Description

The invention relates to a connection plate on a support frame, in particular for fastening sanitary connection lines, by means which releasably connect the connection plate to profile rods of the support frame.

A known valve plate is fastened to square tubes of a support frame by means of screws and has a plurality of openings which are arranged at a predetermined distance from one another and which are provided for fastening valves and their connecting lines, in particular for hot and cold water connections. With such a connection plate on a support frame, a comparatively simple pre-wall installation of fittings is possible. The attachment of the dash panel to the support frame is comparatively labor intensive. The invention is therefore based on the object of providing a connection plate of the type mentioned which is much easier to assemble animals and which still meets the sanitary requirements.

The object is achieved in that the means mentioned are rotary catch connectors, which each reach through a lateral recess in the connection plate and are latched into a longitudinal groove in a profile rod. By snapping the rotary latch connector into a longitudinal groove of a profile bar, a positive connection can be created between the rotary latch connector and the profile bar, which effectively prevents the rotary connector from moving along the profile bar. Since the rotary latch connectors can be inserted and locked into any position on the longitudinal groove, the connecting plate can be attached to the support frame in a stepless manner. Adjusting and aligning the connection plate is thus much easier than before. No tools are required to attach the connection plate to the support frame, which considerably simplifies assembly. It has been shown that such rotary latch connectors can be produced very inexpensively and yet permanently and robustly as injection molded parts made of plastic or from die casting. It is also advantageous that fewer individual parts are necessary, so that finally a connection plate was created on a support frame, which can obviously be realized with relatively few, simple components, and which not only takes excellent account of the sanitary requirements, but is also inexpensive and reliable due to its simple execution.

Mit quer verlaufenden Profilstangen 10c sind die erwähnten Profilstangen mit weiteren parallel dahinter angeordneten Profilstangen 10d verbunden.FIG. 2 schematically shows a support frame 13 which has a three-dimensional structure and which is fastened to a building wall 19 and a floor 20. A connection plate 1 made of sheet metal with connection openings 3 is attached to vertical profile bars 10a and a horizontal profile bar 10b. With transverse profile bars 10c, the profile bars mentioned are connected to further profile bars 10d arranged in parallel behind them.

The washstand 14 is fastened to the profile bars 10a in a known manner with bolts, not shown here. The water connection lines 18 are connected in a known manner to openings 3 of the connection plate 1 and lead through these openings 3 to a fitting 21, which is a tap, for example. As can be seen, the front of the connection plate 1 is flush with the front of the profile rods 10a and 10b.

6 mit Profilstangen 10 zu verbinden.1 shows, the connection plate 1 is box-shaped and has a flat rectangular front side 2, and side parts 5 and 6 bent at right angles. The front has the connection openings mentioned above 3, which can be circular as shown here. To fasten the connection plate 1 to profile rods 11, the connection plate 1 also has a plurality of openings 4 which extend along the bending edges 9 and around them. These openings 4 each have a slot 4a arranged on the front for inserting a rotary catch connector 15. The slot 4a is each connected to a slot 4b extending transversely to this, which extends in a side part 5 or 6 and through which a head 16 of a rotary latch connector 15 can be inserted into a groove 11 of a profile rod 10. The connection plate 1 shown here has two openings 4 on the side parts 6 and an opening 4 on the shorter side parts 5. The connection plate 1 can thus be connected to a profile rod 10 on all sides. However, it is also possible here to connect the connecting plate 1 to two profiled rods 10 only on two side parts 5 and 6.

The profile rods 10 are hollow square tubes and have a longitudinally extending dovetail groove 11 on each side. In the groove base, the profile bars 10 are each profiled by means of transverse grooves 12. The function of these grooves 12 is explained in more detail below with reference to FIGS. 4 to 7.

The rotary latch connector 15 shown in these figures is made in one piece from a suitable plastic as an injection molded part and has a lobed handle 17 on which a laterally projecting head 16 is molded. This head 16 is designed to correspond to the grooves 11 and has laterally opposite undercuts 16a and a protruding locking cam 16b on the front. The undercuts 16a merge in opposite directions into curved guide surfaces 16c. The distance between opposite guide surfaces 16c is equal to or less than the smallest width of a dovetail groove 11. In order to connect a connecting plate 1 to a profile rod 10, a side part 5 or 6 is applied flat to a profile rod 10, the front side being visible from FIG 2 is exactly flush with one side of the profile rod 10. A rotary latch connector 15 is inserted into the connection plate 1 through a slot 4a of an opening 4 or from the rear of the plate 1 and the head 16 is inserted into a groove 11 through the slot 14b. The handle 15 then protrudes from the front of the connection plate 1 as shown in FIG. 4. If the rotary catch connector 15 on the handle 17 is turned 90 ° in the direction of the arrow 21, the rotary catch connector 15 rotates about a pivot axis 22 extending through the cam 16b. This pivoting movement causes the handle 17 to be sunk behind the front side 2 through the slot 4a and the head 16 is in a dovetail groove 11 by the side undercuts 16a and clamped and locked by the cam 16b engaging in a groove 12. The latching connection can thus be closed from the front. The laterally present undercuts 16a prevent movement of the rotary connector 15 transversely to the profile rod 10 and the cams 16b prevent movement of the rotary connector 15 in the longitudinal direction of the profile rod 10. The latched position of the rotary connector 15 is shown in FIG. 5. A longitudinal displacement of the connection plate 1 in the longitudinal direction of the profile rod 10 is likewise not possible, since the side part 5 is in contact with the head 16 on both sides of the slot 4b and, moreover, the side part 5 is clamped flat between the handle 17 and the profile rod 10. The connecting plate 1 is thus positively and non-positively connected to the profiled rod 10 in the two longitudinal directions of the profiled rod 10 and in a transverse direction.

As can be seen, the rotary latch connector 15 can be inserted into the opening 4 without tools and locked in the groove 11. It is just as easy to loosen the rotary catch connector 15, for example for readjustment.

A subsequently applied planking plate 23 (FIG. 5) prevents the connector 15 from swiveling unintentionally and thus from releasing the latching connection.

As shown in FIG. 1, the side parts 5 and 6 each have two protruding cams 7 which engage in a groove 11 of a profiled rod 10, these cams 7 being essentially as wide as a groove 11. This ensures that a on a support frame 13 attached connection plate 1 is flush on the front with the adjacent profile bars 10. However, the connection plate 1 is not only flush on the front side, but also has no protruding parts which would impede the assembly of a fitting or a sanitary article. The cams 7 also secure the connecting plate 1 against twisting, which is why a rotary catch connector 15 on one side of the plate is generally sufficient.

The connection plate 1 shown in Fig. 1 is usually attached to both side parts 5. At the same time, the plate can also be fastened to horizontally extending profile bars 10. Of course, it is also possible to fasten the plate 1 to a support frame 13 rotated through 90 °.
