Abstract
Description
Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf einen Rollvorhang, insbesondere auf ein Rollo, nach dem Oberbegriff des Patentanspruches 1.The invention relates to a roller blind, in particular to a roller blind, according to the preamble of claim 1.
Die Funktion der einseitig an einem Ende der Wickelwelle angeordneten Antriebsmittel für den Rollvorhang erfordert eine drehfeste Zapfenlagerung dieses Endes der Wickelwelle. Dazu dient bei bekannten Ausführungen ein im Querschnitt mehrkantiger Wellenzapfen, welcher an einem inneren Lagerteil der Antriebsmittel ausgebildet ist und in einen an der Oberseite offenen Schlitz eines an der Wand oder dergleichen befestigbaren Halters drehfest eingehängt werden kann. Am anderen Ende der Wickelwelle ist bei bekannten Ausbildungen meistens ein einfacher Lagerdorn vorgesehen, der nach dem Einhängen des Wellenzapfens in den oben offenen Schlitz des Halters in eine Bohrung oder einen Schlitz mit einem runden Boden eines für dieses Ende der Wickelwelle vorgesehenen, somit anders ausgebildeten Halters eingesteckt wird. Die unterschiedlichen Wandhalter für beide Enden der Wickelwellenlagerung erlauben keine nachträgliche Änderung der Bedienungsseite ohne Wechsel des Wandhalters.The function of the drive means for the roller blind arranged on one side at one end of the winding shaft requires a rotationally fixed pin bearing of this end of the winding shaft. Der Rollvorhang kann in beide Wandhalter gleichzeitig von oben eingehängt werden, ist leicht handhabbar und ermöglicht eine sichere Montage in jeder beliebigen Position, insbesondere auch an schrägen Wand- oder Deckenflächen. Bevorzugt wird eine Ausbildung, bei der der Wellenzapfen vormontiert in einer das Gehäuse bildenden, in eine stirnseitige Aufnahme der Wickelwelle drehfest eingesetzten Buchse gelagert ist. Dadurch wird die Vormontage der mit der Wickelwelle zu verbindenden Lagerelemente und eine einfache Steckverbindung dieser Lagerelemente mit der Wickelwelle ermöglicht. Das Sperrelement sollte nach dem Erfindungsgedanken gegenüber dem Wellenzapfen quer zum Aufnahmeschlitz unter elastischer Verformung gegen die dadurch bedingten Rückstellkräfte aus der Sperrlage heraus bis zur Freigabe des Tragzapfens in dem Aufnahmeschlitz beweglich sein. Bevorzugt wird ein Sperrelement mit einem stielartigen Befestigungszapfen, welches innerhalb des Wellenzapfens angeordnet und mit dem Befestigungszapfen in eine entsprechend profilierte Ausnehmung des Wellenzapfens eingesteckt ist und am Umfang des Wellenzapfens eine nach außen freiliegende Handhabe aufweist, so daß der Wellenzapfen unter elastischer Verformung um sein eingespanntes Ende zur Freigabe des Tragzapfens verschwenkt werden kann. Dies wird am besten durch ein im Querschnitt des Aufnahmeschlitzes L-förmiges Sperrelement erreicht, welches in der Sperrlage mit einem Schenkel den Tragzapfen im Aufnahmeschlitz an der offenen Schlitzseite hintergreift. Der für die Lagerung dieses Endes der Wickelwelle geeignete Wandhalter kann in übereinstimmender Ausbildung auch für die Lagerung des Endes der Wickelwelle auf der Antriebsseite Verwendung finden.An embodiment is preferred in which the shaft journal is mounted in a pre-assembled manner in a socket which forms the housing and is inserted in a rotationally fixed manner in an end receptacle of the winding shaft. Die von der Erfindung berührte Lagerung der Wickelwelle 1 für einen Vorhang 2 aus einem aufwickelbaren Werkstoff setzt sich aus einem buchsenartigen Gehäuse 3, einem darin frei drehbar gelagerten Wellenzapfen 4 und einem Sperrelement 5 zusammen. In dem Wellenzapfen 4 ist ein einseitig offener Schlitz 6 ausgebildet, mit dem dieser Wellenzapfen 4 auf einen Tragzapfen 7 aufgehängt werden kann, welcher an einem an einer Wand, Decke oder dergleichen befestigbaren Halter 8 ausgebildet ist. Der Aufnahmeschlitz 6 und der Tragzapfen 7 weisen das gleiche Querschnittsprofil auf. Der Wellenzapfen 4 ist bei dem Ausführungsbeispiel in einer das Gehäuse 3 bildenden Buchse frei drehbar gelagert und daran gleichzeitig gegen axiale Verschiebung relativ zueinander gesichert. Das Gehäuse 3 ist drehfest in eine stirnseitige Aufnahme der Wickelwelle 1 einsetzbar, so daß die Drehbewegung beim Öffnen und Schließen des Behangs zwischen dem Gehäuse 3 und der Lagerfläche am Wellenzapfen 4 erfolgt. Innerhalb des Wellenzapfens 4 ist das Sperrelement 5 ausreichend beweglich und mit einem stielartigen Befestigungsende 9 in eine Haltetaschenausbildung des Wellenzapfens 4 spielfrei eingesetzt, so daß das Sperrelement unter elastischer Materialverformung quer zum Aufnahmeschlitz 6 beweglich ist. Im Bereich dieses Aufnahmeschlitzes ist das Sperrelement 5 mit Blick auf die Achsrichtung der Wickelwelle 1 L-förmig ausgebildet und hintergreift mit einem Schenkel 10 einen in den Aufnahmeschlitz 6 eingeführten Tragzapfen 7 des Halters 8. Am Umfang des Wellenzapfens 4 weist das Sperrelement 5 eine Handhabe 11 auf, so daß das Sperrelement 5 unter Benutzung dieser Handhabe 11 radial nach innen quer zum Schlitz 6 unter elastischer Verformung des Befestigungsendes 9 und dem gleichzeitigen Aufbau von Rückstellkräften so weit zur Seite beweglich ist, daß der Schenkel 10 aus dem Bereich des Schlitzes 6 zurückgedrückt werden kann, um den Tragzapfen 7 freizugeben. Zum Einführen des Tragzapfens 7 in den Schlitz 6 ist das vordere Ende des Schenkels 10 abgeschrägt, so daß bei einer Bewegung des Tragzapfens 7 gegen diese Schrägfläche selbsttätig ein Zurückweichen des Sperrelementes 5 und eine selbsttätige Verriegelung des Tragzapfens 7 in dem Aufnahmeschlitz 6 erfolgt. Zum Abheben des Lagers vom Tragzapfen 7 des Halters 8 wird das Sperrelement durch radialen Druck auf die Handhabe 11 zur Seite gedrückt, so daß der Schenkel 10 des Sperrelements 5 aus dem Aufnahmeschlitz 6 zurückgedrückt wird.
