Definitions

  • the present invention relates to an audio-visual mannequin.
  • the film or the slides made from the face of a person whose facial characteristics were used as a model to create the facial characteristics of the mannequin implies a use of the head of the mannequin corresponding to that of the model.
  • facial movements on the mannequin's head there will always be either a slight offset, or shadows due to the technique of rendering the face on a three-dimensional surface of approximately 180 °.
  • the dummy according to the present invention overcomes all the drawbacks defined above.
  • the audio-visual mannequin comprises a rigid structure having the appearance of a human body and is characterized in that said rigid structure receives instead of head a monitor capable of broadcasting an audio-visual message, this monitor being also connected to a system for reading said message.
  • the audio-visual mannequin is placed on a base in which the reading system is inserted.
  • the various connections of the monitor are arranged in the lower part of the monitor so that the cords connecting the connections to the reading system can be placed inside the rigid structure and be hidden from the spectators.
  • the rigid structure comprises an internal metallic core provided with hollow tubes which can accommodate the cords.
  • the monitor is provided with four anchoring points capable of cooperating with four fastenings which are part of the rigid structure.
  • the base includes a storage for video-cassettes and / or video-discs as well as a space for a battery, an automatic winder of power cord and an infrared cell for the remote control of the audio message playback system visual.
  • the base is advantageously mounted on casters.
  • the monitor is provided with a black cover.
  • the monitor When the film is read on the monitor, the face by its natural color emerges from its support so that the viewer can ignore the monitor. In order to further accentuate this abstraction, the monitor may be oval in shape.
  • the rigid structure having the appearance of a body can be provided with one or more articulated limbs.
  • the audio visual mannequin allows the user to very simply realize by his own means the message he wishes to express from the moment he has a camera compatible with the video player system.
  • the head of the actor makes it possible to be looked at from an angle approaching 180 ° by a spectator.
  • the technique of making the video film the viewer being in this 180 ° zone will be looked straight into the eyes by the face that comes alive on the screen.
  • the present invention creates a continuous contact between the spectator and this audio-visual mannequin.
  • the mannequin is arranged in such a way that it can be used in the most varied places without any preparation. It indeed comprises, all the device necessary for its operation unlike the audio-visual mannequins of the state of the art.
  • many other advantages appear compared to existing communication media: firstly, being able to very easily personalize the audio visual mannequin according to his image via clothing. Then create your own message with infinite flexibility of use, and choose the face and the voice that passes on the video screen, and therefore to have independence of use.
  • the present invention brings together all the advantages of an individual's message, such as the impact, the perfectly realistic visual effect by eliminating all the disadvantages such as presence but also fatigue, demotivation, etc. ..
  • this audio-visual mannequin can be adapted to all countries, to all situations and realize video messages in all existing languages and dialects.
  • the assembly of the monitor (1) and the rigid structure is carried out by means of four anchoring points (7) capable of cooperating with four fixings (23) and belonging to the metallic core (24) of the structure rigid.
  • the present dummy forming the appearance of a human is formed from a metal core (24) rigid enough to support the weight of the video screen.
  • This metal structure is made from square and hollow tubes (25) and coming to fix and support the screen on the four fixings (23).
  • This skeleton made from steel or aluminum, is covered to give the shape of a body.
  • This body is made from molds that can receive a plastic injection or any other injectable way and is broken down into three parts: the legs, the trunk and the arms.
  • the legs (9) are made to fit into the skeleton of the legs.
  • the trunk (10) has been designed to fit perfectly into the metal skeleton by bringing out at the location of the neck four tubes which allow a centered fixing without any space of the body with the screen.
  • the trunk At the junction of the arms (11), the trunk has an attachment system allowing the arms to be fixed.
  • the development of the arms makes it possible to reconstitute all the possible movements by means of an articulation system (12). Hands too articulated, allow you to receive objects, such as a microphone or any other object that can hold in the hand of a real individual.
  • the base (26) in the form of a rectangular box, made of steel, aluminum or plastic, makes it possible to support the mannequin in the desired position by allocating it perfect stability.
  • This same base, mounted on casters (13), allows manipulation of the mannequin in all possible directions and without any effort.
  • This movement system is manual, but one can provide an electric or other movement system, allowing an autonomous evolution of the present dummy.
  • the reader (14) has, in addition to the conventional characteristics attached to this type of device, a "return-repeat automatic reading" function allowing the cassette to be replayed several times without any human intervention.
  • the video player is powered by a power cord capable of receiving the various known electrical standards without forgetting 12 volts.
  • An audio-video scart socket and a H.F. output connector are provided to connect the monitor to the video player.
  • an infrared detection cell (15) attached to the audio video system is embedded on the front of the base.
  • a space is provided for the storage of cassettes (16) or video discs which would not be used.
  • a location for positioning a 12-volt battery is provided (23).
  • the box has a key closure (17), therefore eliminating any risk of damage or theft of the device mentioned above.
  • an automatic power cord reel (18) is provided for the electrical supply of the mannequin inside the base.
  • On the top of this same base (26) are fixed two square and hollow tubes (19) with a diameter smaller than those making the metal skeleton described above and allow the dummy to be embedded with the base.
  • connection of the video player with the video screen is made by the passage of a coaxial cable (20) and / or a scart cable (21) inside the metal tubes forming the skeleton of the mannequin, as well as the video screen power cord to connect to the power supply device in the base (22).
  • the various parts of the present invention are assembled either by embedding or by a fixing device for securing the metal core to the monitor and this same skeleton with the arms.
  • the present audio-visual mannequin can accommodate a reproduction of a body of a man, a woman, a child or others.
  • a mechanical, electrical or electronic device can be envisaged to create a lateral and horizontal movement of the video screen, as well as an automatic movement of the arms, all to increase the visual effect of the mannequin.
  • the video message is produced by means of a video camera compatible with the video playback system, for example VHS.
  • the camera's ZOOM lens is positioned directly in front of the actor's head at eye level and at a distance of one to two meters.
  • the base of the neck being held and the back of the head pressed against the support, the face of the actor during the recording of the message can have slight lateral movements as long as the head does not overflow from its support.
  • Lighting is necessary during recording to avoid backlighting and shadows on the face. Before recording, it is advisable to prepare the actor's face with makeup to give it a better visual appearance. From there, the actor is filmed delivering one or more messages that can be spontaneous or prepared in advance. To remember a prepared message, the actor or any other person can have, beforehand recorded on audio cassette his message via a small earphone placed in his ear, repeat it or repeat the message thanks to one of the various existing visual devices such as an electronic board which sends its message. After the video recording of the message, this same message is copied continuously until the end of the videotape of the cassette which must be adapted to the standards of the video player.
  • This cassette is then inserted into the player of the audio visual mannequin previously described which then restores the desired video message on the screen while giving an extremely realistic appearance of life thanks to the technique of realization of the message and the technique of realization of the audio mannequin. -visual.
  • the audio-visual mannequin makes it possible to be dressed with clothes made for a real person, consequently, any type of clothing on the market can be intended for him. Only socks and shoes must have a free space to be able to pass the tube allowing them embedding the base with the dummy.
  • the user of the present invention will therefore be able to clothe the audio visual mannequin with clothing of his choice, and above all, for the first time, adapt the dress to the head of the actor on the monitor or vice versa.
  • the user of this mannequin unlike the known types of mannequins, will be able to recreate a harmony between the face and the dress.
