Claims (9)
- Abfallbehälter, umfassend:- einen Behälterkasten (1), der eine obere Öffnung (3) zur Aufnahme von Abfällen aufweist,- einen festen Behälterträger (5), von welchem der Behälterkasten trennbar ist, wobei der Behälterträger seitliche Flanken aufweist, die ausreichend beabstandet sind, damit der Behälterkasten zwischen den Flanken in Eingriff kommen kann,- feste Einrichtungen (15, 17) zur verschwenkung, die jeweils an dem Behälterkasten und dem Behälterträger angebracht sind, um eine Drehung des Behälterkastens in bezug auf den Behälterträger um eine horizontale Achse (9), welche zu der Basis des Behälterkastens angeordnet ist, zu ermöglichen,- Einrichtungen (11, 21, 23, 25, 27) zur Verriegelung und zur Freigabe des Behälterkastens in bezug auf den Behälterträger, um den Behälterkasten gegenüber dem Behälterträger in einer im wesentlichen vertikalen Gebrauchsstellung zu verriegeln oder um ein Kippen des Behälterkastens in bezug auf den Behälterträger durch Drehung um die horizontale Achse (9) zu ermöglichen,- und Einrichtungen (13, 37) zur Halterung, um eine im wesentlichen vertikale Halterung des Behälterträgers sicherzustellen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich der Behälterträger (5) als eine umgreifende hohle Schale darstellt, die eine stirnseitige Öffnung (7) von größeren Abmessungen als diejenigen eines Teiles wenigstens des Behälterkastens (1) besitzt, wobei sich die seitlichen Flanken (5c, 5d) über die gesamte Höhe des Behälterkastens, einschließlich an der stelle der Einrichtungen (15, 17) zur Verschwenkung, erstrecken, derart, daß der Behälterkasten in der im wesentlichen vertikalen Gebrauchsstellung über wenigstens einen Teil von dessen Tiefe und über dessen gesamte Höhe in dem Behälterträger in Eingriff steht.
- Behälter nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß:- der Behälterkasten (1) und der Behälterträger (5) im wesentlichen einstückige Polyeder aus Kunststoff sind,- die Öffnung (7) des Behälterträgers im wesentlichen die gesamte Fläche von einer seiner Vorderseiten belegt und einen eigenen, zu einem vertikalen Querschnitt des Behalterkastens geringfügig größeren Querschnitt aufweist, und- der Behälterkasten und der Behälterträger eine in der Richtung des Eingriffs des Behälterkastens in dem Behälterträger bestimmte Tiefe aufweisen, wobei die Einrichtungen (17) zur Verschwenkung Relativstellungen einnehmen, die auf dem Behälterkasten und auf dem Behälterträger verschoben sind, derart, daß sich der Behälterkasten (1) in der im wesentlichen vertikalen Gebrauchsstellung in den Behälterträger vollständig und verhältnismäßig gerade nur über einen Teil seiner Tiefe erstreckt.
- Behälter nach Anspruch 1 oder Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Behälterträger (5) zum kleinen Teil jeweils durch eine Kopfwand (5a) und durch eine Bodenwand (5b) begrenzt ist, die in bezug auf die Vertikale gemäß zwei Achsen, welche gegen die andere in Richtung der stirnseitigen Öffnung (7) des Behälterträgers konvergieren, geneigt sind.
- Behälter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Behälterträger (5) in der Richtung seiner Höhe eine zum Äußeren konvexe Rückwand (5e) aufweist, mit der innen wenigstens zwei Hauptrippen (41) verbunden sind, welche stirnseitig in einer gleichen vertikalen Ebene (43) enden, mit der die ausgerichtete Rückwand (1a) des Behälterkastens, welcher dem Behältträger in dessen vertikaler Gebrauchsstellung gegenübersteht, im wesentlichen zusammenfällt.
- Behälter nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Behälterträger (5), mit dessen Rückwand (5e) innen verbunden, horizontale rohrförmige Vorsprünge (49) umfaßt, die in einen Innenraum (19) einmünden, welcher seitlich durch die Hauptrippen (41) begrenzt und zur Instellungbringung von Einrichtungen (53) zur Befestigung über die Vorsprünge vorgesehen ist, um zwischen ihnen den Behälterträger (5) und dessen Einrichtungen (13, 37) zur Halterung zu verbinden, wobei die Einrichtungen zur Befestigung von der Vorderseite des Behälterkastens nicht zugänglich sind, wenn dieser in der vertikalen Gebrauchsstellung in dem Behälterträger in Eingriff steht.
- Behälter nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einrichtungen (13, 37) zur Halterung einen im wesentlichen vertikalen Träger (37) umfassen, der geeignet ist, am Boden befestigt zu werden, wobei der horizontale Querschnitt dieses Trägers kleiner ist als derjenige des vorgesehenen Innenraumes (19), damit der Träger dort über eine Öffnung (51), die im unteren Teil des Behälterträgers angeordnet ist, in Eingriff gebracht werden kann.
- Behälter nach irgendeinem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Behälterkasten (1) außen im oberen Teil seiner ausgerichteten Rückwand (1a), die dem Behälterträger in der Gebrauchsstellung des Behälterkastens gegenübersteht, ein Band (33, 35) umfaßt, welches teilweise oberhalb des Behälterkastens vorsteht, um mit einer Anschlagwand (44a) des Behälterträgers zusammenzuwirken, derart, um zu vermeiden, daß Abfälle hinter den Behälterkasten fallen können.
- Behälter nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Behälterkasten unter dem Band einen Zapfen (21) aufweist, mit dem ein Haken (23) zusammenwirken kann, welcher mit einer Welle (27) zur Bedienung verbunden ist, die von dem Behälterträger abgestützt und um eine horizontale Achse (29) drehend angebracht ist, wobei die Welle (27) seitlich an dem Äußeren einer Seite des Behälterträgers durch eine Öffnung (32), die an dessen Wand angeordnet ist, einmündet und die Welle an deren einmündenden Ende eine Einrichtung (34) zur Betätigung, die durch einen Schlüssel betätigbar ist, welcher zur Freigabe des Behälterkastens geeignet ist, aufweist.
- Behälter nach irgendeinem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Behälterkasten längs des oberen Teiles seiner stirnseitinge Vorderseite (1c) einen Wulst (57) aufweist, der gegenüber dem Äußeren vorsteht und aus einem Stück aus Kunststoff zur Bildung des Behälterkastens, mit welchem er sich verbindet, innen hohl ausgebildet ist, um einen Griff zur Betätigung zu bilden.
