Description

With conventional ski jump bindings, there is no security either in flight or when landing.

The aim of the invention is to create such a safety binding for ski jumps. This is achieved according to the invention in a combination of a safety jump ski binding with a jump shoe, in which the front part of the jump shoe can be inserted up to a stop between the side wings of a jump binding attached to the jump ski, in that, in a manner known per se, in the upper section of a forwardly projecting part of the sole of the spring shoe is provided with a hemispherical recess into which a bolt with a semi-spherical head which is displaceably mounted on the spring binding under adjustable spring load engages and that an insertion slot is provided between the upper and lower part of the sole of the spring shoe for receiving at least one leaf spring . With this combination according to the invention, not only is the ski guided properly when jumping, but there is also a possibility of being released in the event of a fall.

According to a further embodiment of the invention, a leaf spring and above it a limit leaf spring can be inserted into the insertion slot. This means that the template can be limited when jumping. According to an advantageous development of the invention, it can be provided that the limiting leaf spring can be displaced in the longitudinal direction of the sole of the jumping shoe by means of a screw nut arrangement. As a result, this template limitation can be adapted to individual circumstances.

A further expedient embodiment of the invention is characterized in that a bracket which is pivotably mounted on the spring binding via a hinge is provided for lifting the bolt against the spring load. This makes it easier to get in and out of the binding.

The invention will now be described with reference to the drawings explained. 1 shows an overall side view of the combination according to the invention of a safety ski ski binding with a jumping shoe, FIGS. 2A-2D show details of the insertion slot on the diving shoe and the leaf springs inserted therein, FIGS. 3A-3D show further details of this insertion slot and the leaf springs, FIGS. 4A-4F details of the device for safety triggering in the event of a fall, FIG. 5A a top view of the jump binding and FIG. 5B a side view of the jump binding with the entry-exit bracket.

The jump binding 2 with the two side wings 3 is attached to the jump ski 1 by means of screws 4, into which the jump shoe 5 is pushed (FIG. 1).

When entering the jump shoe 5, which has a semicircular or hemispherical recess 6 at the center of the front part (or a semicircular or hemispherical elevation at the same point and the recess on the lower part of the bolt 16) is inserted into the spring binding 2.

Underneath is the insertion slot 7 in the sole of the jumping shoe 5, into which the arched leaf spring 8 is inserted. The leaf spring 8 can have different strengths. The jumping shoe 5 is thereby given an upwardly curved shape. If you would jump into the jump binding and print downwards at the back, a spring effect would result which, when jumping on the ski jump, would push the ski 1 to your body. The jump ski 1 can thus no longer be pulled away from the body in flight. In conventional jumping, the jump ski swings freely, only the vacuum holds it to the body.

Eine Querschnitt-Draufsicht siehe Fig. 2A.The limiting leaf spring 9 is pushed over the slot 7 and over the leaf spring 8. By turning the screw 10, which is rotatably fastened in the shoe (at 11), the limiting voltage is set. The nut 12 is attached to the leaf spring 9; by turning the screw 10 forward - back, the leaf spring 9 is inserted into the rotating or sliding area 13 and causes a tension, which also results in the limitation. A cross-sectional top view see Fig. 2A.

Fig. 3A).The limit can also be adjusted by pushing it in Different leaf spring shapes possible in the insertion slot 7. The limitation by shorter or longer leaf springs 9 is hard or soft to achieve. It is possible to attach locking screws (see Fig. 3A).

Fig. 4A).Now you press the bracket 14 down over the joint 15, at the same time the bracket 14 at the attachment of bolts 16 in the guide presses the spring 17 up, which serves to adjust the safety pressure, etc. by means of the safety pressure adjusting screw 18. The spring seat is designated 19 (see FIG. 4A).

Draufsicht Seitenansicht (Fig. 5A-5B).Now you push the jumping shoe 5 under the two side wings, which absorb the resulting pressure during flight, up to the front part of binding 2. 20 is a stop. Top view side view (Fig. 5A-5B).

Now you can release the bracket 14 via the joint 15. The spring 17 presses the bolt 16 into the recess 6 from the spring shoe 5.

If there is a fall during the jump, the spring shoe 5 is pressed out under the two side wings 3 via bolts 16 by compressing the spring 17 and the bolt 16 exits the recess 6 on the left or right.
