Claims (16)
- Panneau pour la réalisation de parois suspendues, ou de cloisons de séparation ou de rénovation de locaux, constitué par un assemblage de plaques (10a, 10b, 10c ; 10'a, 10'b, 10'c) d'un matériau de construction, ledit panneau comportant deux éléments (20a, 20b ; 20'a, 20'b) de support s'étendant parallèlement sur toute la longueur du panneau, lesdites plaques d'un matériau de constuction étant montées à bords jointifs sur lesdits éléments de support et s'étendant d'un seul tenant sur toute la hauteur du panneau, caractérisé en ce que lesdites plaques sont des plaques de polystyrène extrudé encastrables à bords mâles (11a, 11b ; 11'a, 11'b) et femelles (12b, 12c ; 12'b, 12'c) assemblées à bords (11a, 12b, 11b, 12c) jointifs, sans raccord intermédiaire, afin d'obtenir un panneau solide, léger, rigide mécaniquement et isolant thermiquement.
- Panneau selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que lesdites plaques encastrables assemblées à bords jointifs sont maintenues à leur jonction par des moyens de fixation (40, 40', 40") et/ou de rigidification (30, 30') présentant une section conjuguée du profil des bords (11a, 12b ; 11b, 12c) jointifs desdites plaques.
- Panneau selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que lesdits moyens (30, 30') de rigidification sont fixés à leurs extrémités dans des points (21a, 21b ; 21'a, 21'b) d'ancrage aménagés le long desdits éléments de support.
- Panneau selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que lesdits moyens de rigidification sont des tiges (30) de rigidification disposées entre lesdits bords mâles et femelles, lesdites tiges (30) de rigidification présentant une flexibilité suffisante pour être engagées par flexion élastique dans lesdits points (21a, 21b) d'ancrage.
- Panneau selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que lesdits moyens de rigidification sont des éléments linéaires (30') de rigidification présentant :une section conjuguée du profil des bords jointifs (11'a,12'b;11'b,12'c) desdites plaques de polystyrène extrudé,au moins une languette (34') de fixation à un élément (20'a,20'b) de support,une pluralité de pointes (32',33') aménagées sur chaque face desdits éléments linéaires (30'), destinées à pénétrer, par lesdits bords jointifs, dans la masse de deux plaques adjacentes (10'a,10'b;10'b,10'c) entre lesquelles sont disposés les éléments linéaires de rigidification.
- Panneau selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que lesdits éléments (20'a,20'b) de support sont des cornières creuses à profil en P.
- Panneau selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que lesdits éléments (20'a,20'b) de support sont des cornières creuses à profil en P.
- Panneau selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce qu'il est muni d'un moyen (40,40',40") de fixation à un élément porteur (50) comprenant une patte (41,41',41") de fixation audit élément porteur, et au moins une dent effilée (42a,42b,43a,43b;48a,48b,49) destinée à pénétrer, par un bord (12a), dans la masse d'une plaque (10a) d'extrémité dudit panneau.
- Panneau selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que ledit moyen de fixation comprend au moins deux dents effilées reliées par une plaquette (44) de raccordement susceptible de coopérer avec le profil d'un bord (12'a) de ladite plaque (10'a) d'extrémité lors de la pénétration desdites dents effilées.
- Panneau selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que ladite plaquette (44) de raccordement porte également au moins deux autres dents effilées (48a,48b,49), opposées auxdites dents effilées.
- Panneau selon l'une des revendications 3 ou 4 et l'une des revendications 9 ou 10, caractérisé en ce que ladite plaquette (44) de raccordement porte un clips (45) de maintien desdites tiges (30) de rigidification.
- Panneau selon l'une quelconque des revendications 8 à 11, caractérisé en ce que ladite patte (41',41") de fixation comporte un bord (41'a,41"a) replié à 90°.
- Panneau selon l'une quelconque des revendications 8 à 11, caractérisé en ce que ladite patte (41',41") de fixation comporte au moins une languette pliable (49) à 90° portant un trou (50) de passage d'une tige (60) de suspension.
- Panneau selon les revendications 12 et 13, caractérisé en ce que ledit bord replié (41'a,41"a) comporte également un trou (51) de passage de ladite tige (60) de suspension.
- Panneau selon l'une des revendications 13 ou 14, caractérisé en ce que le moyen de fixation comporte un joint (70) de dilatation comprenant une plaque (71) de fixation à l'élément porteur (50), terminée à une extrémité par un embout (72) destiné à être introduit à l'intérieur d'une découpe (52) d'une languette (49) pliable de la patte (41') de fixation, de manière à maintenir suspendu ledit moyen (40') de fixation.
- Panneau selon la revendication 15, caractérisé en ce que ladite plaque (71) de fixation présente un repli (76) portant des trous (73,74) de passage de la tige (60) de suspension.
