Claims (11)

  1. Alpinskischuh, der eine Schalenbasis (5) aufweist, die durch einen Schaft (2) überhöht ist, der einen vorderen Teil (3) und einen hinteren Teil (4) aufweist, der aus einem oder mehreren Teilen erhalten ist, wobei der hintere Teil (4) des Schaftes (2) zumindest teilweise schwenkbar in der Richtung von hinten nach vorne und/oder von vorne nach hinten ist und eine Vorrichtung (35) zur Verriegelung und zur Entriegelung des Schaftes (2) bezüglich der Schalenbasis (5) aufweist, die durch einen Anschlagbereich (13), der auf der Schalenbasis (5) erhalten ist, und durch einen schwenkenden Hebel (11) gebildet ist, der eine Kippvorrichtung bildet und auf einer transversalen Achse (12) angelenkt ist, die auf dem hinteren Teil (4) des Schaftes (2) senkrecht zu seiner mittleren vertikalen Ebene angeordnet ist, und dazu geeignet ist, in Verriegelung mit dem Anschlag (13) unter der Wirkung einer Betätigungseinrichtung (10) zusammenzuwirken, auf die von außen des Schuhes zugegriffen werden kann und die gegen eine Rückholfeder (14) des Hebels (11) wirkt, wobei die Position der Verriegelung derselben einer anfänglichen einstellbaren Referenzposition der Vorwärtsbewegung entspricht, ausgehend von der der Schaft (2) dazu in der Lage ist, winklig gemäß einem vorbestimmten Ausmaß bezüglich der Schalenbasis (5) zu schwenken,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
    die Einstellung der anfänglichen Position der Vorwärtsbewegung des Schaftes (2) mittels Einrichtungen (40) geschieht, die dazu geeignet sind. die Position der Gelenkachse (12) der Kippvorrichtung (11) bezüglich des hinteren Teils (4) des Schaftes (2), der sie trägt, in einer vertikalen Richtung gemäß zumindest zwei Einstellwerten (x, x') zu verändern, die die unterschiedlichen Positionen (12A und 12B) der Gelenkachse bestimmen.
  2. Schuh gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einrichtungen zur Einstellung der Position (40) der Gelenkachse (12) der Kippvorrichtung (11) durch zwei symmetrische Elemente (50, 50A bis 50E) gebildet sind, die dazu geeignet sind, daß sie in entsprechenden festen Aufnahmen (51) aufgenommen werden, die jeweils beidseitig der hinteren Seiten (4b) und äußeren Seiten (4c) des hinteren Teiles (4) des Schaftes (2) ausgenommen sind, wobei die Elemente (50, 50A bis 50E) die Enden der Gelenkachse (12) in radial exzentrischen Bereichen bezüglich ihrem virtuellen festen Zentrum (0) tragen, das mit dem ihrer jeweiligen Aufnahmen (51) zusammenfällt, so daß eine Rotation der Elemente (50, 50A bis 50E) um dieses virtuelle Zentrum (0) die Veränderung der vertikalen Position der Achse (12) bezüglich des virtuellen Zentrums (0) und daher des Schaftes (2) hervorruft.
  3. Schuh gemaß Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Trägerelemente (50D, 50E) der Gelenkachse (12) kreisförmig sind, um eine vertikale Einstellung in vielfachen Positionen (I, II, III, ...) der Gelenkachse um ihr virtuelles Zentrum (0) zu erlauben, und Einrichtungen zur Immobilisierung bezüglich einer Rotation nach der Einstellung aufweisen.
  4. Schuh gemäß Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Trägerelemente (50A, 50B) der Gelenkachse eine global viereckige Form haben.
  5. Schuh gemäß Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Trägerelemente (50B) der Gelenkachse (12) eine quadratische Form haben, um eine vertikale Einstellung der Gelenkachse gemäß vier Positionen (I, II, III, IV) durch aufeinanderfolgende Rotationen um ihr virtuelles Zentrum (0) gemäß einem Winkel von 90° zu erlauben.
  6. Schuh gemäß Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Trägerelemente (50) der Gelenkachse (12) eine längliche Form haben und daß ihre Enden abgerundet sind.
  7. Schuh gemäß Anspruch 4 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Trägerelemente (50, 50A) der Gelenkachse (12) durch Rotation um sich selbst gemäß einem Winkel von 180° um ihr virtuelles Zentrum (0) umkehrbar sind, um eine vertikale Einstellung der Gelenkachse (12) gemäß zwei Extrempositionen (12A bis 12B) zu erlauben.
  8. Schuh gemäß einem der vorangehenden Ansprüchen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine mechanische Verbindung der Gelenkachse (12) bezüglich ihrer Trägerelemente (50, 50A bis 50E) und daher des hinteren Teiles (4) des Schaftes (2) durch die Achse (12) selbst geschieht, deren eines Ende (12a) einen Kopf (60) aufweist, der in Rotation betätigbar ist, und der in Abstützung auf einem der Elemente (50, 50A bis 50E) ist, und deren anderes Ende (12b) einen mit einem Gewinde versehenen Teil aufweist, der mit einer Festspannmutter (61) in Abstützung auf dem anderen Element (50, 50A bis 50E) zusammenwirkt.
  9. Schuh gemäß Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kopf (60) der Achse (12) und/oder der Mutter (61) in ihren jeweiligen Trägerelementen (50, 50A bis 50E) eingelassen sind.
  10. Schuh gemäß Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einrichtungen zur Immobilisierung der kreisförmigen Trägerelementen (50E) durch periphere Zähne (80) gebildet sind, die auf den Elementen (50E) realisiert sind und die mit entsprechenden Kerben (81) zusammenwirken, die in den Aufnahmen der Elemente (50E) realisiert sind.
  11. Schuh gemäß Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Immobilisierungseinrichtungen der kreisförmigen Trägerelemente (50D) durch radiale Zähne (70) gebildet sind, die auf den Elementen (50D) ausgehend von ihrem virtuellen Zentrum (0) realisiert sind, und daß sie mit zumindest einer entsprechenden Kerbe zusammenwirken, die in einem entsprechenden Bereich des Bodens der Aufnahmen der Elemente (50D) ausgenommen ist.
