Claims (10)
- Dispositif de traitement pour la transformation d'un matériau brut (2) constitué en particulier de matière à flexibilité molle du type papier, par exemple une nappe continue en sections découpées ou feuilles (1) qui présentent des surfaces ainsi que des arêtes (3, 4, 5, 6) et qui doivent être traitées en formant au moins deux zones transversales (5, 6), une première et une deuxième, situées transversalement par rapport à une arête longitudinale (3, 4), et à une certaine distance réciproque, le dispositif comportant un socle, au moins un dispositif de traitement (39, 40) pour traiter la feuille respective (1) dans au moins deux plans (41, 42) situés à une certaine distance utile l'un de l'autre sur les zones transversales de la feuille, ainsi que comportant au moins une voie de transport et un transporteur (47, 48, 23) déterminant un plan de travail (12) pour le transport du matériau (2), par rapport aux plans de travail (41, 42), dans au moins une direction d'avance (11), tandis que pour le traitement correct des deux zones transversales (5, 6) de la feuille respective (1), sont prévus au moins un repère dimensionnel, des moyens de commande pour les dispositifs de traitement (39, 40) et une sécurité de positionnement pour la feuille (1), caractérisé en ce que la distance utile entre au moins deux des plans (41, 42) se situe dans l'ordre de grandeur de la distance entre les zones transversales (5, 6) de la feuille, et que la position de traitement de la première zone dimensionnelle (5) de la feuille est prévue pour servir de repère dimensionnel à la deuxième zone transversale (6).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins deux dispositifs de traitement séparés (39, 40) sont prévus, qu'en particulier les dispositifs de traitement (39, 40) sont disposés de manière successive dans la direction de l'avance correspondante et peuvent être commandés en fonction l'un de l'autre, et que de préférence les plans (41, 42) d'au moins deux dispositifs (39, 40) sont prévus de manière à se succéder immédiatement avec une distance réciproque inférieure à la distance entre deux zones transversales (5, 6) de la feuille, et/ou que pour définir la distance entre les zones transversales de la feuille un dispositif de traitement, par exemple un dispositif (39) actif, est commandé en fonction d'un autre dispositif de traitement (40) et que, en particulier pour le traitement des deux zones transversales de la feuille en vue de créer un registre, les moyens de transport sont prévus pour former un vide de dimensions variables situé entre deux feuilles voisines (1) par la séparation d'une bande de rebut (9) plus courte que la feuille (1).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que, pour assurer le positionnement, est prévu au moins un support (47, 48) assurant le maintien du matériau (2), pour ce qui concerne ses dimensions, par rapport à au moins un dispositif de traitement (39, 40), qu'en particulier un support de nappe (47, 49), est prévu le dispositif de traitement (39, 40) respectif, ou bien se trouve à l'intérieur du passage pratiquement continu et sensiblement sans patinage du transporteur (47, 48), et que de préférence en vue du traitement des deux zones transversales de la feuille respective (1) pendant leur passage, un dispositif de traitement successif (40) est en prise active avec la zone transversale correspondante immédiatement avant un dispositif de traitement (39) situé avant, à savoir que la nappe de matériau (2) est supportée lors des deux interventions actives par le même support (47, 48), et/ou qu'à la feuille (1) respective est associé, pour servir de repère, un marquage (7) qui avance avec le matériau, et que pour la détection de ce marquage ainsi que pour la commande d'au moins un dispositif de traitement (18, 39, 40) ou d'au moins un transporteur (47, 48), est prévu au moins une cellule sensible (21), qu'en particulier une cellule sensible (21) commande un dispositif de traitement (40) en fonction de l'acheminement du matériau (2) à travers un transporteur (47, 48), et que de préférence le traitement effectué par ce dispositif (40) constitue un repère pour le traitement à effectuer par un autre dispositif de traitement (39).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'entre des dispositifs de traitement voisins (39, 40) est prévu au moins un support (48) assurant le positionnement du matériau (2), qu'en particulier un support (48) est réalisé de manière à assurer respectivement le positionnement d'une seule feuille (1) pendant son traitement par au moins un dispositif (39, 40), c'est-à-dire sous la forme d'un transporteur (48) assurant le positionnement du matériau (2) pendant son passage pratiquement continu et sensiblement sans patinage, et que de préférence un support de positionnement (48) présente une sécurité fluidique (49) du matériau, et/ou qu'au moins un dispositif de traitement (39, 40) présente deux outils de traitement (43, 44 et 45, 46) disposés des deux côtés du matériau (2), se faisant face mutuellement et réalisés de manière significativement différente, qu'en particulier des dispositifs de traitement voisins (39, 40) se chevauchent pratiquement mutuellement en considération du plan de travail (12) sensiblement commun, et que de préférence au moins un dispositif de traitement (39, 40) présente un outil (44, 46) pratiquement fixe pendant le travail ou des outils mutuellement correspondants (43, 45 et 44, 46) de dispositifs de traitement voisins (39, 40) sur respectivement une autre des deux faces du plan de travail (12) correspondant.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que pour empêcher au moins partiellement un traitement ou une opération analogue par un dispositif de traitement (39, 40) se déplacant en sa trajectoire, au moins un outil (44, 46) dudit dispositif (39, 40) est mobile transversalement par rapport au plan de travail correspondant (12) entre une position de travail et une position de point mort en fonction du passage du matériau, qu'en particulier un outil (44, 46) pratiquement fixe pendant le traitement ou pendant la position de marche à vide, peut être rendu mobile et que de préférence un outil (44, 46) ne peut être rendu mobile que sur une trajectoire qui correspond à l'épaisseur du matériau (2) augmenté d'une coque de sécurité qui est égale à environ 5 fois ladite épaisseur du matériau, et/ou qu'au moins un dispositif de traitement (39, 40) présente un outil comportant au moins un support de positionnement (54) destiné à assurer l'avance sensiblement sans patinage du matériau (2) pendant son traitement, qu'en particulier un support de positionnement (54) est prévu sur un outil (45) entraîné dans un mouvement de traitement, ou bien pour une zone transversale avant (9) du matériau (2), et que de préférence un support de positionnement (54) présente un moyen adhésif ou analogue agissant sur une seule face du matériau 2, pour assurer le positionnement du matériau (2).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que pour la séparation complète de déchets à éliminer (9) du matériau (2) est prévu au moins un dispositif de nettoyage (56), qu'en particulier pour assurer le positionnement d'au moins un déchet (9) avant sa séparation est prévu un support de positionnement (54) mobile entre une position de réception et une position de remise, et que de préférence un dispositif de nettoyage (56) comprend un aspirateur, un éjecteur, un détacheur mécanique (57) ainsi qu'un puits de transport (55) pour le déchet (9) respectif, et ou que sont prévus des moyens pour la mise en place d'écarts entre des feuilles (1) successives, que ces moyens d'écartement sont prévus en particulier pour séparer une bande transversale intermédiaire (9) à éliminer entre les feuilles (1), ou sont constitués par un transporteur correcteur (28) qui accélère les feuilles (1) de manière à rendre les écartements pratiquement constants, et que de préférence en aval d'un dispositif de traitement (39, 40) est monté au moins un dispositif (33, 33a) destiné à former des piles de feuilles sensiblement régulières, les feuilles (1) pouvant être amenées de leur trajet à travers le dispositif de traitement (39, 40) vers leur position d'empilage dans une trajectoire continue sans interruption.
- Dispositif selon l'une de revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins un dispositif (25) est prévu pour éliminer des feuilles (1) de la trajectoire de transport, qu'en particulier dans la trajectoire de transport est disposé un aiguillage d'expulsion commun (68) pour des feuilles (1) destinées à un contrôle, devant être mises au rebut ou analogues, et que de préférence en aval de l'aiguillage (68) est montée un aiguillage de tri (70) destiné à transférer optionnellement les feuilles (1) éliminées vers des convoyeurs séparés, par exemple un destructeur de documents (27), et/ou qu'au moins un compteur (24, 29, 31, 31a) est prévu pour le comptage des feuilles (1), qu'en particulier un compteur respectivement des feuilles (1) séparées est monté en aval d'un dispositif de traitement (40), d'un dispositif d'élimination (25) ou d'un aiguillage distributeur (30) destiné à distribuer les feuilles (1) en direction de plans de transport séparés, et que de préférence deux compteurs disposés successivement en direction du transport (11) sont en liaison active, au moyen d'un calculateur à comparaison, avec un dispositif de signalisation en vue de l'émission de signaux de commande.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'en aval d'un accumulateur (14) de la nappe de matériau (2) sont montés le long d'une voie de transport et se succédant sensiblement : un couteau longitudinal (20), un dispositif de saisie (21) pour saisir les caractéristiques (7) des feuilles, un transporteur (47) saisissant l'avance de la nappe de matériau (2) en fonction de ces dimensions longitudinales, deux couteaux transversaux (39, 40) à fonctionnement interdépendant compte tenu des dimensions pour la réalisation des arêtes transversales avant et arrière (5, 6) conforme aux dimensions et respectant le format des registres, de la feuille respective (1), au moins une écluse (25) pour l'élimination de feuilles se trouvant sur le convoyeur en fonction d'un dispositif d'analyse saisissant l'avance et le traitement de la nappe de matériau (2), et au moins un dispositif (32, 33) pour l'empilage des feuilles (1), qu'en particulier les feuilles (1) sont maintenues en mouvement de manière pratiquement ininterrompue entre les couteaux transversaux (39, 40) et le dispositif d'empilage (32, 33), et que de préférence en aval de l'écluse (25) est disposé un aiguillage distributeur (30) pour amener optionnellement les feuilles vers des dispositifs d'empilage séparés (32, 33 ; 32a, 33a).
- Procédé pour la transformation d'un matériau de départ (2) en feuilles (1) comportant respectivement deux zones, une première et une deuxième, transversales (5, 6), situées à une distance réciproque prédéterminée, transformation s'effectuant en particulier au moyen du dispositif (13) conforme à l'une des revendications 1 à 8, lors de laquelle le matériau (2) de dimensions supérieures à la feuille (1) est positionné en une direction longitudinale (11) par rapport à au moins un outil (43 à 46), tandis que les zones transversales sont traitées, sensiblement sans interruption du positionnement, de manière consécutive transversalement à la direction longitudinale (11) au moyen de l'outil respectif à une distance réciproque prédéterminée, de telle manière que la première zone transversale (5) est traitée d'abord, et ensuite, avec la distance intermédiaire, la deuxième zone transversale (6), un outil (43) étant piloté de manière à se régler sur la distance prédéterminée et est amené, ainsi ajusté, en prise active avec la deuxième zone transversale (6), caractérisé en ce que la position de traitement de la première zone transversale (5) est saisie, et que, sur la base de cette saisie, l'outil (43) est piloté pendant le positionnement du matériau de telle manière qu'il traite la deuxième zone transversale (6) en respectant avec précision le positionnement dans l'écart intermédiaire.
- Procédé selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que pendant le trajet continu sensiblement parallèle à la direction longitudinale (11) du matériau (2) amené pour former la nappe, s'effectue tout d'abord, en vue de la formation de la première arête transversale avant (5) de la feuille (1), la séparation d'une bande transversale de déchets (9) éliminée de l'extrémité avant de la nappe, et qu'immédiatement suite à cela, après ajustage réciproque, par rapport aux longueurs de l'outil (43) et de la nappe, s'effectue la découpe d'une deuxième arête transversale (6), ce qui a pour effet de séparer la feuille (1) de la nappe de matériau.
