Einrichtungen der eingangs genannten Art sollen die Umstellbewegung einer Schiene bzw. von Schienenteilen dadurch erleichtern, daß die Gleitreibung durch eine rollende Reibung ersetzt wird. Bei einer aus der DD-PS 56536 bekanntgewordenen Einrichtung der eingangs genannten Art ist eine federnde Rolle vorgesehen, welche im Bereich der Gleitstuhloberkante zur Wirkung gelangt. Während der Umstellbewegung soll offensichtlich durch die Kraft der Feder der bewegliche Schienenteil bzw. die bewegliche Schiene so weit vom Gleitstuhl abgehoben werden, daß der bewegliche Schienenteil bzw. die bewegliche Schiene ausschließlich über die Rolle bewegt wird, wobei die Rolle um ihre Achse verdreht wird. Bei einem Befahren der Schiene bzw. des Schienenteiles erfolgt aber aus Sicherheitsgründen eine Abstützung an der Oberfläche des Gleitstuhles, um eine Überlastung derartiger Rollen zu vermeiden. Derartige Rollen sind somit nur während der Verstellbewegung wirksam und müssen bei Befahren der beweglichen Schienenteile so weit nachgiebig und im bekannten Fall entgegen der Kraft einer Feder verschwenkbar gelagert sein, daß sie außer Wirkung gelangen.Devices of the type mentioned are said to facilitate the changeover movement of a rail or of rail parts in that the sliding friction is replaced by a rolling friction. Aus der DE-PS 314 265 ist eine Ausbildung eines Gleitstuhles bekanntgeworden, bei welcher neben dem Gleitstuhl eine Rolle derart angeordnet ist, daß bei einer Verstellung eines beweglichen Schienenteiles oder einer beweglichen Schiene durch Auflaufen des beweglichen Schienenteiles auf eine Rolle zunächst ein Anheben der beweglichen Schiene bzw. des Schienenteiles erfolgt, wobei die Anordnung so getroffen sein muß, daß am jeweiligen Ende des Verschiebeweges der Schiene bzw. des Schienenteiles dieselben wiederum zur Gänze von der Rolle auf den Gleitstuhl abgelaufen sind und am Gleitstuhl ruhen. Bei einer derartigen Ausbildung ist naturgemäß die Verstellkraft zu Beginn wesentlich größer, weil nicht nur die Gleitreibung auf der Oberfläche des Gleitstuhles sondern auch die Schwerkraft durch Anheben der Schiene auf die Rolle überwunden werden muß, bevor eine Erleichterung der Verstellbewegung erfolgt. Zur Lösung dieser Aufgabe besteht die erfindungsgemäße Ausbildung im wesentlichen darin, daß die Rollen in wenigstens einer Endlage der Umstellbewegung unter der Wirkung einer Feder an eine Seitenkante des beweglichen Schienenteiles oder Schienenfußes gedrückt sind. Dadurch, daß die Rollen in wenigstens einer Endlage der Umstellbewegung federnd an eine Seitenkante des Schienenfußes gedrückt sind, wird in dieser Endlage eine federnd nachgiebige Verriegelung bewirkt, da eine der Federkraft entsprechende Kraftkomponente in Verriegelungsrichtung der Schiene bzw. des Schienenteiles an der Außenseite des Steges zur Wirkung gelangt. Sie kann beispielsweise in Verbindung mit bekannten Gleitstühlen ohne besondere Adaptierungsarbeiten Verwendung finden. Insbesondere läßt sich durch die flexible Anbringbarkeit der erfindungsgemäßen Umstellhilfe auch dort eine präzisere Führung der beweglichen Schienenteile verwirklichen, wo diese nicht durch Verschluß- oder Stellglieder in eine korrekte Position gezwungen werden. In Fig.1 ist mit 1 eine unbewegliche bzw. starre Schiene, beispielsweise eine Backenschiene, bezeichnet, welche auf einer Unterlagsplatte 2 über eine Verschraubung 3 festgelegt ist. Die Unterlagsplatte bzw. Gleitplatte 2 ist selbst wiederum über eine Verschraubung 4 an einer schematisch dargestellten Schwelle 5 festgelegt. An der Unterlagsplatte 2 ist ein Gleitstuhl 6 festgelegt, auf welcher eine bewegliche Schiene, beispielsweise Zungenschiene, 7 gleitend aufliegt. Walzen 10 trägt. Die Einrichtungen zum Erleichtern der Umstellbewegung von beweglichen Schienen oder Schienenteilen sind dabei zu beiden Seiten des Gleitstuhles 6 derart angeordnet, daß jeweils eine der durch das Zusammenwirken einer Feder 17 und der Rollen 10 gebildete Einrichtung eine Endlage der beweglichen Schiene 7 bzw. 7' sichert. Bei einer Bewegung der beweglichen Schiene 7 erfolgt wieder ein geringfügiges Anheben der Schiene von der Oberfläche des Gleitstuhles, so daß die Bewegung nur über eine rollende Reibung erfolgt. Wie in Fig.3 dargestellt, erfolgt wiederum eine Sicherung der Position der Schiene 7 durch ein Anliegen der Rolle an der Seitenkante 14 des Schienenfußes, während das andere Rollenpaar 10' in dieser Position durch den Schienenfuß niedergedrückt ist. Claims (9)

  1. A device intended to facilitate the resetting movement of movable rails or rail parts, in particular tongue rails (7), in which the rails during the resetting procedure are supported by means of rollers (10, 10') resiliently pressed at the lower edge of the rail foot, characterized in that the rollers (10, 10') are pressed at a lateral edge (15) of the movable rail part or rail foot under the action of a spring in at least one end position of the resetting movement.
  2. A device according to claim 1, characterized in that separate rollers (10) are each arranged for each lateral edge (14, 15) of the rail foot.
  3. A device according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the rollers (10) are hinged about a pivot axis (9) so as to be pivotable in the height direction over a path which at least corresponds to a third, preferably to half, of the height of the rail foot on the lateral edge (14, 15) thereof.
  4. A device according to claim 1, 2 or 3, characterized in that the rollers (10) for different lateral edges (14, 15) of the rail foot are pivotably mounted about a common pivot axis (9).
  5. A device according to any one of claims 1 to 4, characterized in that the springs are comprised of helical springs (12, 17, 21) arranged concentrically with the pivot axis (9) of the rollers (10) and whose free ends are connected with the axes of the rollers (10) and cooperate with stops (16) to delimit the pivoting path.
