Die Erfindung betrifft eine Sprossenverbindung zwischen einem Sprossenprofil und einem senkrecht hierzu verlaufenden Rahmenprofil, wobei

  • a) das Sprossenprofil stirnseitig stumpf an dem Rahmenprofil anliegt(Profilstoß) unter Bildung einer gemeinsamen Rahmenebene und
  • b) in einer hinterschnittenen Längsnut des Sprossenprofils ein Schieber die Hinterschneidung (Steg) untergreifend längsverschieblich geführt ist (DE-A-2065100).

  • e) in Kupplungsstellung übergreift der Schieber mit seinem abgetreppten vorderen Ende einen flachen Profilsteg des Rahmenprofils, der von dem in seine Sperrstellung eingedrückten Sperrelement verriegelnd hintergriffen wird.

Claims (9)

  1. Crossbar connection between a crossbar section (1) and a frame section (2) extending at right angles thereto, wherein
    a) the crossbar section (1) at its end face abuts the frame section (2) (section joint 3) so as to define a common frame plane and
    b) in an undercut longitudinal groove (4) of the crossbar section (1) a slide (5) engaging under the undercut (web 6) is guided in a longitudinally displaceable manner,
    characterized by the following features:
    c) the slide (5) has in its front end a locking element (7), which is displaceable from an inactive position at right angles to the frame plane into a locking position;
    d) the slide (5) further has, at its rear end, a clamping screw (9) which is provided with a head (8), in inactive position projects from the slide (5), lies at an acute angle (α) to the longitudinal axis of the crossbar section (1), for generating a section joint pressure may be screwed into the slide (5) and in the process is applied by the edge (10) of the screw head (8) under the action of a force, which is directed substantially in the frame plane and approximately at right angles to the crossbar section (1), against a web (6) which delimits said undercut longitudinal groove (4);

  2. Crossbar connection according to claim 1, characterized in that, in coupling position, the slide (5) engages with a tongue (5b), which is seated at the front end (5a) of the slide, over a raised section web (12) of the frame section (2).
  3. Crossbar connection according to claim 2, characterized in that, in coupling position, the slide (5) engages with its stepped front end (5a) under the undercut, raised section web (12).
  4. Crossbar connection according to claim 1, 2 or 3, characterized in that the locking element (7) is a light clamping pin.
  5. Crossbar connection according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the locking element (7) has a notch (13) which is associated with the angled edge (11a) of the flat frame section web (11).
  6. Crossbar connection according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that, in relation to the longitudinal centre line (14) of the slide (5), clamping screw (9) and locking element (7) are disposed off centre in opposite directions.
  7. Crossbar connection according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the clamping screw (9) is screwed into the bevelled rear end (5c) of the slide.
  8. Crossbar connection according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that, in locking position, the screw head (8) is supported against a deformation (15) of the crossbar section web (6).
  9. Crossbar connection according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the slide (5) positively engages with an angular ledge (16) around the crossbar section web (6).
