Claims (15)

  1. Bearbeitungskopf einer Wasserstrahl-Schneidemaschine mit:
    einem zur Befestigung auf der Schneidemaschine (D) bestimmten Gehäuse (2),
    zur Verbindung mit einer Druckwasserspeisung (A) bestimmten Einlassmitteln (28),
    einer Beschleunigungsdüse (22), die fest mit dem Gehäuse (2) verbunden und an die Einlassmittel (28) angeschlossen ist, wobei diese Düse (22) dazu bestimmt ist, einen Wasserstrahl (J) hoher Geschwindigkeit zu bilden, der zum Abschneiden eines Materials geeignet ist,
    einem Schneiderohr (60), das derart angeordnet ist, um den durch die Beschleunigungsdüse (22) abgegebenen Wasserstrahl (J) aufzunehmen,
    einen Rohrträger (62), der das Schneiderohr (60) in Bezug auf das Gehäuse (2) festhält, und
    Reguliermittel (120a, 120b, 112, 94a, 94b), die das Regulieren der Position des Rohrträgers (62) in Bezug auf das Gehäuse (2) ermöglichen, um die Orientierung des Schneiderohres (60) in koaxialer Weise zum Strahl (J), der von der Düse (22) abgegebenen wird, auszurichten,
       wobei dieser Kopf dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass die Reguliermittel eine Zielvorrichtung (120a, 120b) umfassen, die ein Ziel (128a, 128b) aufweist, welches in einem derart ausgebildeten Träger (122) an- oder untergebracht ist, um im Rohrträger (62) angebracht werden zu können.
  2. Bearbeitungskopf nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Träger (122) derart ausgebildet ist, um im Rohrträger (62) anstelle des Schneiderohres (60) positioniert zu werden.
  3. Bearbeitungskopf nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Träger (122) ein Regulierrohr (124) aufweist, welches zum Unterbringen in den Rohrträger (62) anstelle des Schneiderohres (60) bestimmt ist, wobei dieses Regulierrohr (124) von einem Innendurchmesser (DR) ist, welcher denjenigen (DP) des Schneiderohres (60) übertrifft.
  4. Bearbeitungskopf nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Ziel (128b) durch eine pyramidenförmige Marke (142) gebildet ist, die von einem Basiselement (140) getragen ist, welches abnehmbar im Träger (122) angebracht ist und in welchem vier Aussparungen (144a bis 144d) beidseits der Marke (142) angeordnet sind.
  5. Bearbeitungskopf nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Reguliermittel Gelenkmittel (94a, 94b) aufweisen, welche eine Schwenkung des Trägerrohres (62) in Bezug auf die Beschleunigungsdüse (22) ermöglichen, die in Bezug auf das Gehäuse (2) fest angebracht ist, wobei diese Gelenkmittel durch ein Kugelgelenk (94a, 94b) gebildet sind, das zwischen dem Rohrträger (62) und dem Gehäuse (2) angeordnet ist, dieses Kugelgelenk (94a, 94b) aus einem Ring (96a, 96b) besteht, der einen Sitz bildet, und den Rohrträger (62) umgibt, und dieser durch das Gehäuse (2) getragene Ring (96a, 96b) eine Auflagefläche (100a, 100b) aufweist, auf der ein Abstützteil (102a, 102b) ruht, welches auf dem Rohrträger (62) angeordnet ist.
  6. Bearbeitungskopf nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Abstützteil (102a, 102b) auf einem Kragen (104a, 104b) angeordnet ist, der an ein Ende des Rohrträgers (62) grenzt, wobei der Kragen (104a, 104b) mittels elastischer Mittel (106) axial auf den Ring, der einen Sitz (96a, 96b) bildet, einwirkt.
  7. Bearbeitungskopf nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die elastischen Mittel (106) durch Druckfedern gebildet sind, die in einem Ring (108) untergebracht sind, der als Druckring bezeichnet und innen im Gehäuse (2) angeordnet ist.
  8. Bearbeitungskopf nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Reguliermittel Schrauben (112) umfassen, welche die Blockierung des Rohrträgers (62) in bezüglich dem Gehäuse (2) fixer Position ermöglichen, wobei die Blockierschrauben (112) im Gehäuse (2) angebracht sind und radial auf den äusseren Umfang des Rohrträgers (62) wirken.
  9. Zielvorrichtung zur Regulierung eines Wasserstrahl-Schneidebearbeitungskopfes, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er einen Träger (122) aufweist, der mit einem Ziel (128b) versehen ist, das aus einer Marke (142) und einem Regulierrohr (124) besteht, wobei die Marke zum Ausgang des Regulierrohres (124) hin gerichtet ist.
  10. Zielvorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Marke (142) pyramidenförmig ist.
  11. Zielvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 9 oder 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Marke durch ein Basiselement (140) getragen ist, welches abnehmbar im Träger (122) angebracht ist und in welchem vier Aussparungen (144a bis 144d) beidseits der Marke (142) angeordnet sind.
  12. Zielvorrichtung nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Basiselement (140) durch eine Mutter (132) im Träger (122) befestigt ist.
  13. Zielvorrichtung nach Anspruch 11 oder 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die vier Aussparungen (144a bis 144d) parallel zu der Basis der Marke (142) gerichtet sind.
  14. Zielvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 11 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die vier Aussparungen (144a bis 144d) jeweils in der Verlängerung von vier Flächen (142a bis 142d) der Marke (142) angeordnet sind.
  15. Zielvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 11 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die vier Aussparungen (144a bis 144d) alle dieselbe Abmessung aufweisen.
