Die Fig. 4 zeigt eine Ausführung der erfindungsgemässen Tampondruckmaschine, bei welcher ein L-förmiger Träger 52 mit einem Schenkel 53 und einem vertikalen Trägerteil 54 vorgesehen ist. Dieser Träger 52 ist wie oben beschrieben aus Blech hergestellt und wie der Träger 8 bzw. der Schlitten 45 auf einer Grundplatte 1 geführt und mittels einer Zylinder-Kolben-Einheit 25 begrenzt hin- und herbewegbar. Im Gegensatz zur oben beschriebenen Ausführung weist hier jedoch die Einfärbevorrichtung einen an sich bekannten Farbtopf 55 auf, der unten offen ist und der oben über ein Kugelgelenk 58 mit einer Zylinder-Kolben-Einheit 57 am Schenkel 53 befestigt ist. Das Klischee 51 wird durch hin-und herbewegen des Farbtopfes 55 und der darin befindlichen Farbe 56 in bekannter Weise eingefärbt. Da der Farbtopf 55 und auch das Druckkissen 39 fest mit dem Träger 52 bzw. dem Schlitten verbunden sind, werden diese immer gleichzeitig mit dem Schlitten bewegt. Denkbar ist auch eine Ausführung, bei welcher der Farbtopf 55 mit dem vertikalen Trägerteil 54 verbunden ist. Weiterhin ist eine Ausführung denkbar, bei der eine andere Einfärbevorrichtung vorgesehen ist. In einer sehr vereinfachten und kostengünstigen Ausführung kann schliesslich die Antriebseinheit 25 weggelassen und der Schlitten von Hand hin- und herbewegt werden. Des weiteren ist eine Ausführung denkbar, bei welcher das Klischee hin- und herbewegt und die Einfärbevorrichtung bezüglich des Maschinengehäuses 2 festgehalten ist. Claims (10)

  1. A pad printing machine, comprising an inking device (18, 55) and a slide member (45, 52) which is adapted to reciprocate in a machine housing (2) and on which there is disposed a printing device (34) with a printing cushion (39) and which is movable by means of a drive (25) horizontally between a first and second position for ink take-up and delivery, characterised in that the slide member (45, 52) is fixed by its guide (6) on a baseplate (1) of the machine housing and has a support (8, 53, 54) in the form of a box which extends upwards from the baseplate (1) and the printing device (34) is mounted on said support.
  2. A pad printing machine according to claim 1, characterised in that the inking device (18, 55) is also mounted on the slide member (8, 53, 54).
  3. A pad printing machine according to claim 1 or 2, characterised in that the support (8) is of U-shaped construction, the two limbs (9, 10) extending horizontally and one above the other and in that the printing device (37) is mounted on the top limb (10).
  4. A pad printing machine according to claim 1 or 2, characterised in that the support (53, 54) is of L-shaped construction and has a top limb projecting at the front from the machine housing (2), on which limb at least the printing device (37) is mounted.
  5. A pad printing machine according to any one of claims 1 to 4, characterised in that the machine housing (2) is fixed on a baseplate (1) and the slide member (45, 52) is guided for reciprocating movement on said baseplate.
  6. A pad printing machine according to any one of claims 1 to 5, characterised in that the support (8) is made from two parts (8a, 8b) which are rigidly interconnected and bent substantially mirror-image fashion.
  7. A pad printing machine according to any one of claims 1 to 6, characterised in that the machine housing (2) is made from sheet metal.
  8. A pad printing machine according to any one of claims 1 to 7, characterised in that the support (8, 52) is made mainly from metal sheet.
  9. A pad printing machine according to any one of claims 1 to 8, characterised in that the drive (25) acts on the support (25) and more particularly on a lower end of the support (25).
  10. A pad printing machine according to claim 9, characterised in that the drive (25) is a hand drive.
