Claims (6)

  1. Verfahren zur Herstellung von Werkstücken aus Gusslegierung, insbesondere aus Aluminium (Aluminiumlegierung mit Verstärkungszone), wobei diese Teile Öffnungen bzw. Vertiefungen besitzen, um mit Kupplungsvorrichtungen und einem oder mehreren Einsätzen (2) zusammenzuwirken, die in die Öffnungen bzw. Vertiefungen eingeführt und bei einem Fließpressvorgang mit Hilfe eines Stempels (5) bzw. einer ähnlichen Vorrichtung und einer Arbeitsmatrize (3) durch Einpressen in das Werkstück eingebettet werden, um Verstärkungszonen zu bilden,
       wobei der Rohling (1) des Werkstücks auf der Seite, die der Arbeitsmatrize (3) gegenüberliegen soll, eine oder mehrere ausführende Öffnungen (1.1) und/oder ein oder mehrere Grundlöcher (1.2) und/oder eine oder mehrere Aussparungen besitzt, wobei diese Öffnungen (1.1) und/oder Grundlöcher (1.2) und/oder Aussparungen ein konisches Profil von einigen Grad für die Aufnahme und Vorzentrierung eines oder mehrerer der besagten Einsätze (2) aufweisen,
       und wobei nach der Herstellung des Rohlings (1) für das herzustellende Werkstück ein oder mehrere dieser Einsätze (2), die zum Zentrieren und Einführen in die am Rohling (1) vorgeformten Öffnung(en) (1.1) und/oder Aussparungen und/oder Grundlöcher (1.2) bestimmt sind, vorher auf die Arbeitsmatrize (3) gesetzt werden,
       und wobei diese Einsätze (2) zum Positionieren und Zentrieren des Rohlings (1) in einer aufnehmenden Vertiefung auf der Arbeitsmatrize (3) dienen, die der endgültigen Form des Fertigteils entspricht, wobei die Abmessungen des Rohlings leicht geringer sind als das Innenprofil der Vertiefung, die vollständig durch das Fertigteil ausgefüllt wird,
       und wobei der in der besagten Einsenkung positionierte und zentrierte Rohling (1) dann durch den Stempel (5) oder eine ähnliche Vorrichtung für die endgültige Formgebung und die Umformung des Rohlingwerkstoffs (1) in der Matrize (3) fließgepresst wird, um durch Einpressen des bzw. der Einsätze (2) eine feste und dauerhafte Einbettung zu erzielen und dabei je nach Bedarf, Anwendungen und Verwendungszwecken des sich ergebenden Werkstücks örtliche Verstärkungszonen zu bilden.
  2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Einsätze (2) frei und lose sitzend vorpositioniert werden.
  3. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Einsätze (2) unmittelbar auf der Arbeitsmatrize (3) vorpositioniert werden.
  4. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Rohling (1) eine vorgegebene Länge (L) und Dicke (E) aufweist, während das aus dem Rohling (1) hergestellte Fertigteil eine leicht unter derjenigen (L) des Rohlings (1) liegende Länge (L1) und eine leicht unter derjenigen (E) des Rohlings (1) liegende Dicke (E1) besitzt.
  5. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Einsatz (2) die Form eines Ringes besitzt und einen Bund (2.1) aufweist, wobei die Höhe des Ringes geringer ist als die Dicke (E1) des Fertigteils.
  6. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Einsätze (2) auf Zentrierstiften (4), die auf der Arbeitsmatrize (3) ausgebildet sind, vorpositioniert werden.
