Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Einrichtung zur wahlweisen Behandlung von laufenden Bahnen, vorzugsweise aus Papier oder Karton durch Streichen, Pigmentieren oder Leimen oder Weglassen der Behandlung der laufenden Bahn. Die Erfindung ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in einem Zwischenraum zwischen zwei benachbarten Trockenzylindern (46, 49) einer Nachtrockengruppe, der höchstens zwei Durchmessern der Trockenzylinder entspricht, mindestens eine Umlenkwalze zur Überbrückung des Zwischenraumes für den Fall, daß die Bahn nicht von einer in diesem Bereich des Bahnverlaufs angeordneten Streicheinrichtung (3, 3') behandelt wird, und daß mindestens eine weitere Umlenkrolle (19) in diesem Bereich vorgesehen ist, um die Bahn der Streicheinrichtung (3, 3') von unten her zugeführt wird, wobei sich die Streicheinrichtung (3, 3') im wesentlichen oberhalb des Zwischenraumes zwischen den benachbarten Trockenzylindern (46, 49) befindet. <IMAGE>The invention relates to a device for the optional treatment of running webs, preferably of paper or cardboard, by brushing, pigmenting or gluing or omitting the treatment of the running web. Die Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, eine raumsparende derartige Einrichtung anzugeben, wobei auch eine Umgehung der Beschichtungseinrichtung möglich sein soll. Gemäß der Erfindung wird gegebenenfalls nur eine geringe Vergrößerung der gesamten Maschinenlänge erforderlich, so daß sie sich insbesondere für Umbauten bestehender Papiermaschinen eignet. Es wird eine Umschaltung der Bahnführung innerhalb eines Bereichs, der höchstens zwei Durchmessern der Trockenzylinder entspricht, vorgesehen und die Streicheinrichtung praktisch oberhalb dieses Zwischenraumes angeordnet. Vor der Streicheinrichtung befinden sich dann vorzugsweise Trockner, die vorzugsweise auf der Basis von Infrarotstrahlung oder Heißluft arbeiten. Bei bestehenden Papiermaschinen ist praktisch nur nötig, zwei benachbarte Trockenzylinder zu entfernen und in dem entstehenden freien Raum die nötigen Leitrollen für die Bahn vorzusehen.According to the invention, only a slight increase in the total machine length may be required, so that it is particularly suitable for conversions to existing paper machines. Jedes Auftragswerk kann aus einer Streichklinge oder einem ähnlich aufgebauten Halter 5 für ein Bett 7 einer Rollrakel 6 sowie einer in Bewegungsrichtung der Mantelfläche der Preßwalzen vorgeschalteten Drosselplatte 8 bestehen, wobei zwischen diesen Teilen ein Auftragsraum für die Streichmasse oder allgemein Beschichtungsmasse gebildet ist, der vorzugsweise unter überatmosphärischem Druck steht, und dem die Streichmasse aus einer Beschichtungskammer 9 zuführbar ist.
