Description

Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine neuartige Ausgestaltung und Anordnung von Abstreiferelementen nach dem Oberbegriff des Patentanspruches 1 bei Aktenvernichter nach dem Schneidwalzenprinzip.The invention relates to a novel design and arrangement of stripper elements according to the preamble of claim 1 for document shredders according to the cutting roller principle.

Dem Festsetzen von Schneidpartikeln zwischen Abstreifer und Schneidscheibe, welches mit der Zeit eine erhöhte Reibung sowie einen erhöhten Anpreßdruck bewirkt und nicht selten zur Blockade eines Schneidwerkes führt, wurde somit vorgebeugt; jedoch ist bei genannten Lösungen eine Steigerung des technisch-ökonomischen Aufwandes sowie bei gleichbleibend installierter Leistung eine Minderung der zur Verfügung stehenden Schneidleistung zu verzeichnen.
Die Aufgabe der Erfindung besteht nun darin, Schnittgutabstreifer für Aktenvernichter derart auszubilden, daß insbesondere beim Schneiden dickerer Schriftgutpacken eine deutliche Minimierung der Reibverluste an der installierten Schnittleistung einsetzt, der technische Aufwand verringert und gleichzeitig die Montage- und Wartungsfreundlichkeit für das Schneidwerk wesentlich erhöht wird.

Gelöst wird diese Aufgabenstellung durch die im Patentanspruch 1 angegebenen baulichen Mittel und anordnungsgemäßen Ausbildungen. Die Unteransprüche beinhalten vorteilhafte Weiterbildungen und Ausgestaltungsmerkmale der neuen Lösung, die zudem anhand von Zeichnungsskizzen in einem bevorzugten Ausführungsbei spiel dargestellt und in Verbindung mit dem Bezugsziffernverzeichnis von den Bauteilen her im speziellen erläutert ist. Das schematisiert im Querschnitt dargestellte Schneidwerk des bevorzugten Ausführungsbeispieles eines erfindungsgemäßen Aktenvernichters weist gemäß Fig. 1 zwei Schneidwalzenkerne 3, 4 mit auf diesen 3, 4 angeordneten, kammartig ineinander greifenden Schneidscheiben 1 bzw. 2 sowie Abstreifer 7 und Hilfsabstreifer 9 haltende Haltestangen 5, 6 bzw. 12, 13 auf, wobei zwischen Schneidwerks-Lagerplatten G die Schneidwalzenkerne 3, 4 als auch die Haltestangen 5, 6 und 12, 13 gelagert sind und letztere 5, 6 und 12, 13 die Funktion von Distanzhalter für das Schneidwerk übernehmen.
Neuartig ist nunmehr, daß an der unteren Schneidwerkseite in jedem, jeweils zwischen zwei benachbarten Schneidscheiben 1 bzw. 2 durch den kammartigen Eingriff einer Schneidscheibe 1 bzw. 2 der gegenüberliegenden Schneidwalze 3 bzw. 4 gebildeten, Schneidwalzenspalt S ein Abstreifer 7 angeordnet ist, wahrend an der oberen Schneidwerkseite einzelne Hilfsabstreifer 9 vorgesehen sind, die jedoch nicht in jeden Schneidwalzenspalt S der beiden Schneidwalzen 3, 4, vorzugsweise nur in jeden vierten bzw. fünften Schneidwalzenspalt S, eingreifen; siehe hierzu auch Fig. 3.

Diese Ausbildung ist ebenfalls am Abstreifbereich 9a der Hilfsabstreifer 9 vorgesehen.

Claims (12)

  1. Document shredder with a cutting roller pair as well as individual strippers which are lined up on retaining rods and which extend, while engaging between the cutting discs, substantially from the lower and the upper cutting mechanism outer side up to the respective roller core and preferably have spherical stripping regions, characterised by the following features:

Document shredder according to one or more of the preceding claims, characterised thereby that the guide plate, which projects into the material intake gap E, of the cutting mechanism cover 'A' adjoins a respective one of the retaining rods (13) with formation of a small gap, wherein the retaining rods (13) protrude forwardly somewhat relative to the material intake gap E.
  9. Document shredder according to one or more of the preceding claims, characterised thereby that the retaining rods (5 and 6) fixing the stripper (7) by way of the centre rests (7a) and the claws (7b) at the rear side thereof in the cutting mechanism lie on a common line of action (W) opposing or compensating for the force flow direction from the stripper pressure.
  10. Document shredder according to one of more of the preceding claims, characterised thereby that the tips of the stripper regions (7d) bear against the respective cutting mechanism cores (3 or 4) spaced at different widths (x1 or x2) from the cutting mechanism centre (M).
  11. Document shredder according to one or more of the preceding claims, characterised thereby that the auxiliary strippers (9) are likewise curvilinearly formed at their stripper region (9a) in such a manner that at every place of the spherical section the cut particles adhering to the cutting discs (1 or 2) impinge at one and the same angle.
  12. Document shredder according to one or more of the preceding claims, characterised thereby that due to the shape and the position of the strippers (7) inclusive of the retaining rods (5 and 6), which retain these (7), relative to the cutting mechanism (3, 4) and the housing walls the free spaces (8) lying at both sides above and laterally of the cutting mechanism (3, 4) are sufficiently screened relative to the cut stock collecting space, which is disposed below the cutting mechanism (3, 4), in such a manner that, of the cut-up cut stock getting into the free spaces (8) during reversing, only detached smaller particles can fall into the cut stock collecting space.
