Die Erfindung betrifft eine Aufwickeleinrichtung für, von einer Bearbeitungseinheit (Stanz/Prägemaschine, Galvanikanlage etc.) über eine Entkopplung ankommende Bänder, auf vorzugsweise aus einem verlorenen Spulenkörper mit beidseitigen Spulenscheiben bestehende Wickelspulen, gebildet aus einer Bandzuführung mit Bandvorschub und -Trenneinrichtung, einem weiterführenden, zwischen die Spulenscheiben einschwenkbaren Zuführkanal, einer Wickelspulen-Aufnahme mit Wickelspulen-Antrieb sowie einem Papierbandzulauf, der ein Papierband von einer Papierbandrolle abzieht und zwischen die aufzuwickelnden Bänder führt.The invention relates to a winding device for tapes arriving from a processing unit (punching / embossing machine, electroplating system, etc.) via a decoupling, on winding spools preferably consisting of a lost bobbin with bobbin disks on both sides, formed from a tape feed with tape feed and cutting device, a further, feed channel swiveling between the spool disks, with a winding spool receptacle Winding spool drive and a paper tape feed that pulls a paper tape from a paper tape roll and leads between the tapes to be wound.

Die erstgenannte Schrift weist an einem Gestell ein verschwenkbares Drehkreuz auf, an dessen Enden jeweils eine Spule angebracht ist. Über eine Bandzuführung, die zusammen mit einem Vorschubmotor an der Oberseite des Gestells befestigt ist, wird ein Band der jeweils oben liegenden angetriebenen Spule zugeführt, wobei zwischen die Bandlagen gleichzeitig ein Papierband einläuft, das oberhalb des Gestells angebracht ist. Diese Einrichtung hat sich recht gut bewährt, da sie gestattet, einen halbautomatischen Betrieb mit Spulenwechsel während des Aufwickelvorganges durchzuführen. Die weitergenannte Gebrauchsmusterschrift 85 34 634 zeigt eine ebensolche Einrichtung, bei der zwei Spulen nebeneinander mit jeweils separatem Spulenantrieb auf einem quer verschiebbaren Schlitten angeordnet sind. An einem davorliegenden Ständer befindet sich die Bandzuführung zusammen mit einem Zuführkanal. Oberhalb der beiden Spulen ist eine Papierbandspule angeordnet. Beim Betrieb dieser Einrichtung wird der die Spulenkörper tragende Schlitten zur einen Seite verschoben, so daß das zulaufende Band wiederum unter Zwischenlage eines Papierbands auf die eine, nunmehr unter dem Zuführkanal liegende Spule geführt werden kann. Ist diese Spule vollgewickelt, wird der Schlitten verschoben, so daß die bisher freie Spule nun den Aufwickelvorgang übernimmt. Gleichzeitig kann die zuvor aufgewickelte Spule abgenommen werden. Der Vorteil dieser Einrichtung ist die verhältnismäßig einfache Ausführung, ihr Nachteil, daß ein halbautomatischer matischer Betrieb nur bedingt vorgenommen werden kann. Eine Weiterbildung der zuletzt angeführten Einrichtung ist nach der Gebrauchsmusterschrift 89 08 818 gegeben, wobei bei sonst gleichem Aufbau durch hydraulische Zusatzeinrichtungen auch ein halbautomatischer Betrieb möglich ist.Known such winding devices are described in the utility model 85 34 633, 85 34 634 and 89 08 818. Weiter ist zu bemängeln, daß bei einem Wechsel des aufzuwickelnden Bandes die komplette Aufwickeleinrichtung ausgewechselt werden muß. Weiter kann die Wickelspulen-Aufnahme nahezu unabhängig von dieser zentralen Baueinheit ausgeführt werden, wodurch auch eine größere Anzahl von Wickelspulen auf dieser Wickelspulen-Aufnahme eingesetzt werden können. Damit ist der Ausbau der erfindungsgemäßen Aufwickeleinrichtung zu einem halbautomatischen oder automatischen Betrieb deutlich erleichtert. Die Wickelspulen (11,12) sind auf einem Drehteller (13) angeordnet, der die Leerspulen (12) jeweils taktweise unter die Bandzuführung mit Zuführkanal (3) verbringt.
