Abstract

Peptide ou protéine à atome de carbone terminal substitué, de formule (I) dans laquelle X représente un peptide ou une protéine formant une voie ionique amphiphile. T est sélectionné dans le groupe constitué par: (a) O-R, dans lequel R représente un groupe aralkyle, aromatique ou aliphatique, substitué ou non, comprenant de 1 à 10 atomes de carbone; (b) NH-NH2; (c) NH-OH; et (d) alpha, où R' et R" représentent hydrogène ou sont sélectionnés dans la classe comprenant le groupe (i) et le groupe (ii), où le groupe (i) représente un groupe aralkyle, aromatique ou aliphatique à substitution hydroxy ne contenant pas plus de 10 atomes de carbone, et le groupe (ii) représente un groupe alkylaromatique, aralkyle, aromatique ou aliphatique à substitution amino ne comprenant de préférence pas plus de 10 atomes de carbone, et au moins un des constituants R' et R" représente le groupe (i) ou le groupe (ii).
