Claims (7)

  1. Bördelkopf zum dichten Schließen von Konservendosen (1) durch Bördeln des Deckels (1b) auf den Dosenkörper (1a), mit wenigstens einem Bördelrad (3), das auf einem beweglichen Stützteil (4) angebracht ist, das es dreht, in einer Ebene parallel zur Arbeitsebene (P), auf der die zu bördelnde Dose (1) ruht, gemäß einer Bahn derart, daß es sich exakt entlang der Kontur der Dose bewegt, unter Andruck gegen diese, um das Bördeln des Randes des Deckels (1b) an dem Rand des Dosenkörpers (1a) auszuführen, wobei das Rad (3) über das Stützteil (4) gezwungen wird, dieser Bahn mittels diesen zugeordneten Führungseinrichtungen zu folgen, wobei diese einerseits eine erste drehbare Rolle (10) mit zur Arbeitsebene senkrechter Achse und verbunden mit dem Stützteil, und eine zylindrische Nockenoberfläche (7a) aufweist, deren Erzeugende ebenfalls senkrecht zur Arbeitsebene sich entlang eines geeigneten Weges folgen, der sich parallel zur Arbeitsebene erstreckt, wobei die erste Rolle (10) gegen die Nockenoberfläche (7a) unter der Einwirkung einer zweiten drehenden Rolle (11) rollt, die benachbart zur ersten Rolle (10) angeordnet ist und sich um dieselbe Achse dreht, und, gegenüber der vorgenannten Nokkenoberfläche, eine Gegennockenoberfläche (7b) für diese zweite Rolle (11) vorgesehen ist, die eine Andruckoberfläche und Rolloberfläche bildet, die parallel zur Nokkenoberfläche (7a) läuft,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zweite Rolle (11) eine bombierte oder ausgebuchtete Umfangsoberfläche aufweist, ihr Schnitt durch eine radiale Ebene eine gekrümmte konvexe Linie ist, die nach außen gedreht ist, und ihre Gegennockenoberfläche (7b) eine leichte Neigung bezüglich der Richtung der gemeinsamen Achse (Z) der beiden Rollen (10, 11) bietet, und daß die relative Position, entlang der Richtung dieser Achse, der zweiten Rolle (11) und der Gegennockenoberfläche (7b) einstellbar ist, um die Regelung oder Einstellung des Spiels zwischen den beiden Rollenanordnungen und den Nockenoberflächen und Gegennockenoberflächen, zwischen denen diese Anordnung eingesetzt ist, zu ermöglichen.
  2. Bördelkopf nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zweite Rolle (11) einen Durchmesser aufweist, der geringer ist als jener der ersten Rolle (10), und daß die Nockenoberfläche (7a) eine Querabmessung aufweist, die die zusammengesetzte Dicke der beiden benachbarten Rollen (10, 11) abdeckt, während die Gegennockenoberfläche (7b) eine geringere Querabmessung aufweist, derart, daß sie sich nur gegenüber der zweiten Rolle (11) erstreckt.
  3. Bördelkopf nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Oberflächen des Nockens und des Gegennockens aus Flanken (7a, 7b) eines Halses bzw. einer Vertiefung (7) gebildet sind, die in einer Platte (8) eingebracht ist, entlang eines geeigneten Weges, und mit einem konstanten Querschnitt, wobei die zweite Rolle (11) sich in der Nähe des Bodens (7c) dieser Vertiefung befindet.
  4. Bördelkopf nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Abstand zwischen der Oberfläche des Gegennockens (7b) und der Arbeitsebene (P) konstant ist, und daß die Einstellung des Spiegels durch Bewegen wenigstens der zweiten Rolle (11) in die Richtung ihrer Achse (Z) bezüglich der Ebene ausgeführt wird.
  5. Bördelkopf nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der gegenseitige Abstand der beiden Rollen (10, 11) entlang der Richtung ihrer gemeinsamen Achse (Z) konstant ist.
  6. Bördelkopf nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Abstand zwischen der Oberfläche des Gegennockens (7b) und der Arbeitsebene (P) konstant ist, daß die beiden Rollen (10, 11) koaxial um einen selben Lagerzapfen (9) angebracht sind, auf dem sie in axialer Richtung verteilt sind, und daß dieser Lagerzapfen mit dem Stützteil (4), der das Rad (3) trägt, durch Befestigungseinrichtungen verbunden ist, die die Einstellung seiner Position bezüglich der die Richtung der gemeinsamen Achse (Z) der beiden Rollen folgenden Ebene ermöglicht.
  7. Bördelkopf nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Lagerzapfen (9) ein Gewindeende (9a) aufweist, das sich in eine Gewindeöffnung einschraubt, die in dem Stützteil (4) ausgebildet ist, entlang der Richtung der gemeinsamen Achse (Z) der beiden Rollen (10, 11), wobei dieser Hohlraum durch einen radialen Spalt (13) derart geöffnet ist, daß er sich zwischen zwei elastisch verformbaren Gabelarmen ausbildet, die gegeneinander verklemmt oder gelöst werden können, um dazwischen den Lagerzapfen (9) an dem Stützteil (4) zu blockieren oder die Einstellung seiner Position durch zunehmendes Schrauben oder Losschrauben zu ermöglichen.
