Claims (8)

  1. Zusammenklappbarer Korb zum Transportieren und ordentlichen Aufbewahren von Flaschen, bestehend aus zwei übereinanderliegenden Flächen (4,5), die von einer portalförmigen Struktur (1) getragen werden, wobei die obere Fläche (4) mit einer Reihe von senkrecht übereinander angeordneten Löchern (4a) versehen ist, denen eine Reihe von Einbuchtungen (5a) auf der unteren Ebene entspricht, wobei jede Fläche (4,5) aus einem Paar von rechteckigen Halbflächen (5a,4b) besteht, die mittels drei, auf der inneren Längssymmetrieachse der beiden Flächen (4,5) angeordneten Scharnieren (6) aneinander befestigt sind, so daß jedes der beiden Halbflächenpaare wie ein Buch auf- und zugeklappt werden kann; wobei die portalförmige Struktur (1) durch zwei Querstreben (1c,1d) versteift ist, deren eine (1c) sich etwa auf halber Höhe der Träger (1a) der portalförmigen Struktur (1) befindet, während die andere an der Basis vorgesehen ist;
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine der Halbflächen eines jeden Paares an den beiden Enden ihrer inneren Längssymmetrieachse Befestigungsstifte (9a) mit abgewinkelter Spitze besitzt, die ihren Sitz in entsprechenden Löchern (1f) auf der Innenseite der Träger (1a) der portalförmigen Struktur unmittelbar oberhalb der Versteifungsstreben (1c,1d) finden; außerdem dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß entlang der Außenseite eines jeden der beiden Träger (1a) der portalförmigen Struktur (1) zwei Schieber (2) angebracht sind, die jeweils mit einem gleichartigen Paar Ohren (2a) ausgestattet sind, die sich an den gegenüberliegenden Seiten befinden und mit Stiften (2c) versehen sind, die aus der Innenfläche der besagten Ohren herausragen und in entsprechende S-förmige Schlitze (3) in den Querkanten der Halbflächen (4b,5b) der Flächen (4,5) einrasten.
  2. Zusammenklappbarer Korb zum Transportieren und ordentlichen Aufbewahren von Flaschen gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die portalförmige Struktur (1) und die Versteifungsstreben (1c,1d) einen I-förmigen Querschnitt besitzen; wobei vorgesehen ist, daß der untere waagrechte Flügel dieser Querstreben (1c,1d) breiter ist als der obere waagrechte Flügel.
  3. Zusammenklappbarer Korb zum Transportieren und ordentlichen Aufbewahren von Flaschen, gemäß dem vorhergehenden Anspruch dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die besagten Scharniere (6) zur Befestigung eines jeden Halbflächenpaares (4b,5b) aus drei Gabeln (7) bestehen, die auf der inneren Längskante einer Halbfläche vorgesehen sind und mit ebenso vielen Bügeln (8) zusammenwirken, die an den entsprechenden Stellen auf der inneren Längskante der anderen Halbfläche angebracht sind, wobei vorgesehen ist, daß jede Gabel (7) aus einem Paar Flügel besteht, deren oberes Profil halbkreisförmig ist und auf ihrer Innenseite mit entsprechenden Stiften (7a) versehen sind, die eine waagrechte Achse und eine Spitze in Form eines Flötenmundstücks aufweisen und in die Löcher (8a) des entsprechenden U-förmigen Bügels eingesetzt sind, der oben ebenfalls ein halbzylinderförmiges Profil aufweist.
  4. Zusammenklappbarer Korb zum Transportieren und ordentlichen Aufbewahren von Flaschen, gemäß Anspruch 1 dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stifte (9a) zur Befestigung der Flächen (4,5) an den Trägern (1a) der portalförmigen Struktur (1) aus der Außenfläche der elastisch verformbaren Ohren (9) herausragen, die an den beiden Enden der inneren Längskante der Halbflächen vorgesehen sind, die mit den besagten Gabeln (7) versehen sind.
  5. Zusammenklappbarer Korb zum Transportieren und ordentlichen Aufbewahren von Flaschen, gemäß Anspruch 1 dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bedienungsschieber (2) einen U-förmigen Querschnitt aufweisen, damit sie das I-förmige Profil der Träger (1a) exakt umfassen können; besagte Schieber (2) sind mit Hilfe der keilförmigen Zähne (2d) auf der Innenseite ihrer beiden gegenüberliegenden Kanten starr befestigt, wobei besagte Zähne in den Längsrillen der Träger (1a) eingeschlossen sind.
  6. Zusammenklappbarer Korb zum Transportieren und ordentlichen Aufbewahren von Flaschen, gemäß Anspruch 1 dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Innenkante der Löcher (4a) auf der oberen Fläche (4) und der Rand der Einbuchtungen (5a) auf der unteren Fläche (5) ausgesenkt sind.
  7. Zusammenklappbarer Korb zum Transportieren und ordentlichen Aufbewahren von Flaschen gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schieber (2) an der Spitze eine Greifnase (2b) unterhalb einer Gegennase (1e) aufweisen, die auf der Außenseite der Träger (1a) der portalförmigen Struktur (1) beim Pressen herausgearbeitet wird.
  8. Zusammenklappbarer Korb zum Transportieren und ordentlichen Aufbewahren von Flaschen, gemäß Anspruch 1 dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß entlang der Querstrebe (1b) der portalförmigen Struktur (1) ein Griff (10) angebracht ist, der aus zwei halbzylinderförmigen Schalen besteht, die auf ihrer Innenseite Wülste (10a) aufweisen, die in den auf dem senkrechten Flügel des I-förmigen Profils der Querstrebe (1b) befindlichen Schlitzen einrasten.
