Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a fastening for insulating glass panes of an outer wall or roof glazing on the wooden posts of a supporting or substructure with holding profiles, with a glass holding profile which detects the side edges of the insulating glass panes and a suspension profile to be fastened to the wooden posts.
Such fastening profiles for insulating glass panes in glass facades or the like. have become known in the most varied of embodiments, both the glass holding profiles and the suspension profiles being able to experience a wide variety of configurations. For example, the glass holding profiles can grip both the edge of a pane and the edges of both or even several panes of the insulating glass pane and the suspension profiles can also be designed in a wide variety of ways. Common to the suspension profiles of the previously known arrangements is that they are screwed onto the supports of the substructure, which are generally designed as metal profiles. It has usually been used to push through the mounting rails, each holding the holder profiles of two colliding insulating glass panes together.
The invention has for its object to provide a fastening for insulating glass panes, which allow a simple mounting on the wooden posts of a supporting or substructure made of wood, the assembly should also be simplified compared to the previous screw fastenings.
To solve this problem it is provided according to the invention that the wooden posts are provided with front, as cross-sectionally substantially U-shaped metal profiles, preferably made of aluminum, pilasters with spaced transverse bolts, into which the holding profiles are provided by means of an open edge on a fastening leg of the suspension profile, in each case recesses running obliquely upwards can be hooked in.
Due to the design according to the invention - the design of the glass holding profile itself is not important here - insulating glass panes can also be very easily attached to wooden substructures or wooden supporting structures, even using conventional holding profiles, with particularly simple assembly being ensured by the hooking attachment according to the invention. At most, compared to the previously provided profile constructions, it is necessary to insert the open-sided cutouts, which in the simplest case can be slits that run diagonally upwards - as seen in the mounting position on the facade or on the roof - and which are also caused by the pressure of the insulating glass panes effect inside.
With particular advantage, the recesses can, however, be designed as essentially L-shaped slots, which comprise a threading section which is essentially horizontal in the mounting position and which is open to the outside and the substantially vertically upward hanging section. If one also wants to realize the additional pressing-in effect with this construction due to the weight of the insulating glass panes, the suspension section can be inclined at an angle of more than 90 ° with respect to the threading section.
The wooden posts are preferably provided with a longitudinal recess for partially accommodating the pilaster, so that essentially only the outer legs protrude outwards with the cross bolts for hanging the holding profiles. In order to ensure an exact insertion of the pilasters, also taking into account the manufacturing tolerances and the straightness of the wooden posts, the bottom of the longitudinal recess can be provided with a flat anchoring groove within which the fastening screws for the pilasters engage. In this way, the pilasters lie only in the area of their outer edges on the bottom of the recess, so that an exact alignment of the pilasters is ensured even if this recess is not made exactly.
The suspension profile of the holding profile of a fastening according to the invention for insulating glass panes is preferably U-shaped, the inner leg forming the fastening leg with the recesses for hooking into the cross bolts of the pilaster, while the outer leg with detents for anchoring one on the insulating glass pane and on the inside of the Wooden post adjacent sealing strips can be provided. This can be accomplished particularly simply in that the outer leg is essentially C-shaped in cross section, so that it forms undercut receptacles on the sides for corresponding resilient feet of the sealing strip.
The U-shaped suspension profile is preferably lined with a U-shaped insulating rail, this insulating rail consisting of rubber or plastic advantageously being provided with knobs or strips that can be blasted into the inner recesses of the outer leg.

As can be seen in particular from FIG. 1, the wooden post 1, for example a longitudinal post of the facade or a rafters in the case of roof glazing, is provided with a

In the exemplary embodiment shown, the
