Die Erfindung betrifft eine Handlampe zur Prüfung von Bodengruppen, Radlagern und Aufhängungen von Kraftfahrzeugen in Prüfständen, bestehend aus einem Gehäuse mit einem Handgriff, mindestens einem im Gehäuse angeordneten Energiespeicher, einer Lichtquelle mit Reflektor und einerseits mit dem Energiespeicher und andererseits mit der Lichtquelle elektrisch verbundenen Schaltelementen zum Ein- und Ausschalten.The invention relates to a hand lamp for testing floor assemblies, wheel bearings and suspensions of motor vehicles in test benches, consisting of a housing with a handle, at least one energy store arranged in the housing, a light source with reflector and on the one hand with the energy store and on the other hand with the light source electrically connected switching elements for switching on and off.
Zur Inspektion der Bodengruppen von Kraftfahrzeugen, insbesondere zur Untersuchung des Spiels der Radlager, des Lenkgestänges u. dgl., werden spezielle Prüfstände verwendet, wie sie z. B. in den DE-PS'en 34 02 812 und 34 27 701 beschrieben sind. Diese in der Regel über Gruben angeordneten Prüfstände besitzen Aufstandsplatten für die Räder des zu inspizierenden Kraftfahrzeugs, die über hydraulische Zylinder oder andere Linearantriebe in horizontale Längs- und Querbewegungen versetzt werden können. Bei taktweise wiederholter Betätigung der Linearantriebe wird den Rädern eine Rüttelbewegung erteilt. Der in der Grube stehende Inspekteur kann durch visuelle Beobachtung den jeweiligen Zustand der verschiedenen Baugruppen des Kraftfahrzeugs feststellen. Aufgrund der ungünstigen Lichtverhältnisse in derartigen Gruben werden regelmäßig leuchtstarke Handstrahler verwendet. Bisher mußte der Inspekteur zusätzlich zu diesen Handstrahlern gesonderte Geräte zum Steuern des Prüfstands benutzen, was die Inspektion zeitaufwendiger machte und zu Komplikationen bei der Handhabung und auch ggf. der Ablage des Steuergerätes bzw. der Handlampe führte.To inspect the floor groups of motor vehicles, in particular to examine the play of the wheel bearings, the steering linkage and the like.
