Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples.
Before the present invention is described in detail, it should be noted that in the following description, similar components are denoted by the same reference numerals.
Referring to fig. 1, 2 and 3, a first embodiment of the lamp module of the present invention is adapted to be detachably connected to a rod 11. The lamp module comprises a base 2, a lamp unit 3, a clamping unit 4 and a sleeving unit 5.
The base 2 includes a body 21, and a dovetail slot 22 recessed in the body 21 along a first axis L1 and extending along a mounting axis D perpendicular to the first axis L1. One end of the dovetail groove 22 in the mounting axial direction D is open.
The body has a bottom wall 211 intersecting the first axis L1, a side wall 212 extending from a partial periphery of the bottom wall 211 along an extending direction of the first axis L1, a top wall 213 extending from the side wall 212 toward the first axis L1, and a through groove 216 penetrating the bottom wall 211 and partially surrounding the first axis L1. In the present embodiment, the through groove 216 has a U-shaped profile perpendicular to the first axis L1.
The slot 216 has a first region 217 and two spaced apart second regions 218 extending from opposite ends of the first region 217 in the mounting axis direction D toward the open end of the dovetail slot 22.
The bottom wall 211 is made of flexible material and has a deformation portion 214 located between the second regions 218 and adjacent to the first regions 217, and a fixing portion 215 connected to the deformation portion 214 and located between the second regions 218 and adjacent to an end of each second region 218 opposite to the first region 217. The deformation portion 214 can be deformed along the extending direction of the first axis L1 by applying a force to the deformation portion 214, and the deformation portion 214 can be returned to the original position by the characteristic of a flexible material after the force is removed.
The dovetail slot 22 is defined by the bottom wall 211, the side walls 212, and the top wall 213.
Referring to fig. 2, 3 and 4, the dovetail slot 22 has a sliding opening 221 surrounded by the top wall 213. The slide opening 221 has a force-passing region 222 adjacent to an open end of the dovetail groove 22, a catching region 223 opposite to the force-passing region 222 in the mounting axial direction D, and a positioning region 224 between the force-passing region 222 and the catching region 223. The groove widths of the forced penetration area 222, the blocking area 223 and the positioning opening area 224 perpendicular to the mounting axial direction D are respectively a first length T1, a second length T2 and a third length T3, and the third length T3 is greater than the first length T1 and the second length T2.
The lamp unit 3 is detachably mounted to the base 2 along the mounting axis direction D. The lamp unit 3 includes a lamp body 31 and a positioning member 32 fixed behind the lamp body 31. The positioning member 32 is slidably disposed in the dovetail groove 22 along the mounting axis direction D through an open end of the dovetail groove 22.
The positioning member 32 has a head 321 adjacent to the bottom wall 211, a neck 322 connected between the head 321 and the lamp body 31 and capable of sliding along the dovetail groove 22, wherein the contour of the neck perpendicular to the first axis L1 is smaller than the contour of the head 321, and two anti-backlash adjusting portions 323 connected to the rear of the lamp body 31.
The long and short directions defining the profile of the neck 322 perpendicular to the first axis L1 extend along a second axis L2 and a third axis L3, respectively, and have lengths of a fourth length T4 and a fifth length T5, respectively. The length of the neck 322 along the extension direction of the second axis L2 (i.e., and the fourth length T4) is greater than the slot width of the forced-puncture region 222 (i.e., the first length T1).
The anti-backlash adjustment portions 323 extend from the neck portion 322 oppositely and outwardly along the extending direction of the second axis L2, and the contour perpendicular to the first axis L1 protrudes from the contour of the head portion 321 perpendicular to the first axis L1.
The slot width of the catching opening area 223 of the dovetail slot 22 (i.e., the second length T2) corresponds to the length of the neck 322 along the extending direction of the third axis L3 (i.e., the fifth length T5). The slot width of the locating port region 224 (i.e., the third length T3) corresponds to the length of the neck 322 corresponding to the extending direction of the second axis L2 (i.e., the fourth length T4).
The locking unit 4 includes a protrusion 41 extending from the dovetail groove 22 along the mounting axis direction D and connected to the deformation portion 214, and a locking groove 42 formed on a side of the head portion 321 opposite to the lamp body 31.
The protrusion 41 has a connecting portion 412 connected to the deforming portion 214, and a sliding portion 413 opposite to the connecting portion 412 along the first axis L1 and adjacent to the engaging groove 42. The profile of the protrusion 41 perpendicular to the first axis L1 is gradually enlarged from the sliding portion 413 toward the connecting portion 412.
Referring to fig. 2, 3 and 5, the engaging groove 42 has a connecting region 422, two engaging regions 423 extending from the connecting region 422 in opposite directions along the extending direction of the third axis L3, and two sliding regions 424 extending from the connecting region 422 in opposite directions along the extending direction of the second axis L2 and spaced from the engaging regions 423 at an angle. In this embodiment, the extension direction of the sliding region 424 is perpendicular to the extension direction of the locking region 423.
One end of each sliding region 424 opposite to the connecting region 422 is open outward along its extending direction and is provided for the protrusion 41 to slide into and extend into the engaging groove 42. Each of the clamping regions 423 is closed at an end opposite to the connection region 422. The length of the connecting portion 412 of the projection 41 in the mounting axial direction D is greater than the groove width of the connecting region 422 corresponding to the catching region 423.
The engaging groove 42 is capable of rotating about the first axis L1 between a detached position (see fig. 6) and an engaged position (see fig. 5) relative to the protrusion 41, and rotates the lamp unit 3 about the first axis L1 relative to the base 2.
Referring to fig. 6 and 7, when the engaging groove 42 is at the detaching position, the protrusion 41 is located in the sliding region 424 and the connecting region 422, the sliding region 424 is in the same direction as the mounting axis direction D, the neck portion 322 corresponds to the engaging opening region 223, and the length direction of the lamp body 31 is in the same direction as the mounting axis direction D.
Referring to fig. 1 and 5, when the engaging groove 42 is at the engaging position, the protrusion 41 is located in the engaging region 423 and the connecting region 422, the engaging region 423 is in the same direction as the mounting axis direction D, the neck portion 322 corresponds to the positioning opening region 224, and the longitudinal direction of the lamp body 31 is perpendicular to the mounting axis direction D.
The sheathing unit 5 includes two hooking members 51 respectively connected to two opposite sides of the base 2 along the installation axis direction D, and an elastic ring 52 inserted and fastened between the hooking members 51.
Referring to fig. 3, 5 and 6, when assembling the lamp module, a user needs to first operate to make the base 2 correspond to the rod 11, and to snap the elastic ring 52 between the hooking members 51, so that the base 2, the hooking members 51 and the elastic ring 52 are suitable for being wound around the rod 11, and the base 2 can be fixed on the rod 11.
Then, the short direction of the neck 322 of the lamp unit 3 is made to correspond to the open end of the dovetail groove 22 (i.e. the fifth length T5 shown in fig. 4 is made to correspond to the first length T1), so that the positioning member 32 slides into the dovetail groove 22, and the protrusion 41 slides into the engaging groove 42 corresponding to the opening of one of the sliding areas 424.
When the neck 322 slides to the corresponding blocking-up area 223, the protrusion 41 is located in the sliding area 424 and the connecting area 422, and the sliding area 424 is in the same direction as the mounting axis D, and at this time, the blocking-up groove 42 reaches the detached position.
The lamp unit 3 is rotated around the first axis L1 relative to the base 2 by the following operation, the neck 322 is made to correspond to the positioning hole area 224, the protrusion 41 is located in the locking area 423 and the connection area 422, the locking area 423 is in the same direction as the mounting axis D, and the locking groove 42 reaches the coupling position and is assembled. Since one end of each locking region 423 opposite to the connection region 422 is closed, when the locking groove 42 is in the engaging position, the positioning member 32 of the lamp unit 3 cannot slide out of the dovetail groove 22 along the installation axis direction D.
In the process of rotating the engaging groove 42 from the detaching position to the engaging position through the above operation, since the length of the protrusion 41 along the mounting axial direction D is greater than the width of the connecting region 422 corresponding to the engaging region 423 (see fig. 8), the head portion 321 surrounding the connecting region 422 will press against the protrusion 41 to drive the deformation portion 214 to deform in the direction away from the engaging groove 42 (see fig. 9 and 10) and away from the connecting region 422.
Referring to fig. 11, when the engaging groove 42 reaches the engaging position, the deformation portion 214 approaches the engaging groove 42 again by the elastic restoring force of the flexible material, so that the protrusion 41 extends into the connecting region 422 and the locking region 423.
Referring to fig. 4, 5 and 6, since the groove width of the notch area 224 (i.e., the third length T3) is wider and the groove width of the notch area 223 (i.e., the second length T2) is narrower, a slight force is required to make the neck 322 support the top wall 213 at the intersection between the notch area 223 and the notch area 224 during the rotation from the detachment position (the solid line position in fig. 4) to the engagement position (the imaginary line position in fig. 4), so that the neck 322 can slide to correspond to the notch area 224.
Similarly, when the user wants to detach the lamp unit 3 from the base 2, the user needs to operate to rotate the lamp unit 3 around the first axis L1 relative to the base 2, and slightly apply a force to make the neck 322 force the top wall 213 to slide to the corresponding block entrance area 223 corresponding to the junction of the block entrance area 223 and the positioning entrance area 224, so that the block groove 42 returns to the detachment position, and then the user can operate to slide the positioning member 32 along the mounting axis D to slide out from the open end of the dovetail groove 22, thereby completing detachment.
Referring to fig. 8 and 12, in addition, when the engaging groove 42 is at the engaging position (see fig. 12), the gap-eliminating adjustment portion 323 can be forced to abut against a surface of the top wall 213 opposite to the head portion 321, so that the head portion 321 and the top wall 213 can be engaged more tightly and are not easy to release; in contrast, when the engaging groove 42 is at the disengaged position (see fig. 8), the backlash adjustment part 323 on the left side of fig. 8 can be pressed against the surface of the top wall 213 opposite to the head part 321, but since the backlash adjustment part 323 on the right side of fig. 8 does not provide a pressing force corresponding to the pierce region 222, the lamp body 31 can be operated to rotate with only a slight force.
Therefore, when a user needs to disassemble and assemble the lamp unit 3 to replace the battery, the user only needs to rotate the lamp unit 3 to complete the disassembly and assembly without using other tools, the use is very convenient, and the disassembly and assembly can be completed only by a small working space.
It should be particularly noted that, in the detaching process, the user needs to apply a slight force to make the neck portion 322 forcibly support the boundary between the top wall 213 and the positioning opening region 224 to rotate the engaging groove 42 to the detaching position, so that the engaging groove 42 cannot be easily rotated to the detaching position to detach during normal use.
Referring to fig. 4 and 6, in addition, when a user wants to slide the positioning member 32 into the dovetail slot 22 during assembly, if the long direction of the neck portion 322 of the lamp unit 3 is made to correspond to the open end of the dovetail groove 22 (i.e. the extending direction of the third axis L3 is made to be the same as the mounting axial direction D), since the length of the neck 322 along the extending direction of the second axis L2 (i.e. the fourth length T4) is greater than the slot width of the forced-puncture region 222 (i.e. the first length T1), it will not slide into the dovetail groove 22, and therefore it is ensured that the end of the neck 322 which is open in the direction corresponding to the dovetail groove 22 will slide into the dovetail groove when assembled, when the positioning element 32 slides into the dovetail groove 22, the protrusion 41 can slide into the engaging groove 42 corresponding to the opening of one of the sliding areas 424.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment, the deformation portion 214 is provided, so that the protrusion 41 can be away from the engaging groove 42 and the engaging groove 42 can be rotated to another position in the process of rotating the engaging groove 42 between the detaching position and the combining position, however, the invention is not limited thereto, and in other implementation manners, the protrusion 41 or the head portion 321 may be made of a flexible material without providing the deformation region 214, and when the engaging groove 42 is rotated between the detaching position and the combining position, the protrusion 41 or the head portion 321 is deformed by the characteristics of the flexible material to cooperate with the engaging groove 42 to rotate to another position.
Referring to fig. 13, a second embodiment of the lamp module of the present invention is similar to the first embodiment, and the difference is:
the lamp module is suitable for being clamped on an object (not shown).
The lamp module further comprises a clamping unit 6. The clamping unit 6 is connected to a side of the base 2 opposite to the lamp unit 3 and is capable of cooperating with the base 2 to clamp two opposite sides of the object, and includes a clamping wall 61 disposed behind the bottom wall 211 of the base 2, and a connecting wall 62 connecting between the base 2 and the clamping wall 61 and capable of providing a force to make the clamping wall 61 constantly approach the bottom wall 211.
When the user uses the lamp unit 3, the user can assemble the lamp unit to the base 2, and operate the holding wall 61 and the bottom wall 211 to hold the clothes (not shown) of the user, for example: collar, cuff, or underpants, etc., to remind others to draw the attention of passers-by.
Thus, the second embodiment can achieve the same purpose and effect as the first embodiment.
It should be noted that in other embodiments, the lamp module may also include two bases 2, and connect one set unit 5 and one clamping unit 6, respectively, one of the bases 2 is fixed on one rod 11 by the set unit 5, when a user rides the bicycle, the lamp unit 3 may be assembled on the base 2 fixed on the rod 11, and when the user has to leave the bicycle or encounters rain, the lamp unit 3 may be taken down and assembled on the other base 2 and fixed on the user's clothes by the clamping unit 6, so that the lamp module can be conveniently carried.
In summary, by providing the protrusion 41 and the engaging groove 42, the user can rotate the lamp unit 3 around the first axis L1 to rotate the engaging groove 42 between the detaching position and the coupling position with respect to the protrusion 41 without using any other tool, and further detach or assemble the lamp unit 3 from the base 2 to the base 2, which is very convenient in use and can be detached with only a small working space, thereby achieving the object of the present invention.
