Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a display element for elevators with light-emitting diodes arranged on a printed circuit, the light of which, by means of a lens, represents important information for the passenger in the form of symbols.
A display element is known from EP application specification 92110333.9 with US priority 07/736084 dated July 26, 1991, in which light-emitting diodes are used instead of light bulbs to represent symbols, such as driving direction arrows. Light-emitting diodes arranged in an arrow shape on a printed circuit board are immersed in an arrow-shaped lens housing into which lenses are embedded. The display element is closed off by a filter plate on the display side.
A disadvantage of the known device is the complicated structure of the symbol to be displayed. The lens housing arranged on a lens carrier and the lenses embedded therein necessitate a complex and costly production process. In addition, only one symbol can be displayed with this design.
Hier will die Erfindung Abhilfe schaffen. The invention seeks to remedy this. The invention, as characterized in the claims, achieves the object of avoiding the disadvantages of the known device and of creating a display element in which different symbols with incandescent illuminance can be represented with simple means.
The advantage achieved by the invention is essentially to be seen in the fact that, in existing devices, lightbulb-operated display elements can be replaced by light-emitting diode-operated display elements without the aesthetic presentation being impaired by different illuminance levels.

Brücken A;B;C;D, Widerstände R1 ... R3, Dioden D1 ... D4 und Anschlussdrähte L1;L2 dienen der Beschaltung der Leuchtdioden LED1 ... LED15. Linse 2, Lichtdiffusor 4 und gedruckte Schaltung 7 werden von an der Deckplatte 1 angeordneten Trägerbolzen 8 und Muttern 9 gehalten.1 to 4, 1 denotes a cover plate with an opening, not shown, through which a
