Definitions
- the invention relates to a pack for flow agents with a support sleeve and a flexible bag arranged therein, with a closable pouring device, the support sleeve having a bottom, a side wall and an upper wall.
- bag in box The box, ie the box, serves as a support sleeve or support body, because there are packs with the support on the outside and those with a support on the inside.
- the bags used in most known packaging are made of flexible plastic.
- the object of the invention is therefore to improve an eluent pack of the type mentioned in such a way that it is practical and easy to handle, easy to distribute and economically producible and consists of materials which may already have been refurbished and, above all, can be refurbished.
- the support shell is constructed in the form of a rigid frame, the upper wall of which has a flat first wall field parallel to the flat floor and an angled flat second wall field, which lie along a first crease line, the second wall field over the side wall and the first wall panel is connected to the floor via a web, the angled second wall panel has a hole for the passage of the pouring device attached to the bag, and that the bag is attached to the second wall panel and preferably additionally to the floor.
- the focus of the invention is the support frame, which although it envelops the flexible bag, but through which one can look through the frame-like design and see the bag.
- the flow agent pack according to the invention is well distributable to wall fields, because it can be stored well and thus transported in a space-saving manner.
- a flow agent pack constructed according to the teaching according to the invention is economical, saves material and, above all, can be built up from materials which are environmentally friendly and in particular can be reprocessed and can already be reworked.
- the support frame according to the invention can additionally have means which favor handling both for the manufacturer and for the dealer and also for the end user.
- a preferred embodiment of the plasticizer pack according to the invention is characterized in that the support frame has a handle which is formed by two mutually perpendicular webs, one of which is connected to the floor and the other of which is connected to the first wall field of the top wall.
- the support frame surrounds the bag in such a way that the latter is protected, carried and supported, and it is evidently particularly advantageous if a section of this support frame is at least partially designed as a handle.
- the person skilled in the art immediately recognizes the property of the low material consumption and the easy handling of the new pack.
- the stability of the handle is particularly promoted by the two mutually perpendicular webs, which are fixed parts of the support frame, which therefore has not lost any stiffness as a handle, despite the design of a section, but can fully exercise its support function for the bag.
- holes of at least 13 mm diameter are provided as finger grip openings in the first wall field of the top wall. It has been shown in practice in test trials that the holes arranged in the flat first wall field of the top wall, which are preferably circular with a diameter of 15 mm, make it much easier to grip a package from above. During transport, it has been shown that you can store cuboid-shaped support frames in a very space-saving manner or place them side by side on a truck or on pallets. Through the holes in the wall section of the top wall, it is very easy for the dealer to grab a pack from above and pull it out individually.
- the floor and / or the first wall panel of the top wall is / are connected to a reinforcement panel via a second folding line.
- Flat surfaces are known to be stiffened by articulated flat neighboring fields. Often the floor hold the majority of the weight of the packaged goods, and here a reinforcement panel connected via the second fold line improves the support properties.
- the reinforcement field can be attached on one side and the side wall on the other, for example opposite side of the floor, so that a bag located therein is supported particularly securely.
- the floor and / or some walls and / or fields are flat and are connected with angled stiffening brackets.
- the strength and rigidity of the support frame according to the invention is further improved by these tabs, without losing the idea of the invention of supporting the bag with a frame. Material-saving measures are thus created in order to stiffen the walls of the support frame and at the same time to save material.
- such a support frame is characterized in that the bottom, side wall, first wall section of the upper wall and the web, moving around the outside of the bag, are arranged transversely to one another.
- a particularly simple manufacture results when the individual walls are arranged perpendicular to one another.
- the individual walls are stiffened according to the invention by simple folding processes with walls or flaps lying transversely to one another.
- Such support frames can be produced particularly economically if the material is cardboard, cardboard, preferably corrugated cardboard, plastic, and possibly also stainless steel.
- the environmental friendliness is favored when using corrugated cardboard, because it can consist of up to 100% of reprocessed (recycling) material.
- a preferred combination of materials consists of a support frame made of corrugated cardboard and a plastic bag. Both can be connected to each other in such a way that the filling, storage and transport function and also the function of handling and in particular emptying are favored and practical, although the end user can easily separate the two parts from one another after the pack according to the invention has been completely emptied.
- the reprocessing of the individual material sections is clearly extremely environmentally friendly.
- Such a support frame can be used to create a disposable package, although it is possible with a correspondingly stable design to use the support frame several times, ie to return it to the dealer, bottler or manufacturer, so that the manufacturer and filler then only have to add a bag.
- the last-mentioned idea plays a role if the support frame is intended as a reusable support frame, which could then be made of plastic or even stainless steel.
- the flat walls and fields of the support frame have grooves or ribs. These are easy to incorporate into the materials of the support frame, even at the manufacturer, where the material for the support frame is still in web form before assembly. The manufacturer will then provide cut lines, creases and ribs for stiffening, folding and the like in a manner known per se.
- the plastic bag e.g. a polymer
- the pouring device which is also made of plastic
- the plastic bag is molded or sealed onto the bag.
- Various types of pouring devices can be used here, e.g. two-part devices, one part of which is configured like a collar for filling or pouring and which is to be injection molded or sealed onto the bag; and the other part of which is intended to close such a collar, e.g. by snapping, clamping or screwing on.
- a flow mistletoe pack constructed in accordance with the invention is therefore environmentally friendly in several respects: First of all, replacing a box enveloping the bag with a frame means saving material. Secondly, the material can be made from recyclable raw materials, e.g. corrugated cardboard. made of up to 100% remanufactured material. Third, the materials for the support frame itself are recyclable. In addition, the new package is appealing to the end user because he can see the bag, possibly even the contents, through the openings in the frame. After emptying, the end user can separate the two parts of the package, namely the support frame on the one hand and the flexible bag on the other, with one handle and dispose of them at a correspondingly low cost.
- the frame shape of the support sleeve of the package according to the invention results in a good gripping possibility even in such embodiments, which is not designed with a special handle.
- the manufacturer also recognizes, apart from the environmentally friendly features of the pack, that practical machines can be used, for example the inner bag can be cycled in an economically advantageous manner and technically reliably and can be provided and manufactured with the only opening device of the pack according to the invention.
- Practice has shown that even the Filling process is faster and therefore more powerful.
- a conveyor can hold the inner bag on the opening device, whereby the opening device provides synchronization of the machine.
- the opening device provides synchronization of the machine.
- milk packaging this results in an inexpensive and fast filling machine that every dairy is interested in.
- Different designs of inner bags can be used. For example, additional sealing seams can be simulated on the inner bag (in addition to the real longitudinal sealing seam) in order to give the bag a design that approximates the cuboid.
- the inner bags can also be sterilized, for example in the course of aseptic manufacture, at the end of which the closure is attached to the inner bag.
- the filling in the filling machine can then be carried out aseptically, for example by cutting and filling through the closure in a dairy in the case of packaging milk.
- the bag is preferably made of polyethylene.
- the pouring device also consists of plastic, preferably a material compatible with the material of the bag, in practice often polyethylene.
- the inner bag can be made from different types of polymer films. It is possible to take into account properties for preventing the passage of oxygen, for preventing the passage of light, the transparency and for preventing the passage of aroma.
- the inner bags can be produced, for example, in the form of a band of bags arranged one behind the other and provided with the closures, the plastic film being connected to the pouring device by injection or sealing.
- the support frame is preferably rectangular in cross section with straight sides and is provided with cutting lines, folding lines and holes, e.g. for the passage of the pouring device or for finger openings, provided, erected and either placed around the empty or filled inner bag and then closed or first closed, the inner bag then being inserted either empty or filled into the finished support frame and anchored to it.
- Various advertising applications can easily be attached to the outside of the support frame.
- FIG. 4 the finished package can be seen with a flexible bag 2 made of polyethylene with a closed pouring device 3, which is attached in the support frame 1.
- the latter can be a snap closure or a screw cap.
- An inner nipple made of polyethylene is expediently welded to the polyethylene bag 2 and is inserted through a hole which is still described. After that, in the case of a Screw thread screwed a screw cap from outside the support frame 1 as shown in Figure 4, so that the flexible inner bag 2 is already fixed by these measures by means of the pouring device 3 on the support frame 1 above.
- the support frame 1 has a bottom 4, a side wall 5 and an upper wall, generally designated 6.
- the top wall 6 in turn consists of a flat first wall panel 7, which is parallel to the flat floor 4, and an angled, flat second wall panel 8.
- the wall panels 7 and 8 are connected to one another via a straight first crease line 9.
- the second wall panel 8 which is at an angle of approximately 45 ° to the first wall panel, is arranged at an angle of approximately 45 ° to the side wall 5 and is connected to the floor 4 via the latter, wherein an angle of 90 ° is included between the side wall 5 and the base 4 in the cross-sectional view of FIG. 2a.
- the first wall panel 7 of the top wall 6 is connected to the floor 4 via a web 10 which lies in a plane parallel to that of the side wall 5.
- a web 10 is also indicated in the other three embodiments, but is configured differently there.
- the plane of the web is still parallel to the plane of the side wall 5, but in the embodiments according to FIGS. 8 and 11 this latter feature is no longer fulfilled, because there the web 10 is formed by two elongated wall panels, which are at an angle of preferably 90 ° to one another (FIG. 8) or also include an acute angle to one another (FIG. 11, FIG. 12c rhombus).
- FIGS. 8 and 11 one can speak of a web 10 in the connection between the bottom 4 and the top wall 6 on the side approximately opposite the side wall 5.
- the second wall panel 8 of the top wall 6 is angled out of the plane parallel to the floor 4 along said first fold line 9 (in the embodiment of FIGS. 11 to 15: 15 °) in such a way that the outermost and foremost tip of the second wall panel 8 is within the cuboid
- the outer contour of the overall pack remains with the consequence that the height of the side wall (for example b-l on the front, FIG. 15) is smaller than the distance between the bottom 4 and the first wall field 7.
- the second wall panel 8 has a hole 11 for the passage of the pouring device 3 attached to the bag 2.
- the tack point of the flexible bag 2 on the inner surface of the bottom 4 of the support frame 1 is not shown in the figures. The reader can easily imagine this.
- further holes 12 for finger grip openings are provided in the first wall field 7 of the upper wall 6, it having proven practical to provide two holes 12 next to one another because of the size of the holes for holding the fingers of one hand.
- the first wall panel 7 and also the floor 4 are each connected to an upper reinforcing panel 14 and lower reinforcing panel 14 'via a second folding line 13, 13'.
- the reinforcement field 14 merges into the web 10 and this above into the other reinforcement field 14 '.
- the web 10 has a handle in this way. The web is still very securely fastened at the bottom and at the top, because the tensile and compressive forces in use are distributed through the reinforcement panels 14, 14 'and are more uniformly diverted to the respective outer panels (floor 4, first wall panel 7).
- the support frame are additionally stiffened by stiffening brackets 15 which are folded onto the sides of the bottom 4 and / or the side wall 5, top wall 6 and / or other wall panels 7, 8 and / or even a web 16 '.
- This last-mentioned web 16 ′ results specifically from the embodiment of FIGS. 5 to 7, in which the support frame is equipped with a handle 16.
- This handle 16 is formed from two mutually perpendicular webs 16 'and 16' '.
- One web 16 '' connected to the floor 4 via the lower reinforcement field 14 ' is perpendicular to the other, integrally and continuously connected to the first wall field 7 of the upper wall 6 web 16'.
- the sides connecting the bottom 4 and the top wall 6 on the one hand consist of the mentioned side wall 5 with three mutually perpendicular outer edges and a fourth, short, inclined outer edge and three structures in the manner of a window frame, which the stiffening tabs 15 are formed, of which one tab is part of the web 10 mentioned.
- the corresponding cutting is very simple, as can be seen in FIG. 10, the top wall 6 not being the intended one Holes 11 and 12 are drawn.
- FIGS. 11 to 15 of the support frame 1 is similar to FIG. 8.
- the difference essentially consists in the shape of the standing surface or the floor when comparing FIGS. 9c and 12c with one another.
- the cut of FIG. 13 is constructed correspondingly differently, in which again the top wall 6 does not have the hole 11 shown in FIG. 11 and also does not carry the two holes 12 additionally shown in FIG. 12c for the finger grip openings.
- FIG. 16 need not be explained in more detail, since a table is shown here for the individual dimensions of the specific embodiment according to FIGS. 14a to 15.
- the “flap” mentioned in columns 5 to 8 etc. of the table in FIG. 16 is the mentioned tab .

Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a pack for flow agents with a support sleeve and a flexible bag arranged therein, with a closable pouring device, the support sleeve having a bottom, a side wall and an upper wall.
For different reasons and for different purposes, there is already a multitude differently designed liquid packs with bags and support sleeves have been developed and some have also been brought onto the market. Most of this known type of liquid pack is referred to as "bag in box". The box, ie the box, serves as a support sleeve or support body, because there are packs with the support on the outside and those with a support on the inside. The bags used in most known packaging are made of flexible plastic.
In the field of superplasticizer packs, the person skilled in the art strives for practical packs because the end user prefers to use such packs and such constructions of packs are then also easy to sell. The manufacturing specialist also tries to save materials or to reduce manufacturing costs by selecting materials. Often the different objectives cannot be combined, and a lot of inexpensive packs are cumbersome to use.
Another problem largely dominates the considerations of the pack manufacturers, namely the environmental friendliness. Multipart packs in particular are often problematic because the pack parts sometimes consist of different materials and cannot be separated easily.
The object of the invention is therefore to improve an eluent pack of the type mentioned in such a way that it is practical and easy to handle, easy to distribute and economically producible and consists of materials which may already have been refurbished and, above all, can be refurbished.
This object is achieved in that the support shell is constructed in the form of a rigid frame, the upper wall of which has a flat first wall field parallel to the flat floor and an angled flat second wall field, which lie along a first crease line, the second wall field over the side wall and the first wall panel is connected to the floor via a web, the angled second wall panel has a hole for the passage of the pouring device attached to the bag, and that the bag is attached to the second wall panel and preferably additionally to the floor. The focus of the invention is the support frame, which although it envelops the flexible bag, but through which one can look through the frame-like design and see the bag. By opening the wall panels of the known box-like packaging, the use of materials is evident. Nevertheless, the bag is carried by the support frame and is protected and held on the outside. Due to the flat and partially arranged parallel to each other The flow agent pack according to the invention is well distributable to wall fields, because it can be stored well and thus transported in a space-saving manner. A person skilled in the art will see that a flow agent pack constructed according to the teaching according to the invention is economical, saves material and, above all, can be built up from materials which are environmentally friendly and in particular can be reprocessed and can already be reworked.
Most of the known packs are thus improved in an interesting way, especially since the support frame according to the invention can additionally have means which favor handling both for the manufacturer and for the dealer and also for the end user.
A preferred embodiment of the plasticizer pack according to the invention is characterized in that the support frame has a handle which is formed by two mutually perpendicular webs, one of which is connected to the floor and the other of which is connected to the first wall field of the top wall. The support frame surrounds the bag in such a way that the latter is protected, carried and supported, and it is evidently particularly advantageous if a section of this support frame is at least partially designed as a handle. Here, too, the person skilled in the art immediately recognizes the property of the low material consumption and the easy handling of the new pack. The stability of the handle is particularly promoted by the two mutually perpendicular webs, which are fixed parts of the support frame, which therefore has not lost any stiffness as a handle, despite the design of a section, but can fully exercise its support function for the bag.
In a simplified other embodiment it is provided according to the invention that in addition to a specially designed handle, holes of at least 13 mm diameter are provided as finger grip openings in the first wall field of the top wall.
It is also expedient according to the invention if the floor and / or the first wall panel of the top wall is / are connected to a reinforcement panel via a second folding line. Flat surfaces are known to be stiffened by articulated flat neighboring fields. Often the floor hold the majority of the weight of the packaged goods, and here a reinforcement panel connected via the second fold line improves the support properties. In addition, the reinforcement field can be attached on one side and the side wall on the other, for example opposite side of the floor, so that a bag located therein is supported particularly securely.
It is also advantageous according to the invention if the floor and / or some walls and / or fields are flat and are connected with angled stiffening brackets. The strength and rigidity of the support frame according to the invention is further improved by these tabs, without losing the idea of the invention of supporting the bag with a frame. Material-saving measures are thus created in order to stiffen the walls of the support frame and at the same time to save material.
In a particularly preferred embodiment, such a support frame is characterized in that the bottom, side wall, first wall section of the upper wall and the web, moving around the outside of the bag, are arranged transversely to one another. A particularly simple manufacture results when the individual walls are arranged perpendicular to one another. As is customary in folding technology in the case of folding bodies, the individual walls are stiffened according to the invention by simple folding processes with walls or flaps lying transversely to one another.
Such support frames can be produced particularly economically if the material is cardboard, cardboard, preferably corrugated cardboard, plastic, and possibly also stainless steel.
In particular, the environmental friendliness is favored when using corrugated cardboard, because it can consist of up to 100% of reprocessed (recycling) material. The same applies to the other materials, even plastic. A preferred combination of materials consists of a support frame made of corrugated cardboard and a plastic bag. Both can be connected to each other in such a way that the filling, storage and transport function and also the function of handling and in particular emptying are favored and practical, although the end user can easily separate the two parts from one another after the pack according to the invention has been completely emptied. The reprocessing of the individual material sections is clearly extremely environmentally friendly. Such a support frame can be used to create a disposable package, although it is possible with a correspondingly stable design to use the support frame several times, ie to return it to the dealer, bottler or manufacturer, so that the manufacturer and filler then only have to add a bag.
The last-mentioned idea plays a role if the support frame is intended as a reusable support frame, which could then be made of plastic or even stainless steel.
Especially when cheaper materials such as cardboard or corrugated cardboard have been used, it is expedient in a further embodiment of the invention if the flat walls and fields of the support frame have grooves or ribs. These are easy to incorporate into the materials of the support frame, even at the manufacturer, where the material for the support frame is still in web form before assembly. The manufacturer will then provide cut lines, creases and ribs for stiffening, folding and the like in a manner known per se.
It is also advantageous if, according to the invention, the plastic bag, e.g. a polymer, and the pouring device, which is also made of plastic, is molded or sealed onto the bag. Various types of pouring devices can be used here, e.g. two-part devices, one part of which is configured like a collar for filling or pouring and which is to be injection molded or sealed onto the bag; and the other part of which is intended to close such a collar, e.g. by snapping, clamping or screwing on.
A flow mistletoe pack constructed in accordance with the invention is therefore environmentally friendly in several respects: First of all, replacing a box enveloping the bag with a frame means saving material. The frame shape of the support sleeve of the package according to the invention results in a good gripping possibility even in such embodiments, which is not designed with a special handle.
The manufacturer also recognizes, apart from the environmentally friendly features of the pack, that practical machines can be used, for example the inner bag can be cycled in an economically advantageous manner and technically reliably and can be provided and manufactured with the only opening device of the pack according to the invention. Practice has shown that even the Filling process is faster and therefore more powerful. For example, in the manufacturing machine, a conveyor can hold the inner bag on the opening device, whereby the opening device provides synchronization of the machine. In the case of milk packaging, this results in an inexpensive and fast filling machine that every dairy is interested in. Different designs of inner bags can be used. For example, additional sealing seams can be simulated on the inner bag (in addition to the real longitudinal sealing seam) in order to give the bag a design that approximates the cuboid. The inner bags can also be sterilized, for example in the course of aseptic manufacture, at the end of which the closure is attached to the inner bag. The filling in the filling machine can then be carried out aseptically, for example by cutting and filling through the closure in a dairy in the case of packaging milk. The bag is preferably made of polyethylene. The pouring device also consists of plastic, preferably a material compatible with the material of the bag, in practice often polyethylene.
Depending on the product to be packaged or market needs, the inner bag can be made from different types of polymer films. It is possible to take into account properties for preventing the passage of oxygen, for preventing the passage of light, the transparency and for preventing the passage of aroma. The inner bags can be produced, for example, in the form of a band of bags arranged one behind the other and provided with the closures, the plastic film being connected to the pouring device by injection or sealing.
The support frame is preferably rectangular in cross section with straight sides and is provided with cutting lines, folding lines and holes, e.g. for the passage of the pouring device or for finger openings, provided, erected and either placed around the empty or filled inner bag and then closed or first closed, the inner bag then being inserted either empty or filled into the finished support frame and anchored to it. Various advertising applications can easily be attached to the outside of the support frame.

The embodiments shown and described here, for example, are liquid packs, the
The
In the first embodiment according to FIGS. 1 to 4, the
The
The
In the embodiment according to FIGS. 1 to 4, the
Practically all embodiments of the support frame are additionally stiffened by stiffening
In the embodiment of FIGS. 8 to 10, the sides connecting the
The embodiment according to FIGS. 11 to 15 of the
