Description
- La figure 1 représente selon une vue en perspective éclatée un fer à repasser conforme à l'invention pourvu d'une grille de répartition.
- La figure 2 représente selon une vue en coupe transversale longitudinale un fer à repasser conforme à l'invention pourvu d'une grille de répartition associée à deux couches de matériaux.
- La figure 3 montre selon une vue en coupe transversale partielle un détail de réalisation de la structure du fond de la chambre de vaporisation.
Claims (15)
- Fer à repasser à vapeur comportant une semelle de repassage (1), des moyens de chauffe (4) et une chambre de vaporisation (5) pourvue d'un revêtement (11,20) favorisant la vaporisation de l'eau caractérisé en ce que la chambre de vaporisation (5) comporte au-dessus du revêtement (11,20) une grille (15) de répartition d'eau, ledit revêtement (11,20) comportant au moins une couche d'un matériau présentant des propriétés hydrophiles et/ou de mouillabilité.
- Fer à repasser selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que la grille (15) est pourvue de moyens (16) de déflection et de répartition de l'eau au dessus et sur la surface du revêtement (11,20).
- Fer à repasser selon la revendication 2 caractérisé en ce que les moyens (16) de déflection et de répartition consistent en une série de lanières (16a) se projetant au-dessus du plan d'extension (P) de la grille (15).
- Fer à repasser selon la revendication 3 caractérisé en ce que les lanières (16a) entourent au moins partiellement les ouvertures (17) formant le maillage de la grille (15).
- Fer à repasser selon l'une des revendications 3 à 4 caractérisé en ce que les lanières (16a) ont une hauteur moyenne comprise entre 0,5 et 5 mm, et de préférence entre 1 et 3 mm.
- Fer à repasser selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5 caractérisé en ce que la grille (15) est revêtue d'un matériau hydrophile et possédant des propriétés de mouillabilité, de préférence tel que du silicate de sodium, pour favoriser l'étalement de l'eau.
- Fer à repasser selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6 caractérisé en ce que la grille (15) est en appui direct contre le revêtement (11).
- Fer à repasser selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7 caractérisé en ce que la grille (15) est réalisée en un métal déployé, de préférence en aluminium ou en alliage d'aluminium.
- Fer à repasser selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8 caractérisé en ce que le revêtement (11,20) comprend une première couche (11) d'un matériau présentant des propriétés hydrophiles, de mouillabilité, d'isolation thermique et de collage, sur laquelle adhère une seconde couche (20) d'un matériau perméable, filamenteux et/ou fibreux présentant des propriétés hydrophiles et de mouillabilité.
- Fer à repasser selon la revendication 9 caractérisé en ce que le matériau de la première couche (11) est choisi parmi le silicate de sodium, le carbonate de calcium, les peintures ou vernis, les ciments, les composés à base de silice, les carbonates, les oxydes métalliques, les émaux ou les composés susceptibles d'être déposés sous forme de dépôt plasma.
- Fer à repasser selon la revendication 9 caractérisé en ce que le matériau de la seconde couche (20) est choisi parmi des matériaux tels que : du mat du verre, des feutres ou fibres arramides, des fibres minérales, des fibres de carbone, des verannes, des tissus métalliques, des tissus de micro-métal déployé.
- Fer à repasser selon l'une des revendications 9 à 11 caractérisé en ce que la seconde couche (20) est réalisée en un matériau incluant dans sa structure un élément conducteur thermique, tel que de la pâte métallique d'aluminium ou de zinc.
- Fer à repasser selon l'une des revendications 9 à 12 caractérisé en ce que la seconde couche (20) est réalisée dans un matériau d'un grammage compris entre 30 et 500 g/m2 et de préférence entre 100 et 150 g/m2.
- Fer à repasser selon l'une des revendications 9 à 13 caractérisé en ce que la seconde couche est constituée d'un matériau comportant un maillage de dimension moyenne inférieure au maillage de la grille (15).
- Fer à repasser selon l'une des revendications précédentes caractérisé en ce que la grille (15) forme un berceau maintenu en position de compression contre la seconde couche (20).
