Claims (13)

  1. Hockeyschläger, insbesondere für Eishockey, Rasen- oder Landhockey, Skaterhockey oder Rollschuhhockey, mit einem Schaft, einem Kopfteil und einem die Verbindung zwischen dem Kopfteil und dem Schaft herstellenden Steg, wobei ein Kern mit wenigstens drei Schichten aus Materialgeflecht bedeckt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kern wenigstens zwei Abschnitte aufweist, wobei jeder Abschnitt des Kerns aus einem synthetischen Schaum mit einer Dichte besteht, die unterschiedlich zu derjenigen des anderen Abschnitts bzw. der anderen Abschnitte ist aufgrund von unterschiedlichen Materialien, derart, daß die Widerstände und die Eigenschaften eines jeden Abschnitts an die örtlichen besonderen Beanspruchungen des Schlägers angepasst sind und wobei die Dichte des Schaumes des dem Kopfteil entsprechenden Kernabschnitts größer ist als diejenige des den anderen Kernabschnitten entsprechenden Schaumes bzw. Schäumen.
  2. Hockeyschläger nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß wenigstens ein Abschnitt des Kerns des Kopfteils aus einem synthetischen Schaum hoher Dichte besteht.
  3. Hockeyschläger nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß wenigstens ein Abschnitt des Kerns des Steges aus einem duktilen synthetischen Schaum besteht.
  4. Hockeyschläger nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß wenigstens ein Abschnitt wenigstens einer der Flächen des Kopfteils eine Verstärkung aus unidirektionellen Kohlefasern oder Glasfasern aufweist.
  5. Hockeyschläger nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kern des Schaftes aus einem synthetischen Schaum geringer Dichte besteht.
  6. Hockeyschläger nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kern des Schaftes aus einem PEI-Schaum (Polyestherimid) besteht.
  7. Hockeyschläger nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schaft des Schlägers wenigstens eine Verstärkung aus unidirektionalen Fasern aufweist, die in Längsrichtung des Schaftes angeordnet sind und zwischen der ersten und der zweiten Schicht aus dem Geflechtmaterial eingeschoben sind.
  8. Hockeyschläger nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verstärkung Litzen aus unidirektionellen Fasern aufweist, welche an den Seitenflächen des Schaftes angeordnet sind.
  9. Hockeyschläger nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die erste Schicht aus Geflechtmaterial aus Kohlefasern oder aus E- oder R-Glasfasern besteht.
  10. Hockeyschläger nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zweite Schicht aus Geflechtmaterial aus einem Gemisch aus Kohlefasern, Quarzfasern und Polyethylenfasern besteht.
  11. Hockeyschläger nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die dritte Schicht aus Geflechtmaterial aus Kohlefasern besteht.
  12. Hockeyschläger nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß wenigstens eine der Schichten aus Geflechtmaterial aus Glasfasern oder Kohlefasern besteht, welche mit einem Filament aus einem visko-elastischem und/oder Flüssigkristall-Polymerfasern besteht.
  13. Hockeyschläger nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Kopfteil ein Teil aus unidirektionalem Kohlenstoff aufweist, welches in der Verlängerung des Kerns des Kopfteils an seinem Ende derart angeordnet ist, daß eine Einstellung der Länge des Kopfteils und der Form seines Endes ohne Veränderung des Kerns ermöglicht wird.
