- the present invention relates to a new type of wooden material of the glulam type, material which in the following description will be designated by the expression "beam”.

Claims (5)
- Balkenartiges Bauelement mit rechteckigem Querschnitt, welches aus Lagen, bestehend aus verleimtem Schichtholz hergestellt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßes mindestens zwei übereinander liegende und miteinander verleimte Anordnungen (1,2) umfaßt, die jeweils aus einer Lage von mindestens drei Schichten (2a,2b) mit rechteckigem Querschnitt gebildeten, verleimten Schichtholzes bestehen, wobei die Schichten nebeneinander, ohne Versetzung zueinander angeordnet sind;es eine derartige Struktur aufweist, daß unter Berücksichtigung der Einwirkung einer Biegekraft auf den oberen Teil des genannten Elements wenigstens die äußere Lage (2), welche die untere und die am meisten gespannte Schicht bei dieser Biege-Beanspruchung darstellt, aus miteinander in vertikaler Richtung, nämlich der Biegungsrichtung, verleimten Schichten (2a,2b) besteht, die an die untere Fläche der an ihr angrenzenden Schicht geleimt sind.
- Bauelement nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es eine einzige aus verleimten Schichten gebildete Lage (2), nämlich die untere Lage, aufweist, welche in vertikaler Richtung verleimt ist, wobei die andere Lage (1), nämlich die obere Lage, aus in horizontaler Richtung verleimten Schichten besteht.
- Bauelement nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es zwei aus verleimten Schichten gebildeten Lagen (2), nämlich die untere und die obere, aufweist, welche in vertikaler Richtung verleimt sind und die jeweils auf einer Seite einer mittleren, aus horizontal verleimten Schichten bestehenden Lage (1) angeordnet sind.
- Bauelement nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Gesamtheit der aus verleimten Schichten gebildeten Lagen (1,2) vertikal angeordnet ist.
- Bauelement nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jede der in vertikaler Richtung angeordneten aus verleimten Schichten gebildeten Lagen (2) mindestens drei Einzelschichten umfaßt.
