  • the safety of the hinge is notably enhanced and its appearance likewise significantly improved; the operation of installing the pivot is especially swift, not least by virtue of the fact that the component parts (except for the cap) can be supplied stably preassembled. No less important is the fact that installer and end user alike can easily verify the position of the socket screw and thus be certain that the hinge has been correctly assembled.

Claims (7)

  1. Scharnier für Tür- und Fensterbeschläge vom Typ bestehend aus zwei Scharnierkörpern (1, 2), die jeweils mit einem beweglichen Flügel und einem feststehenden Rahmen verbunden sind, und zwar durch entsprechende Halterungen (3, 4), die mit entsprechenden Befestigungsmitteln an dem Flügel und an dem Rahmen angebracht sind, und aus einem vertikalen Scharnierzapfen (5), einsetzbar zusammen mit wenigstens einer zwischengesetzten Ausrichtbuchse (6), die von dem oberen Scharnierkörper (1, 2) aufgenommen ist, in durchgehende Bollrungen (7, 8), die von den jeweiligen Körpern aufgewiesen werden, wobei der Zapfen (5) mit winkelförmigen Anschlag- und Abdeckmitteln (9) versehen ist, die mit jedem Ende verbunden sind und mit den Scharnierkörpern (1, 2) zusammenwirken,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    - dass die Anschlagmittel (9) ein Plungerelement (10) enthalten, welches sich frei drehend in einem radialen Sitz (11) gelagert ist, der sich in den unteren Abschnitt des Zapfens (5) eingearbeitet befindet und sich seitlich an der entsprechenden umlaufenden Oberfläche öffnet; und
    - dass das Plungerelement (10) in der Lage ist, eine Verschiebebewegung auszuführen, ausgelöst durch die Wirkung von Einstellmitteln (12), die mit dem unteren Ende des Zapfens (5) verbunden und von ausserhalb der Scharnierkörper (1, 2) zugänglich sind, wenn der Zapfen eingesetzt ist, und zwar auf solche Weise, dass eine nicht operative Grenzposition bestimmt wird, in welcher das Plungerelement (10) vollkommen von dem Sitz (11) umfasst ist, und einer operativen Grenzposition, in welcher ein Teil des Plungerelementes (10) sich ausserhalb der Umfangsabmessung des Zapfens (5) und in stabilem Kontakt mit der inneren Oberfläche des entsprechenden Scharnierkörpers (1, 2) befindet.
  2. Scharnier nach Patentanspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Plungerelement (10) aus einer einfachen Kugel besteht, angeordnet innerhalb eines radialen Sitzes (11), dessen zu der umlaufenden Oberfläche des Zapfens (5) hin geöffneter Bereich auf solche Weise gestaucht oder verstemmt ist, dass ein Austreten der Kugel (10) verhindert wird.
  3. Scharnier nach Patentanspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Plungerelement (10) aus einem Keil besteht, welcher innerhalb des radialen Sitzes (11) angeordnet ist.
  4. Scharnier nach Patentanspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Plungerelement (10) aus einer, einfachen Kugel besteht, angeordnet innerhalb eines radialen Sitzes (11), dessen zu der umlaufenden Oberfläche des Zapfens (5) hin geöffneter Bereich auf solche Weise gestaucht oder verstemmt ist, dass ein Austreten der Kugel (10) verhindert wird, und dass die Einstellmittel (12) als Schraubmittel (13) ausgeführt sind, die einschraubbar in eine blinde Gewindebohrung (14) einsetzbar sind, welche koaxial zu der Längsachse des Zapfens (5) angeordnet und mit dem radialen Sitz (11) auf solche Weise verbunden ist, dass eine Verschiebebewegung der Kugel (10) zwischen einer nicht operativen und einer operativen Grenzposition erlaubt wird.
  5. Scharnier nach Patentanspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Ende des eingesetzten Zapfens (5), das sich von den Einstellmitteln (12) entfernt befindet und den oberen Scharnierkörper (1, 2) belegt, von einem Abdeckelement (15) verdeckt wird, ausgeführt auf solche Weise, dass es in einer positiven Befestigung in eine Nutung (16) greift, die von dem entsprechenden Ende des Zapfens (5) aufgewiesen ist, und die einen scheibenförmigen oberen Abschnitt (17p) enthält, dessen Durchmesser (Da) grösser ist als der Durchmesser (D) der entsprechenden Bohrung (7, 8), so dass der Zapfen (5) als Ergebnis des befestigten Abdeckelementes (15) mit einer Anschlagschulter versehen ist.
  6. Scharnier nach Patentanspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Länge (L) des Zapfens (5) zusammen mit den Anschlag- und Abdeckelementen (9) in der operativen Position gleich ist wie die Länge der oberen und unteren Scharnierkörper (1, 2) von Ende zu Ende angeordnet.
  7. Scharnier nach Patentanspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schraubmittel (13) aus einer Innensechskantschraube mit einem Kopf (13t) von einem Durchmesser (13d) bestehen, der im wesentlichen gleich ist wie der Durchmesser (D) der Bohrung (7, 8), die von dem entsprechenden Scharnierkörper (1, 2) aufgewiesen ist.
