Jeder Laufwagen weist mindestens eine nach unten ausfahrbare Säule 7,8 auf. Am Ende dieser Säule ist jeweils ein Kasten 9,10 angebracht, aus welchem ein Greifarm 11,12 ausfahrbar ist. Der Greifarm 11 ist dabei in einem Winkel von 45° von oben bezüglich der Bewehrungsgitterebene ausfahrbar, während der Greifarm 12 horizontal parallel zur Bewehrungsgitterebene ausfahrbar ist. Die Greifarme 11,12 sind mit Greifmitteln 13,14 versehen, welche Querdrähte 2' des Bewehrungsgitters 2 ergreifen können. Es ist klar ersichtlich, dass hier der Biegedorn eine doppelte Funktion hat. Einerseits dient er als Niederhalteorgan für den Draht, und andererseits bestimmt er durch seine Form den Biegeradius des zu biegenden Drahtes. Indem die Biegedorne selbst mehrere, vorzugsweise zwei, verschiedene Krümmungsradien aufweisen, können Bewehrungsgitter mit unterschiedlichem Drahtdurchmesser bearbeitet werden, ohne dass hierzu die Biegedorne zuerst ausgetauscht werden müssten. In Figur 2 ist dargestellt, wie beide Greifarme 11,12 an die jeweils letzten Querdrähte eines Bewehrungsgitters 2 angreifen. Die Biegedornvorrichtung 15 ist dabei in ihrer Parkierstellung. Durch Verfahren der beiden Laufwagen 5,6 wird das Bewehrungsgitter 2 nach rechts bis in die in Figur 3 gezeigten Position verschoben. Hier wird nun die Biegedornvorrichtung 15 nach oben durch den Zwischenraum zweier Querdrähte des Bewehrungsgitters geschoben. Anschliessend wird das Bewehrungsgitter mittels der Greifarme 11,12 wieder nach links verschoben, bis ein Querdraht 2' gegen den Biegedornhalter 15' in Anschlag kommt, wie in Figur 4 gezeigt. In dieser Position wird der Biegedorn 15 nach unten gefahren, bis er mit dem entsprechenden Querdraht 2' in Eingriff gelangt, wie in Figur 5 gezeigt. Nun wird das rechts über die Auflagebank 1 ragende Ende des Bewehrungsgitters 2 mittels des Greifarmes 12 nach oben verbogen, wie in Figur 6 gezeigt. Die Biegung kann dabei durch einen Biegestab 16 unterstützt oder allein durch diesen durchgeführt werden. Hier wird nun der zusätzliche Greifarm 12' ersichtlich, welcher parallel zum Greifarm 12 angeordnet ist. Dieser wird nun gebraucht, um das Bewehrungsgitter 2, wie in Figur 7 gezeigt, festzuhalten, damit die beiden Greifarme 11,12 an die in Figur 8 gezeigten Positionen verschoben werden können. Das Bewehrungsgitter 2 wird nun in die in Figur 9 gezeigten Position verfahren und der Biegedorn 15 nun mit einem weiteren Querdraht in Eingriff gebracht. Danach kann das Bewehrungsgitter 2 mittels der Greifarme 11,12, resp. des Biegstabes 16, auch um diesen Querdraht um ca. 90° verbogen werden. Analog erfolgen die weiteren Schritte gemäss den Figuren 11 bis 13, bis schliesslich das Bewehrungsgitter 2 zu einem geschlossenen Käfig gebogen ist. Claims (5)

  1. A device for the production of reinforcement cages from reinforcement bars with trasverse and longitudinal cables, comprising a supporting bench (1) for the reinforcement bar (2), a longitudinal beam (4) mounted at a distance above it with two travelling vehicles (5, 6) thereupon, with, attached to the vehicles (5, 6), at least one column which can be lowered and/or raised (7, 8) at the end of which at least one gripper (11-14) is fitted, and is provided with a bending block device (15) in the supporting bench (1), which is extendible and/or retractable from the supporting bench (1) up to the reinforcement bar (2).
  2. A device as claimed in Claim 1, wherein the bending block device (15) comprises several bending blocks, with each bending block provided with at least two different bending radii and at the same time functioning as a clamp.
  3. A device as claimed in Claim 1 or 2, wherein at least one vehicle (5, 6) is provided with two columns (7, 8), which can be raised and/or lowered independently of each other.
