Description

Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf einen Rasierapparat mit einem Gehäuse und mit einem auf das Gehäuse aufsetzbaren und daran festhaltbaren Scherkopf, der einen Scherkopfrahmen mit zwei Längsseitenwänden und zwei Querseitenwänden und einen Folienrahmen mit ebenfalls zwei Längsseitenwänden und zwei Querseitenwänden aufweist, der zum Halten eines Folienmessers des Rasierapparates vorgesehen ist und der durch die dem Gehäuse zugewandte Rahmenöffnung des Scherkopfrahmens in einer von dem Gehäuse wegweisenden Einsetzrichtung in den Scherkopfrahmen einsetzbar und darin festhaltbar ist, und mit formschlüssig zwischen dem Scherkopfrahmen und dem Folienrahmen wirksamen Halteeinrichtungen zum formschlüssigen Festhalten des eingesetzten Folienrahmens in dem Scherkopfrahmen, die den eingesetzten Folienrahmen gegen ein Herausverstellen aus dem Scherkopfrahmen entgegen der Einsetzrichtung auf formschlüssige Weise sichern.The invention relates to a shaving apparatus with a housing and with a shaving head which can be placed on and fastened to the housing and which has a shaving head frame with two longitudinal side walls and two transverse side walls and a film frame with two longitudinal side walls and two transverse side walls, which holds a foil knife of the shaving apparatus is provided and can be inserted into and held in the shaving head frame by the frame opening of the shaving head frame facing the housing in a direction of insertion pointing away from the housing, and with positive locking devices between the shaving head frame and the film frame for positively holding the inserted film frame in the shaving head frame, the secure the inserted foil frame against being moved out of the shaving head frame against the direction of insertion in a positive manner.

Ein Rasierapparat gemäß der im vorstehenden ersten Absatz angeführten Gattung ist beispielsweise aus dem Dokument DE-A-24 05 462 bekannt. Bei dem bekannten Rasierapparat weist der Folienrahmen zwei von seinen Längsseitenwänden seitlich abstehende Halteleisten auf, die bei in den Scherkopfrahmen eingesetztem Folienrahmen in Halteschlitze in den Längsseitenwänden des Scherkopfrahmens eingeführt sind, wobei die Halteleisten und die Halteschlitze formschlüssige Verbindungen bilden, die ein formschlüssiges Festhalten des Folienrahmens im Scherkopfrahmen gewährleisten. Um die Halteleisten beim Einsetzen des Folienrahmens in den Scherkopfrahmen in die Halteschlitze bringen zu können, müssen beim Einsetzen des Folienrahmens dessen Längsseitenwände aufeinander zu gedrückt werden, damit der Abstand zwischen den freien Enden der Halteleisten einen geringeren Wert aufweist als der Abstand zwischen den Längsseitenwänden des Scherkopfrahmens. Hiedurch kommt es zu einer relativ starken mechanischen Belastung des Folienrahmens, die die Gefahr einer Beschädigung des Folienrahmens bzw. der Folie von dem Folienrahmen in sich birgt. Außerdem muß hiebei der Folienrahmen relativ nachgiebig ausgebildet sein, um ein ausreichendes Verbiegen der Längsseitenwände zu gewährleisten, was eigentlich nachteilig und unerwünscht ist. Weiters wird hiedurch bei dem bekannten Rasierapparat der Vorgang des Einführens des Folienrahmens in den Scherkopfrahmen relativ aufwendig und unpraktisch. Auch wird hierdurch bei dem bekannten Rasierapparat das Entnehmen des Folienrahmens aus dem Scherkopfrahmen, beispielsweise für Reinigungszwecke bzw. Auswechselzwecke, relativ umständlich und aufwendig, was ebenfalls von einem Benützer des Gerätes als störend bzw. unangenehmen empfunden wird.A shaver according to the type mentioned in the first paragraph above is known for example from document DE-A-24 05 462. Die Erfindung hat sich zur Aufgabe gestellt, die bei einem bekannten Rasierapparat gemäß der im ersten Absatz angeführten Gattung auftretenden Schwierigkeiten zu vermeiden und einen Rasierapparat zu schaffen, bei dem sowohl das Einsetzen als auch das Entnehmen des Folienrahmens aus dem Scherkopfrahmen auf besonders einfache Weise möglich ist. Hierfür ist die Erfindung dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die beiden Querseitenwände des Scherkopfrahmens gegenüber den beiden Querseitenwänden des Folienrahmens in Richtung zum Gehäuse des Rasierapparates hin mit je einer von dem Scherkopfrahmen abstehenden Wandverlängerung verlängert ausgebildet sind und daß an der Innenseite der Wandverlängerung jeder Querseitenwand des Scherkopfrahmens als formschlüssig wirksame Halteeinrichtung ein an der Wandverlängerung abgestützter, sich im wesentlichen in Richtung der Wandverlängerung zum Folienrahmen hin erstreckender, entgegen Federkraft quer zur Wandverlängerung verstellbarer Riegel vorgesehen ist, mit dessen freiem Ende der Folienrahmen im Scherkopfrahmen formschlüssig festhaltbar ist.The invention has set itself the task of avoiding the difficulties encountered in a known razor according to the type mentioned in the first paragraph and to provide a razor in which both the insertion and the removal of the film frame from the shaving head frame is possible in a particularly simple manner . Auf diese Weise ist erreicht, daß an dem Folienrahmen zum formschlüssigen Festhalten desselben in dem Scherkopfrahmen überhaupt keine zusätzlichen Maßnahmen erforderlich sind, so daß an dem Folienrahmen keine zusätzlichen Vorsprünge, Leisten, Vertiefungen oder dergleichen zum formschlüssigen Festhalten desselben vorgesehen werden müssen, was im Hinblick auf eine möglichst einfache und störungsunanfällige Ausbildung günstig ist. Weiters ist auf diese Weise erreicht, daß das in der Einsetzrichtung durchzuführende Einsetzen des Folienrahmens in den Scherkopfrahmen einfach durch Einschieben desselben durch die dem Gehäuse zugewandte Rahmenöffnung des Scherkopfrahmens hindurch und ohne Deformation desselben erfolgen kann, ohne daß hierbei eine zusätzliche separate Handhabung vorgenommen werden muß. Ebenso kann das entgegen der Einsetzrichtung durchzuführende Entfernen des Folienrahmens aus dem Scherkopfrahmen hierdurch auf sehr einfache Weise und ohne Deformation desselben vorgenommen werden, da lediglich die beiden verstellbaren Riegel in Richtung zu den Wandverlängerungen der beiden Querseitenwände des Scherkopfrahmens hin verstellt zu werden brauchen, wonach dann der Folienrahmen einfach aus dem Scherkopfrahmen entnommen werden kann. Weiters ist hierdurch erreicht, daß der Folienrahmen, der weder beim Einsetzen in den Scherkopfrahmen noch beim Entnehmen aus dem Scherkopfrahmen einer Deformation unterworfen werden muß, steif und robust ausgebildet werden kann, was im Hinblick auf eine möglichst große Stabilität des Folienrahmens vorteilhaft ist.In this way it is achieved that no additional measures are required at all on the film frame for the form-fitting holding of the same in the shaving head frame, so that no additional projections, strips, depressions or the like must be provided on the film frame for the form-fitting holding thereof, with regard to training that is as simple as possible and susceptible to malfunction is cheap. Es kann erwähnt werden, daß aus dem Dokument DE-C2-28 57 468 ein Rasierapparat mit einem Gehäuse und mit einem auf das Gehäuse aufsetzbaren und daran festhaltbaren Scherkopf bekannt ist, wobei der Scherkopf einen Scherkopfrahmen mit zwei Längsseitenwänden und zwei Querseitenwänden und einen Folienrahmen mit ebenfalls zwei Längsseitenwänden und zwei Querseitenwänden aufweist, wobei der Folienrahmen zum Halten eines Folienmessers des Rasierapparates vorgesehen ist und durch die dem Gehäuse zugewandte Rahmenöffnung des Scherkopfrahmens in einer von dem Gehäuse wegweisenden Einsetzrichtung in den Scherkopfrahmen einsetzbar und darin festhaltbar ist. Bei diesem bekannten Rasierapparat sind aber zum Festhalten des eingesetzten Folienrahmens in dem Scherkopfrahmen keine formschlüssig, sondern kraftschlüssig wirksame Halteeinrichtungen vorgesehen, die durch Rastmittel gebildet sind. Solche kraftschlüssig wirksame Rastmittel bieten hinsichtlich eines sicheren Festhaltens des Folienrahmens in dem Scherkopfrahmen deutlich weniger Sicherheit als formschlüssig wirksame Halteeinrichtungen, wie sie bei einem erfindungsgemäßen Rasierapparat vorgesehen sind. Bei dem bekannten Rasierapparat sind hierbei zwei mit dem Folienrahmen einstückig verbundene, quer zur Einsetzrichtung federnde Lappen vorgesehen, von denen je einer von einer Querseitenwand des Folienrahmens in der Einsetzrichtung absteht. Im Endbereich jedes dieser Lappen ist ein von dem betreffenden Lappen quer zu der Einsetzrichtung abstehender halbkugelförmiger Vorsprung als erster Teil der kraftschlüssig wirksamen Rastmittel vorgesehen. Zum Aufnehmen je eines halbkugelförmigen Vorsprunges ist in jeder Querseitenwand des Scherkopfrahmens eine halbkugelförmige Vertiefung als zweiter Teil der kraftschlüssig wirksamen Rastmittel vorgesehen. Es sind somit zum kraftschlüssigen Festhalten des Folienrahmens in dem Scherkopfrahmen, was weniger sicher als ein formschlüssiges Festhalten ist, sowohl am Folienrahmen als auch am Scherkopfrahmen Teile von Rastmitteln erforderlich, was hinsichtlich einer baulich und funktionsmäßig möglichst einfachen Ausbildung ungünstig ist. Demgegenüber sind bei einem erfindungsgemäßen Rasierapparat an dem Folienrahmen desselben überhaupt keine zusätzlichen Maßnahmen bzw. Hierbei ist aber der Folienrahmen nur durch die von dem Gehäuse des Rasierapparates abgewandte Rahmenöffnung des Scherkopfrahmens in den Scherkopfrahmen einsetzbar, was in manchen Fällen ungünstig und unerwünscht ist, und weist der Folienrahmen zum formschlüssigen Festhalten desselben in dem Scherkopfrahmen zusätzlich vorgesehene, mit seinen Längsseitenwänden einstückig verbundene Lappen auf, die gegenüber den Längsseitenwänden des Folienrahmens mit geringem Winkel nach außen angestellt sind und in denen je eine Halteöffnung vorgesehen ist, die mit von den Längsseitenwänden des Scherkopfrahmens abstehenden Haltestiften zusammenwirken. Weiters kann erwähnt werden, daß aus dem Dokument EP-B1-0 161 508 ein Rasierapparat bekannt ist, bei dem ebenfalls ein Scherkopfrahmen und ein in diesen Scherkopfrahmen einsetzbarer und in diesem formschlüssig festhaltbarer Folienrahmen vorgesehen sind, wobei aber das Einsetzen des Folienrahmens in den Scherkopfrahmen ebenfalls nur durch die von dem Gehäuse des Rasierapparates abgewandte Rahmenöffnung des Scherkopfrahmens hindurch möglich ist, was in machen Fällen ungünstig und unerwünscht ist. Bei diesem bekannten Rasierapparat weist der Folienrahmen zum formschlüssigen Festhalten desselben im Scherkopfrahmen ebenfalls zusätzliche Mittel auf, nämlich verstellbare Halteblöcke, die bei in den Scherkopfrahmen eingesetztem Folienrahmen hinter Halteschultern am Scherkopfrahmen einfallen. Weiters kann erwähnt werden, daß aus dem Dokument DE-C2-33 02 610, und zwar aus den Figuren 3.1, 3.2 und 4 desselben, ein Rasierapparat bekannt ist, bei dem ebenfalls ein Scherkopfrahmen und ein in diesen Scherkopfrahmen einsetzbarer und in diesem formschlüssig festhaltbarer Folienrahmen vorgesehen sind, wobei aber das Einsetzen des Folienrahmens in den Scherkopfrahmen ebenfalls nur durch die von dem Gehäuse des Rasierapparates abgewandte Rahmenöffnung des Scherkopfrahmens hindurch möglich ist, was in machen Fällen ungünstig und unerwünscht ist. Bei diesem bekannten Rasierapparat weist der Folienrahmen zum formschlüssigen Festhalten desselben im Scherkopfrahmen ebenfalls zusätzliche Mittel auf, nämlich an den beiden Querseiten des Folienrahmens angebrachte federnde Zungen, an denen je ein Loch zum Zusammenwirken mit je einem angepaßt ausgebildeten, am Scherkopfrahmen vorgesehenen Vorsprung vorgesehen ist. Demgegenüber sind bei einem erfindungsgemäßen Rasierapparat an dessen Folienrahmen vorteilhafterweise überhaupt keine zusätzlichen Maßnahmen bzw. Hierdurch sind mechanische Vibrationen zwischen dem Gehäuse 2 des Rasierapparates 1 und dem Scherkopf 10 bzw. dessen Scherkopfrahmen 12 unterbunden, so daß keine durch solche Vibrationen begründete Lärmentwicklung auftreten kann und ein leise arbeitender Rasierapparat erhalten wird. Die Befestigung der Haarstaubdichtung 107 im Rasierapparat 1 erfolgt mit Hilfe von zwei federnden Klammern 119 und 120. Erwünschtenfalls kann die Abstufung 126 auch in den beiden kürzeren Seitenwänden 110 und 111 der Haarstaubdichtung 107 einen wellenförmigen Verlauf aufweisen. Durch das Vorsehen der Abstufung 126 mit einem wellenförmigen Verlauf ist erreicht, daß die durch die Abstufung 126 mit einem wellenförmigen Verlauf voneinander getrennten Wandabschnitte der flächenmäßig großen Seitenwände 108 und 109 praktisch nur parallel zu diesen Wandabschnitten verlaufende Bewegungen ausführen, so daß diese Seitenwände 108 und 109 der Haarstaubdichtung 107 keine Wirkung wie eine akustische Membrane haben. A shaving apparatus (1) comprising a housing (2) and a shaving head (10) adapted to be placed onto and to be secured to the housing (2), which shaving head comprises a shaving-head frame (12) having two longitudinal side walls (13, 14) and two transverse side walls (15, 16) and a foil frame (31) likewise having two longitudinal side walls (33, 34) and two transverse side walls (35, 36) and adapted to hold a foil cutter (71) of the shaving apparatus (1) and to be mounted and locked in the shaving-head frame (12) through a shaving-head frame (12) opening facing the housing (2) in a mounting direction away from housing (2), and positive locking devices (65, 66) acting between the shaving-head frame (12) and the foil frame (31) for positively locking the foil frame (31) mounted in the shaving-head frame (12), which locking devices positively lock the mounted foil frame (31) against a removal from the shaving-head frame (12) in a direction opposite to the mounting direction, characterized in that the two transverse side walls (15, 16) of the shaving-head frame (12) are extended relative to the two transverse side walls (35, 36) of the foil frame (31) in a direction towards the housing (2) of the shaving apparatus (1) by a wall extension (61, 62), and the inner side of the wall extension (61, 62) of the shaving-head frame (12) carries as a positive locking device (65, 66) a latch (65, 66) supported on the wall extension (61, 62), extending substantially in the direction of the wall extension (61, 62) towards the foil frame (31), and movable transversely to the wall extension (61, 62) against spring force, the free end (67, 68) of said latch being capable of positively locking the foil frame (31) in the shaving-head frame (12).
  2. A shaving apparatus (1) as claimed in Claim 1, characterized in that the latch (65, 66) provided as a positive locking device (65, 66) is formed by a blade spring (65, 66) (Figs. 2, 4).
  3. A shaving apparatus (1) as claimed in Claim 1 or 2, characterized in that there is provided a spring (57, 58) acting between each contact portion (53, 54) connected to a transverse side wall (15, 16) of the shaving-head frame (12) and each contact portion (39, 40) connected to the adjacent transverse side wall (35, 36) of the foil frame (31), which spring urges the foil frame (31) in a direction opposite to the mounting direction towards the shaving-head frame (12) opening which faces the housing (2) and, consequently, towards the free end (67, 68) of the latch (65, 66) provided as a positive locking device (65, 66) (Figs. 2, 4).
