures 13A and 13B, which frees the passage of all of the parts contained in the tube, which are routed to the piggy bank 55, safely. At this time, the tube is vacuum and the person responsible for maintenance by traction upwards can release the tube which is completely empty of rooms.

It should be noted that the operation of the device as described above is performed, regardless of the state electrical or electronic system, even in the event of a power outage power supply.

Le remontage du tube est impossible si le coulisseau n'est pas dans la position d'ouverture de l'orifice 38.The device of the invention also constitutes a sort of mechanical memory to detect disassembly tubes, since the slide 107 is moved necessarily in a given position when the tube is translated for disassembly. The reassembly of the tube is impossible if the slide is not in position opening 38.

The device of the invention also includes a means for placing the drum in the position correct, during disassembly, and in particular when removing the box 19 of the queue. The drum 95 is provided with its upper part of a lug, capable of cooperating with additional housing provided on plate 20 of the queue standby 16 (more precisely, on the face of the plate facing the drum) the respective positions of the lug drum and plate housing are such that it is not possible for the operator to replace the plate 20 in the correct position only if the lug provided on the upper part of the drum 95 is placed opposite the corresponding accommodation. However, the drum when it was put back in place (after intervention on the tubes) has been translated from so that the lug 76 (Figure 7) enters the housing 77, so as to return the drum to its position correct axial. For this position, the notch 96 is arranged opposite one of the evacuation tubes provided on the device. So the drum 95 is in a position adequate and well defined. The lug arranged on the part drum 95 allows the operator to arrange the plate 20 of the queue, in the correct position. In in other words, the lug provided in the upper part constitutes a means of location for the reassembly of the queue.

Le capteur piézo-électrique porte la référence 200.The device comprises, as shown diagrammatically in FIG. 15, means making it possible to verify and ensure that the parts, the rendering of which has been ordered, have reaches the bowl. These means consist of a sensor piezoelectric placed at the bottom of the bowl and suitable for trigger a signal as soon as it contains the rendering coins. The piezoelectric sensor is also associated with the central unit of the device so to be able to deactivate the money chain, or trigger an alarm, when the changeover has been inadvertently blocked, such as resulting an act of vandalism. The piezoelectric sensor carries the reference 200.

With reference to FIGS. 16 and 17, the following is described the means to prevent any attempt to vandalism to take parts from a tube radially offset, and ready to be lifted upwards, view of his abduction. These means are intended to prevent any picking operation aimed at removing the pieces contained in the tubes. These means, with reference to Figures 16, 17 and 18 include a shaped element 130 general of U and extending downwards the drum 95, i.e. towards the bowl. Specifically, the piece 130 in U protrudes from the opening 38 inside the hopper and is arranged so as to extend downward, i.e. towards the hopper, the tube placed inside the groove axial 96 for the extraction of said tube. With reference to FIG. 18, it can be seen that the drum 95, and more precisely its rotation hub 131, is fixed on the free end a radial tongue 132 (interrupting the opening circular 38 communicating with the bowl).

Le panneau transversal 137 est disposé de façon frontale par rapport au tambour et en regard et à proximité de la paroi verticale de la trémie, comme montré plus particulièrement sur la figure 16.As shown in Figures 16 and 17, element 130 anti-picking has two side walls 135 and 136, parallel to each other and parallel to the axis of rotation 18 of the drum 95. More specifically, the side walls 135 and 136 are provided substantially as an extension of the axial groove 96 receiving tubes. A panel of transverse connection 137 is provided between the panels side 135 and 136. The transverse panel 137 is arranged frontally with respect to the drum and facing and proximity to the vertical wall of the hopper, as shown more particularly in Figure 16.

Additional sensors can be provided (optical, ultrasonic) or other mechanical devices by scanning, for example, to ensure that the the parts outlet chute is free of any object that could generate the output of the coins to the bowl.

Monitoring of the parts outlet chute, performed before the authorization of payment by piece, allows to strengthen the security of the transaction, payment by coin is not authorized if the bowl outlet is obstructed.

We see in Figure 17 in particular, that the drum has two parts, namely an upper part 95A and a lower part 95B, of smaller diameter.

We understand from the above that once the drum in place, i.e. groove 96 arranged opposite the tube to be extracted, and the tube being disposed inside the groove 96, it is almost impossible to recover the parts being evacuated from the tube, when the latter is translated centripetally, by any hooking means or introduction of objects through opening 38 which would tend to retrieve the parts before they reach the bottom of the sebile 50. This anti-picking device constitutes an element additional safety for the operator.

The front end (facing axis 18) of the base support of the assembly 99 is provided with projecting elements 140, 141 and 142 (forming a sort of comb) of shape complementary to the axial grooves provided on the face inside of the main groove 96, arranged on the part low 95B.

The invention is not limited to the embodiment shown and described and includes any variant mentioned in the claims.
