Definitions
- the present invention relates to a tension anchor for at least one tension element running within a cladding tube according to the preamble of claim 1 and to a method for producing the tension anchor according to the preamble of claim 11.
- the invention relates to a corrosion-protected tension anchor and in a further embodiment to a corrosion-protected and electrically insulated tension anchor.
- prestressing with or without a bond.
- the tensioning cable running in a cladding tube which can consist of several individual tension elements, is connected to the concrete in the tensioned state in the finished building by means of a mortar compound introduced into the cladding tube.
- the tensioning cable or each individual tension element is usually surrounded by a plastic sheathing and is therefore not directly connected to the concrete of the building part. With appropriately designed anchorages, such tension elements can be checked, retensioned and, if necessary, removed or replaced at any time.
- the tension elements of the tensioning cable can be arranged internally or externally in the building. At least one of the ends of each tension element must be held in a tension anchor. The other end of each of the tension members can also be held in a tension anchor or in a fixed anchor.
- the tension elements of the tensioning cable are usually laid in a cladding tube, which can largely run inside or outside of the building. Between the tension anchor and the end of the cladding tube facing this tension anchor there is a so-called transition zone, in which the length tolerances between the latter and the structure must be compensated for while maintaining the required corrosion protection and / or an electrical insulation value between the tension cable and the structural part when installing the tension cable.
- a tensioning cable one end of which is designed as a rock or ground anchor, or for a tensioning cable, one end of which ends in a fixed anchorage in the concrete, there is only one transition zone in the tension anchorage.
- the transition zone between the tension anchoring and the cladding tube end is usually bridged with a so-called trumpet.
- the trumpet is usually pushed from the outside through the opening of an anchor plate of the tensioning anchor, a flange being present at the outer end of the trumpet, which comes to rest on a stop face of the anchor plate.
- the inner end of the trumpet is either pushed over the end of the cladding tube or comes to rest in the region of the cladding tube end.
- a sealing means is provided to achieve a required seal between the outer wall of the cladding tube and the inner wall of the trumpet of the overlapping ends.
- a sleeve is attached over the inner end of the trumpet and the facing end of the cladding tube, with which the two Said ends are sealed together.
- the creation of such sealing points is time-consuming and checking the tightness is not easy.
- Out-of-round and / or bulging cladding tubes can be responsible for this.
- the anchor sleeve is completely surrounded by an insulation sleeve, that is also the surface of the anchor sleeve which rests on the structural part to support the clamping forces. Because of the large load that is transferred from the support surface to the building part via the insulation layer of the insulation cover, this creates the risk that the insulation material, in particular if it is made of plastic, can be damaged before or during concreting or that the anchor force can which acts on the insulation material, which is pressed through, especially when it comes across reinforcing iron. The leakage or leakage currents can occur again due to such a violation of the insulation cover. Then there is a selective corrosion process at the tension anchor, which represents a high degree of danger.
- the insulation sleeve which surrounds the tension anchorage, is designed in such a way that it has an area for compensating for length tolerances that extends over the plastic tube or the plastic jacket, in which the tension wire or the tension cord runs, protrudes.
- the creation of a perfect seal of this overlapping area between the insulation sheath and the plastic tube of the tension wire or the plastic sheath of the tensioning wire is not entirely unproblematic in order to achieve good electrical insulation, since such a seal is difficult to control. This applies, for example, if the plastic pipe in which the tension wire is laid is provided with bulges or if the cross section of the tensioning wire with the plastic sheathing is not completely circular.
- tension anchor which has the features listed in the characterizing part of patent claim 1.
- the tension anchor according to the invention is produced in accordance with the method steps indicated in the characterizing part of patent claim 11.
- the trumpet In order to prevent the trumpet from moving in an inadmissible manner in the axial direction of the tension element, it must be held at both ends. In the case of the trumpets belonging to the prior art, this is done at one, outer end of the trumpet by means of a flange which rests on a contact surface of the anchor plate or the structural part, and at the other, inner end of the trumpet by means of a connection with the cladding tube, the The location of this connection point relative to the cladding tube end depends on compliance with the structural tolerances, and after placing the anchor plate of the tension anchor is determined.
- the tensioning anchorage it is possible to connect the inner end of the trumpet to the envelope tube end at an optimal point before the attachment of the anchorage parts and possibly before the pulling elements are drawn into the envelope tube.
- the length tolerances of the transition zone are compensated for by shortening the trumpet at its outer end area, which protrudes from the structural part.
- the cut-back outer end of the trumpet is held in place in the anchor plate by the radial bending of said end when inserting the frustoconical extension of an intermediate piece into the opening of the anchor plate provided with an outwardly opening cone.
- the trumpet and the cladding tube are made of plastic, preferably hard polyethylene (HDPE).
- HDPE hard polyethylene
- the inner end of the trumpet and the end of the cladding tube, which extends to the transition zone of the structural part, can be welded together.
- the welding point can be created by means of mirror welding or can be done by creating a so-called welding sleeve. So that the radial expansion of the outer end of the trumpet takes place without cracks, it is advisable to heat the plastic before inserting the frustoconical extension.
- either the outer surface of the frustoconical extension, which is connected to the inner wall the end of the trumpet comes into contact, is roughened or structured, but is preferably profiled with circumferential teeth.
- This can be, for example, a sawtooth-shaped profile, the individual teeth each forming an encircling toothed ring which runs concentrically to the longitudinal axis of the tension anchor. The teeth are pressed into the plastic of the outer end of the trumpet when the tension anchor is ready.
- the area with the cone of the anchor plate opening outwards could also be formed.
- the insert ring to be made of plastic.
- a plate made of an electrically insulating material is then arranged between the armature plate and the ring surface of the intermediate piece with the truncated projection, which is resting on the armature plate.
- This plate must be made of a material with a high compressive strength.
- a plate that is available under the trade name "Cevolit”, a hard tissue, has been ideally suited for this.
- a part of the anchor plate, the intermediate piece and the anchor sleeve of the tension anchor according to the invention are covered with a cover cap, preferably made of an electrically insulating material, after tensioning the tension elements.
- the cavity inside the cover cap and the parts of the tension anchor is preferably filled with a corrosion-inhibiting grease.
- the prestressing strands are encased in a plastic sheath, in particular made of polyethylene.
- the spaces between the tension cord and the plastic sheathing are filled with grease.
- the prestressing strands remain longitudinally movable for re-tensioning or replacement with respect to the building part. This is also the case if the cavity between the plastic sheaths of the monostrands and the cladding tube is not injected with grease but up to the outer wall of the building part with a hardenable cement mortar.
- Fig. 1, 1 denotes a structural part which has an outer wall 41 and in which a hole is lined at least in the region of the outer wall with a passage pipe 6, to which a flange 7 is attached to the end facing the outer wall 41, which abuts the outer wall mentioned.
- the passage pipe 6 and the flange 7 are preferably made of steel and welded together.
- An anchor plate 8, preferably made of steel, is applied to the flange 7 and has a continuous axial opening 9, which preferably has a circular cross section.
- a tubular cuff 11, preferably by welding, is attached concentrically to the opening on the end face of the anchor plate 8 facing the flange 7.
- the tubular cuff 11, which extends into the outermost region of the passage pipe 6, serves to center the anchor plate 8 on the passage pipe 6.
- the opening 9 in the anchor plate 8 has, at least in part of its axial length on the side facing away from the building part, an outwardly opening cone 10.
- a cladding tube 2 is inserted in the building part 1, which can run completely inside the building part or partly inside and partly outside the building part.
- the one end of the cladding tube shown in the figures protrudes into the vicinity of the one outer wall 41 of the structural part 1.
- the area between the mentioned end of the cladding tube 2 and the outer wall 41 of the structural part 1 is essentially referred to as the transition zone from the tensioning cable to the tensioning anchor, the Length can vary within the construction tolerances.
- a trumpet 12 extends over the transition zone as far as at least into the opening of the anchor plate 8.
- the inner end of the trumpet 12 facing the cladding tube 2 is connected to the cladding tube.
- both the cladding tube and the trumpet are preferably made of a plastic in the exemplary embodiment shown - hard polyethylene (HDPE) has proven useful for this purpose - the two ends mentioned are preferably welded to one another.
- a welding point 32 can be created by means of mirror welding before the insertion of tension elements 3 of the tensioning cable. Instead of a mirror welding, an electrical welding sleeve could also be used, in which case the two ends could be welded to one another even after the tension elements 3 of the tensioning cable had been inserted.
- the outer end of the trumpet in the exemplary embodiment shown projects through the opening 9 of the anchor plate and ends essentially flush with the end face of the anchor plate 8 facing away from the building.
- an anchor sleeve is called, usually is made of steel and, depending on the number of tension elements 3 of the tendon, has one or more through bores 14, which are conical in a known manner for receiving multi-part clamping wedges 15.
- Each tension element 3 of the tensioning cable is guided through one of the through holes 14 and ends on the side of the anchor sleeve facing away from the structural part. In the exemplary embodiment shown, this is only a drawn tension element 3 as a so-called monostrand.
- This comprises a tensioning cord 4 which is greased and surrounded by a plastic sheath 5, preferably made of polyethylene. The prestressing wire 4 of each tension element 3 is exposed in its end region by the plastic sheath 5 before it is inserted into the anchor sleeve.
- the plastic sheathing 5 of the tension element 3 essentially ends in the region of the end face of the anchor plate 8 facing away from the building part 1.
- a preferably annular metal intermediate piece 16 available between the end face of the armature sleeve 13 facing the building part 1 and the end face of the anchor plate 8 facing away from the building part.
- the intermediate piece 16 has a through hole in the center, the diameter of which is so large that none of the through openings 14 of the anchor sleeve 13 are covered by the intermediate piece.
- the intermediate piece 16 On the side facing the anchor sleeve 13, the intermediate piece 16 has a recess 42 for centering the anchor sleeve 13 that has been applied.
- the intermediate piece comprises an extension 17, the outer surface of which is designed as a truncated cone 18. The extension 17 projects into the opening 9 of the anchor plate 8 and runs within the outer end region of the trumpet 12.
- annular gap is formed through which the outer end region of the trumpet 12 is flared in the radial direction.
- the outer end region of the trumpet 12 experiences this expansion when the intermediate piece 16 and the anchor sleeve 13 are placed on the anchor plate 8, in particular when the tension elements 3 are preloaded.
- the outer end of the trumpet 12 is between the truncated cone 18 of the shoulder 17 and the cone 10 clamped in the opening 9.
- the intermediate piece 16 and the anchor sleeve 13 are covered with a cover cap 24 made of metal or preferably made of plastic.
- the cover cap 24 is held on the anchor plate 8.
- it has, at the end facing the anchor plate 8, a radially outwardly projecting circumferential seal receiving flange 25.
- This has a circumferential groove in which an annular seal 26 made of an elastic material is inserted.
- the cover cap 24 with the ring seal 26 is pressed against the end face of the anchor plate 8 facing away from the structural part.
- several clips 27 are provided, for example, distributed over the circumference of the seal receiving flange, with which a pressure is exerted on the seal receiving flange 25 against the anchor plate 8. This contact pressure is generated by screws 28 which penetrate the clamps 27 and protrude into threaded bores which are provided in the anchor plate 8.
- FIG. 2 shows that, as a variant, the frustoconical surface 18 of the shoulder 17 of the intermediate piece 16 with a Gearing 19 could be provided to hold the outer end of the trumpet to a greater extent.
- the shoulder 17 is pressed into the opening of the anchor plate 8 during tensioning of the tension elements, the outer end region of the trumpet 12 is not only pressed against the cone 10, but the individual teeth of the toothing 19 are additionally pressed into the inner surface of the trumpet 12.
- a preferred sawtooth-shaped toothing is shown in FIG.
- the individual teeth form circumferential grooves on the frustum-shaped outer surface 18 of the shoulder 17.
- a similar effect could be achieved if the outer surface of the truncated cone 18 were merely roughened in a different way or had a different profile or structure than that shown.
- the toothing serving to additionally hold the outer end of the trumpet 12 could also be fitted in the conical region of the opening of the anchor plate 8.

Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a tension anchor for at least one tension element running within a cladding tube according to the preamble of
In particular, the invention relates to a corrosion-protected tension anchor and in a further embodiment to a corrosion-protected and electrically insulated tension anchor.
The technique of prestressing buildings is known as prestressing with or without a bond. In the case of prestressing with composite, the tensioning cable running in a cladding tube, which can consist of several individual tension elements, is connected to the concrete in the tensioned state in the finished building by means of a mortar compound introduced into the cladding tube. In the case of pre-tensioning without bond, the tensioning cable or each individual tension element is usually surrounded by a plastic sheathing and is therefore not directly connected to the concrete of the building part. With appropriately designed anchorages, such tension elements can be checked, retensioned and, if necessary, removed or replaced at any time.
With pre-tensioning without bond, the tension elements of the tensioning cable can be arranged internally or externally in the building. At least one of the ends of each tension element must be held in a tension anchor. The other end of each of the tension members can also be held in a tension anchor or in a fixed anchor.
The tension elements of the tensioning cable are usually laid in a cladding tube, which can largely run inside or outside of the building. In the case of a tensioning cable, one end of which is designed as a rock or ground anchor, or for a tensioning cable, one end of which ends in a fixed anchorage in the concrete, there is only one transition zone in the tension anchorage.
The transition zone between the tension anchoring and the cladding tube end is usually bridged with a so-called trumpet. For this purpose, the trumpet is usually pushed from the outside through the opening of an anchor plate of the tensioning anchor, a flange being present at the outer end of the trumpet, which comes to rest on a stop face of the anchor plate. When the trumpet is inserted through the opening of the anchor plate, the inner end of the trumpet is either pushed over the end of the cladding tube or comes to rest in the region of the cladding tube end. In the former case, a sealing means is provided to achieve a required seal between the outer wall of the cladding tube and the inner wall of the trumpet of the overlapping ends. In the second case, a sleeve is attached over the inner end of the trumpet and the facing end of the cladding tube, with which the two Said ends are sealed together. The creation of such sealing points is time-consuming and checking the tightness is not easy. Out-of-round and / or bulging cladding tubes can be responsible for this.
AT 388 211.An embodiment of a corrosion-protected tensioning anchor of the type described, in which the trumpet is made of metal and is connected to the cladding tube by means of a sleeve, is disclosed in
Further experience in prestressed concrete construction, particularly with ground and rock anchors, showed that the prestressing cable is not sufficiently protected against electrical stray or leakage currents. Such currents can cause electrochemical reactions when entering or leaving the tensioning cable, such as hydrogen embrittlement when the current enters and anodic metal dissolution when the current exits. Residual moisture in the concrete of the building is responsible for the inflow and outflow of such currents into and out of the tensioning cable. In the aforementioned document,
Another solution for achieving an electrically insulated tension anchor is shown in documents US 4,348,844 and US 4,719,658. It suggests to electrically isolate a tensioning wire inserted in a plastic tube or a tensioning cord surrounded by a plastic jacket in the area of the tensioning anchoring, in that the latter, in particular the anchor bushing, and the load-bearing parts are enclosed by a sleeve made of electrically insulating material, which sleeve with said fabric tube or the jacket of the tension cord is sealingly connected. The outer area of this envelope is closed with a cap-shaped cover.
With these precautions, corrosion of the tension elements and the tension anchoring due to the fully electrical insulation is largely avoided. According to these solutions, the anchor sleeve is completely surrounded by an insulation sleeve, that is also the surface of the anchor sleeve which rests on the structural part to support the clamping forces.
In the case of these last-mentioned embodiments, too, it is provided that the insulation sleeve, which surrounds the tension anchorage, is designed in such a way that it has an area for compensating for length tolerances that extends over the plastic tube or the plastic jacket, in which the tension wire or the tension cord runs, protrudes. The creation of a perfect seal of this overlapping area between the insulation sheath and the plastic tube of the tension wire or the plastic sheath of the tensioning wire is not entirely unproblematic in order to achieve good electrical insulation, since such a seal is difficult to control. This applies, for example, if the plastic pipe in which the tension wire is laid is provided with bulges or if the cross section of the tensioning wire with the plastic sheathing is not completely circular.
It is the object of the present invention to provide a tension anchorage by means of which optimal corrosion protection for the tension element or elements in the anchorage area is achieved in a simple manner without the aforementioned problems occurring.
This object is achieved with a tension anchor which has the features listed in the characterizing part of
In order to prevent the trumpet from moving in an inadmissible manner in the axial direction of the tension element, it must be held at both ends. In the design of the tensioning anchorage according to the present invention, it is possible to connect the inner end of the trumpet to the envelope tube end at an optimal point before the attachment of the anchorage parts and possibly before the pulling elements are drawn into the envelope tube. The length tolerances of the transition zone are compensated for by shortening the trumpet at its outer end area, which protrudes from the structural part. The cut-back outer end of the trumpet is held in place in the anchor plate by the radial bending of said end when inserting the frustoconical extension of an intermediate piece into the opening of the anchor plate provided with an outwardly opening cone.
Advantageously, and serving the purpose of the best possible corrosion protection, the trumpet and the cladding tube are made of plastic, preferably hard polyethylene (HDPE). In this case, the inner end of the trumpet and the end of the cladding tube, which extends to the transition zone of the structural part, can be welded together. The welding point can be created by means of mirror welding or can be done by creating a so-called welding sleeve. So that the radial expansion of the outer end of the trumpet takes place without cracks, it is advisable to heat the plastic before inserting the frustoconical extension.
In order to be able to exclude a retraction of the outer end of the trumpet with the greatest possible security, it is advantageous if either the outer surface of the frustoconical extension, which is connected to the inner wall the end of the trumpet comes into contact, is roughened or structured, but is preferably profiled with circumferential teeth. This can be, for example, a sawtooth-shaped profile, the individual teeth each forming an encircling toothed ring which runs concentrically to the longitudinal axis of the tension anchor. The teeth are pressed into the plastic of the outer end of the trumpet when the tension anchor is ready.
In a similar way to that just described, instead of the frustoconical surface or in addition to this surface, the area with the cone of the anchor plate opening outwards could also be formed. In a preferred embodiment, this would be achieved in that the aforementioned conical area in the opening of the anchor plate is formed by an insert ring which is inserted in an extension of the opening.
To produce an electrically insulated tension anchor, provision can be made for the insert ring to be made of plastic. In this case, a plate made of an electrically insulating material is then arranged between the armature plate and the ring surface of the intermediate piece with the truncated projection, which is resting on the armature plate. This plate must be made of a material with a high compressive strength. A plate that is available under the trade name "Cevolit", a hard tissue, has been ideally suited for this.
In a further embodiment it can be provided to insert a smaller metallic insert ring into the plastic insert ring, the inner lateral surface of which forms at least a part of the conical area of the opening of the anchor plate and additionally Holding the outer trumpet end is provided with a toothing. Instead of the toothing mentioned, it could also be provided here that the corresponding lateral surface would only be roughened or otherwise structured or profiled in a suitable manner in order to better hold the outer trumpet end.
A part of the anchor plate, the intermediate piece and the anchor sleeve of the tension anchor according to the invention are covered with a cover cap, preferably made of an electrically insulating material, after tensioning the tension elements. The cavity inside the cover cap and the parts of the tension anchor is preferably filled with a corrosion-inhibiting grease.
So-called monostrands are advantageously used as tension elements. In this version, the prestressing strands are encased in a plastic sheath, in particular made of polyethylene. The spaces between the tension cord and the plastic sheathing are filled with grease. As a result, the prestressing strands remain longitudinally movable for re-tensioning or replacement with respect to the building part. This is also the case if the cavity between the plastic sheaths of the monostrands and the cladding tube is not injected with grease but up to the outer wall of the building part with a hardenable cement mortar.

In Fig. 1, 1 denotes a structural part which has an

As can be seen from FIGS. 6, 7 and 8, a
Following the mentioned end of the
Returning to FIG. 1, it can be seen that the outer end of the trumpet in the exemplary embodiment shown projects through the
The
2 shows that, as a variant, the
As shown in FIG. 3, the toothing serving to additionally hold the outer end of the
Die Fig. 4 und 5 zeigen dabei Varianten eines in der Fig. 1 mit B bezeichneten, strichpunktiert eingerahmten Bereiches je in einer vergrösserten Darstellung.4 and 5 show how an electrically insulated tension anchor can be carried out with a further embodiment of the invention. 4 and 5 show variants of an area designated by B in FIG. 1, with a dash-dotted line, each in an enlarged view.
In FIG. 4, a
Even if the
6, the inner end of the
After the injection, the sealing
Of course, it is also possible to weld the inner end of the
According to FIG. 7, the
The part of building
For the production of an electrically insulated tension anchor, the electrically insulating
Merely by omitting the
After the tensioning process, the remaining
It should also be mentioned that, for reasons of clarity, injection and / or ventilation lines have not been drawn. According to the prior art, however, such can be applied by any person skilled in the art wherever they are necessary.
