Description

Derartige Doppelmantelspeicher sind hinlänglich bekannt und in Benutzung, so daß es diesbezüglich keines besonderen druckschriftlichen Nachweises bedarf. Der eigentliche Speicherbehälter sitzt dabei im formangepaßten, topfförmigen Außenmantel und ragt mit einem Ende, d.h. mit seinem dort befindlichen Boden aus dem Außenmantel heraus, oder der dann nur zylindrisch ausgebildete Außenmantel umfaßt im wesentlichen nur den zylindrischen Teil des Behälters. Um den Spalt zwischen Außenmantel und Speicherbehälter abzuschließen, wird in der Regel ein am Außenumfang abgekröpfter Abschlußring eingeschweißt, der also separat hergestellt werden muß und für dessen Verbindung mit dem Behälter und dem Anschlußrand des Außenmantels es zweier umlaufender Schweißnähte bedarf. Eine insoweit besser Lösung stellt ein Speicherbehälter nach dem DE-U-91 13 120 dar, bei dem der Abschlußring in Form einer Abkröpfung des Umfangsrandes des Behälterbodens ausgebildet ist, an die die Endränder der Seitenwandteile des Innen- und des Außenbehälters flüssigkeitsdicht angeschlossen sind. Dies verlangt eine entsprechende Bemessungszugabe am Bodenblechzuschnitt, um beim Ausformen des Bodens den Abschlußringbereich mit ausformen zu können.
