Claims (8)

  1. Behälter für Kosmetik-, Schmink-, Gesichtspflege- oder Hygieneprodukte, aufweisend:
    eine Kassette (4) und deren Deckel (6), wobei die Kassette dazu bestimmt ist, das Produkt aufzunehmen,
    ein Scharnier (20, 22) zur Drehanlenkung des Deckels an der Kassette,
    Teile (20, 32) zum Verriegeln/Entriegeln einer Raste (14), um den Deckel in Schließposition zu halten,
    eine erste mittelgroße Feder (58), die in der Schließposition des Deckels zusammengedrückt ist und deren durch die Entriegelung der Raste freigegebene Arretierung die schlagartige Öffnung des Deckels auszulösen vermag,
    und Mittel (62, 64; 76) zum Dämpfen der Bewegung des Deckels, um die genannte Öffnung entgegenwirkend zu der ersten mittelgroßen Feder zu verlangsamen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Dämpfungsmittel aufweisen:
    eine zweite Feder (64; 76), welche der ersten mittelgroßen Feder (58) entgegenwirkt, und zwar im wesentlichen während eines ersten Teils des Öffnungsbewegungsverlaufs des Deckels,
    und einen zusammendrückbaren Schaumstoffblock (62), der im wesentlichen während des zweiten abschließenden Teils des Bewegungsverlaufs des Deckels wirkt,
    wobei die Dämpfungsmittel im wesentlichen elastisch zusammendrückbar und dazu ausgelegt sind, als Funktion der Entspannung bzw. des Zusammendrückens der ersten mittelgroßen Feder zusammengedrückt oder entspannt zu werden.
  2. Behälter nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Dämpfungsmittel (62, 64; 76) in dem Behälter angeordnet sind, um während des größten Teils des Öffnungsbewegungsverlaufs des Deckels (6) progressiv zu wirken, indem sie die auf den Deckel übertragene Energie, im wesentlichen unter Beseitigung derselben am Ende des Bewegungsverlaufs für die Öffnung des Deckels absorbieren, durch die Freigabe der ersten mittelgroßen Feder (58).
  3. Behälter nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zweite Feder (64) im Innern eines Schiebers (36; 36') angeordnet ist, indem sie sich außerdem in Anlage gegen eine feststehende Wand (68) der Kassette (4) befindet, und zwar unter Steuerung der Drehgelenkbewegung des Deckels (6).
  4. Behälter nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schieber (36; 36') ein erstes Ende nahezu an dem Gelenkscharnier (16, 20, 22) des Deckels (6) und ein gegenüberliegendes zweites Ende aufweist, welches einen Stössel (30) zur Drehsteuerung eines Schwenkteils (42) enthält, das um eine feststehende Achse im wesentlichen parallel zu derjenigen (18) des Scharniers angelenkt und durch die Kassette getragen ist.
  5. Behälter nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zweite Feder (76) einstückig integral mit dem Schieber (36') gebildet ist und im wesentlichen die Form eines "Ω" in nicht gespanntem Zustand aufweist.
  6. Behälter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schaumstoffblock (62) nahe am Scharnier (16, 20, 22) zur Anlenkung des Deckels angeordnet ist.
  7. Behälter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schaumstoffblock (62) näher zum Deckelanlenkungsscharnier angeordnet ist als die zweite Feder (64), um seine Ruhelage nach einem ersten vorbestimmten Teil des Öffnungsbewegungsverlaufs des Deckels einzunehmen.
  8. Puderschachtel, enthaltend kosmetisches Puder und gebildet durch den Behälter nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche.
