Claims (4)
- Ausrichtwinkelelement (11) für Fensterrahmen (1) oder ähnliches, das vorgesehen ist, in Verbindung mit zwei Metallprofilen (2,3) verwendet zu werden, die auf Gehrung zugeschnitten sind und, einmal zusammengebaut, zusammen den Winkel oder die Ecke des Fensterrahmens oder ähnliches bilden, wobei das Winkelelement eingerichtet ist, seine Schenkel in entsprechenden offenen Rillen (12) unterzubringen, die in den zwei Profilen gegenüber jeweils zu den Rillen parallelen Leisten (17) vorgesehen sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es aus einem relativ nachgiebigen und elastischen Material hergestellt ist und ein V-förmiges Profil aufweist, dessen zwei Schenkel (18,19) frei sind und entspannt einen Winkel etwas unter 90° bilden, wobei der Scheitel (20) des Winkelelements an der Spitze profiliert ist, so daß das Winkelelement durch eine Kraft verformt werden kann, die auf seinen Scheitel im wesentlichen in Richtung der Halbierungslinie des Winkels, der durch die zwei Schenkel gebildet wird, in Richtung der Mitte des Rahmens ausgeübt wird, wobei die letzteren in den Rillen bewegt werden, wobei sie sich spreizen, bis zu dem Augenblick, an dem der Scheitel in demjenigen Winkel unter die Leisten gleiten kann, den sie an der Verbindung der zwei Profile bilden und in welche er vor einer elastischen Entspannung des Winkelelements durch Nachlassen der ausgeübten Kraft eingreift.
- Winkelelement nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es aus einem Kunststoffmaterial hergestellt ist, das eine gewisse Nachgiebigkeit aufweist, die die augenblickliche Verformung seines V-förmigen Profils erlaubt, insbesondere aus Polyethylen, Polyamid, Polypropylen, oder auch aus halbsteifem Polyvinylchlorid.
- Winkelelement nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß seine obere Fläche, senkrecht zu seinem V-förmigen Scheitel (20), mit einer Schrägkante (21) leicht verjüngt ist, um das Eingreifen des Scheitels unter den Leisten (17) der zwei Profile (2,3) zu erlauben.
- Winkelelement nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die seitlichen Schenkel (18,19) eine Stufe (21) in ihrer Dicke aufweisen, um ihr Eingreifen in die Rillen (12) der Profile (2,3), in denen sie sich bewegen, aufgrund der auf den Scheitel (20) ausgeübten Kraft zu erleichtern.
